MMV has gone up again to EUR 94 Hopefully anyone who ordered at the old price will have their orders honoured. That was such a great deal thanks for letting us know homoludens The Emporium is down again to EUR 110. And Darkness I had the same experience with not being able to order more than 3 of an item. Wonder how much time has to pass before you can order more in a separate order? -

Hi Andrew That's fantastic! Well done for contacting them and it's awesome they refunded the difference. It's not hard to see why people continue to buy with Amazon, wherever they are in the world. Cheers -

Thanks for this information. It is a blessing and a curse - in some ways I will be sad to see the cheap prices go and in other ways glad the temptation is no longer there. I think I need to see a therapist after all this... -

I don't even collect Technic and I am tempted at that price. Its about $165 AUS shipped compared to retail of $329. Never thought I'd have this problem of deciding what to buy because Lego is so cheap. -

Got two Lego emails this morning from local sellers. Shop4 Me has the Unimog at $247 and Outer Rim has it for $279. Shopforme also had the pearl for $127.95 but they are sold out already. And thanks for letting me know about the Pet Shop. Will be interested to hear about the DJ sale... -

LOL I looked at the Playmobil stuff too. I love their Future Planet range (I think it comes out here next year). But I figured It would be safer if I just disconnect my computer at that stage before I re-mortgage the house -
LOL! You are welcome And imagine trying to ship the London Bridge set down the corner of your street for that price! Let us know how the order goes. Also, after I calmed down at the Death Star price (Lego + Bargain = Panic!!!!) I had a look around at a few other sets and it seems Amazon France is having a sale. I was after the Mill Village Raid and yesterday it was AUS $68 shipped but now it is down to $58 shipped: It's hard to spot because unlike Amazon US the French site doesn't put the RRP and then the discounted price so you know things are cheaper (and I have no real idea of French RRP). I just noticed this one because it was less than the last few times I have put it into my cart and checked out the price. So if you have been thinking about a set over the last week, then try it again today and see if it is reduced further. Cheers P.S Concept I'm not really saying all this to make your life harder :0) But I know it will LOL! -

I am well and truly off the fence now and have finally bought one! YAY!!! Thanks -

Apparently the Lego Cargo Train 7939 is 29% off at Amazon France:

It ends up being AUS $133 shipped compared to a RRP of AUS $299 over here. I'm not a train person but looks good price-wise. Cheers

I know what you mean-it does seem too good. I have this irrational fear Amazon are going to call me up and ask me to send the Lego back to France because they made a mistake -

Yep the final prices remove the European tax which make the set cheaper than it is depicted on the main product page. And I agree with DrWeevil, the shipping is the best you will find, bar none. I doubt you will get cheaper shipping even if you ordered from within Australia -it is probably faster too ;-) My Ninjago Fire Temple shipped overnight (ordered it on Saturday) so I will be interested to see how long it takes. @lorax I am there with you - LOL! I'm finding it hard not to buy things. Must...stay...away... -

I also use Google Chrome to visit Amazon france as it translates everything for you automatically. Good thing "Lego" is an international word and the set numbers are universal-makes things easier. -

I had mine cancelled too (my earlier order form a month ago)- think they ran out of stock overall. I don't think it was an issue with Australia specifically otherwise they would have changed the shipping costs now they are back in stock. I would buy one now but have no Lego funds left ... Hoping they last a month or so. In regards to cancellations they are pretty quick to let you know but most sets have been shipped without issue. Big sets, small sets etc. Sometimes it is too good to believe but they turn up! Cheers Inger -

Awesome thanks for letting me know :0) Mine shipped withing 24 hours and I can't wait. I've also been chasing bargains at France's Amazon website. I bought the Ninjago Fire Temple for $85 shipped (RRP over here is $179) http://tinyurl.com/Ninjagofiretemple Also considering the Mill Village Raid for $65 shipped http://tinyurl.com/MillVillageRaid They have the Death Star which ships to Australia for $475 and a whole heap of Technic sets too. http://tinyurl.com/DeathStarFrance http://tinyurl.com/Lego-Unimog-France I need a bigger house! Yeah the Pet Shop can't ship but the Emporium is fine. Not sure how they determine eligibility. Death Star would be nice :0) The Diagon Alley set checks out at $158 AUS shipped for me. Its at 10% discount now-hard to resist. Thats $70 less than Target's special earlier in the year. Looks like I'll be cancelling my layby! Its good to hear they ship so fast. Let us know how soon your order arrives (and what the box looks like):0) Cheers Inger -

Hi Guys I noticed a few posts in the Aussie sales forum about Amazon.com sales shipping to Australia and tried to purchase some sets from the US store and ... it actually worked. When did this happen?! I also noticed that they ship under the Amazon Export Sales, Inc label. Is this new or have I been missing this all along? Shipping seems to be $20 or so per set but still there are some good deals (Mindstorms, Queen Anne's revenge I'm looking at you). Can't wait for Black Friday sales :0) Has anyone bought Lego through Amazon.com yet? Cheers Inger
