Red Moon Confirmation & Discussion thread
Luke McAwesome replied to Hinckley's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
I figured this would happen. After being in so many games with, and against you, I've learned your ways, Mr. Procrastination. Those two replies just earned you your new title, didn't they? Ouch, dude, ouch... -

Doesn't this sort of count as playing in the discussion thread? I'm sure we can all exchange threats and insults when the game thread comes online tomorrow... -

Same here, Zepher. I would be helping out a lot more if I was good at these kinds of things. Hopefully something will come along that suits my skills... -
Ha! Hey, I like you, Willoughby. We have quite the similar personality. Snarky, and witty, in a way that no one else seems to understand. Let's be friends, Mr. Willoughby. In the words of a traitorous dancer my father, it's always good to have friends in any situation. Awwwwww! But that could take hours! Where's the fun in that? Oh, wait, to figure this out, we're going to have to use the ol' chalupa...

Perhaps the last word is "sword"? The ring inserted in sword? Just a guess...

EDIT: Of course, I ddi 't notice there was still a whole other page full of answers... please ignore this comment...

Tyrannosaurus Attack The male tyrannosaur roared in response. And then both animals charged the trailer at full speed, racing across the clearing toward them. "Oh, my God," Sarah said. "Brace yourself, Sarah!" Malcolm shouted. "It's going to be bad!" - The Lost World, by Michael Crichton --- Levine, Sarah and Malcolm had stayed in the RV trailers, while Doc and Eddie had gone off to do some more research in the twin SUVs. One of them should be back any minute now, Eddie said at least he would be back by 11:00 PM. It was raining outside, with an occasional flash of lightning lighting up the darkness outside. Sarah and Levine were working at the desks, while malcolm did some experiments with some samples they had come across. Dinosaur feces, flesh from carcasses, and bones. Then, a repeated loud noise broke their silence. THUMP... THUMP... THUMP... "What's that noise?" muttered Malcolm. Levine stood up and looked out the window. In the trees, he saw two immense dark shadows. He was petrified when a flash of lightning illuminated their bodies. Two tyrannosaurus rexes. Except they weren't walking. They were charging towards the trailer. "Hang on!" Leavine shouted. And then came the impact. Malcolm, Sarah, and Levine all literally flew thrugh the air, when the male tyrannosaur collided with the side of the trailer. The female stood and watched. It was terrifying. Small glass sample containers flew through the air on impacy, shattering on the trio. Levine felt a stinging pain, when glass shards stuck in his back. He yelped in pain. The rain poured through a broken pane of glass on the trailer. Malcolm could hear Levine swearing, and Sarah whimpering. They were lucky the refridgerator, chairs, desks, and computers were fastened down in their place, or things could have gotten worse. But it can't get much worse. With a flash of lightning, Malcolm noticed his side had a gash, his shirt was torn, and blood soaked his jacket. It had all seemed so beautiful this morning, when they had come across the triceratops, but tonight, Malcolm had realized what a mess he had truly gotten himself into. At this moment, Malcolm wished he had never gone along with Levine, and had told everyone how dangerous this could be. He wish he could have, but it was too late now. Then, he remembered what Sarah had said earlier: Oh, how right she was. She had stated that carnivores also lived on the island, and had lectured Eddie earlier about how dangerous this trip could be. Sadly, they didn't know which area of the island was predator territory. Satellite imaging wouldn't have cut it. Which is why Malcolm started to have his doubts. They had parked their vehicles in tyrannosaur territory. Perhaps the biggest mistake of their lives, for it may be their last mistake. Malcolm heard the male and female roar. The trailer bounced up and down, until it finally tipped on it's side. A stinging sensation came through Malcolm as he landed on his injured side. "Malcolm! Sarah! Are you alright?!" Levine shouted. Whimpering came from both of them. And then Levine watched both tyrannosaurs thump off into the jungle, and into darkness... --- To be continued! The next MOC will come soon. Also, please excuse the rather obvious trans-clear bricks holding up the side of the trailer; I realize I could have done better, and I should have, but it worked the best at the moment. And I also couldn't take an overall shot, because the scene was actually too big to take one. If I had, you could see my desk, and the blinds of my window. Here's a link to the Brickshelf gallery, once moderated. Linky-clicky-pleasy Thanks for looking. -Striker

Red Moon Confirmation & Discussion thread
Luke McAwesome replied to Hinckley's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
I'm sorry to say it, but I agree. It's also smaller, which makes it even harder to read. -
Stop scaring me! You're a meany-pants, Sylvia. Sure, ma'am. I'd like to hand the gem to Penny so she can inspect it all she wants. Take your time, I'm in no rush to be killed by demons.
-
Yay! An evil demon gem all to myself! And I will share with anyone who would like to inspect it. *takes shirt sleeve and shines it*
-
So... you don't think there's a predator hidden inside? And actually, I believe Baxter found it, and I was the first to grab it... but I'll hold on to it; I feel a connection...
-
*puppy dog eyes* Mr. Willoughby, could I please have my gem back? What? Oh no! It's a face-eating egg! We must run! It'll go into our chests and nest in our ribcages until it finally bursts out and kills us! Just like in AVP! Why won't you people listen to me?! We're all dead! Father! Repent! Johnson! Take the egg-gem! You can have it! I don't want it anymore...
-
Shhh! Do you hear that? ... It's the Jehovah's witnesses!
-
Yes, I'm sure getting hit by a bus won't insult him in any way... But a very good film, for being as short as it is. The animation was fast, but if he was at a decline, I can understand his pace. The end was funny, too, with the joyful music, looking at the crippled body of the late Nathan Wells. Nice work, curtisrlee.
-
Whilst I would object to this action, I can't argue with my safety from the crazy veterinarian. Thanks, Willoughby...
-
My left hand, it does. Me and Baxter are gonna have a hopscotch tourney to see who gets to take it home and make Satanic shrines for it. *starts shaking rapidly, thinking that you're stalking me*
-
Mr. Baxter, would you be referring to me? I called it first! So I get it! Even Hinckley God knows that! So, so hand me that gem or I'll scream so loud your ears will melt.
-
Ooh! This is a grim sight to behold, indeed. Maybe it's cursed! *I'd like to remove the gem, if it's possible to be taken out, and look it over.*
-
Whoa whoa whoa, there Mr. Canadian, eh! We never said that we weren't going to let you read it first! Me and my father were simpling asking if, once you were done, we could please read it ourselves.

Er... please forgive me, I had to edit my post due to a tag mix-up.. I just removed the sentence altogether, it really had no point anyway... I hope I am not punished for this... Hinckley, I did PM you asking, but I've noticed you;ve been reading the Red Moon topic for about 15 minutes, which meant you were probably inactive, so I figured, unless I want to wait until you at somepoint become active again, I should just edit it, because someone will probably say something about my mistake... I'm a sensitive post-editer, okay?! (This is actually the first time I've ever had to edit a post before in a game... Please don't humorously kill me!) -
Oh! A clue! A clue! *I would like to creepily read the note over my dad's shoulder once it's passed to him.* Maybe this is a Blue's clue! In fact, it's pretty obvious it is a clue! So, what does it say, father, what does it say?
-
Thanks, WhiteFang! I put the POI there, not just because they'd make an excellent addition to a collection if you purchase the set, but to point out the parts that stick out among the others. In a yellow set, a blue steering wheel will stick out with all the yellow. That, and some people can never get enough steering wheels, including myself. Thanks to everyone else for the very kind comments and feedback.
-
NO! Don't you know what that will accomplish? You'll awaken it, it's friends, and it's beastly mother-in-law! Haven't you ever watched Alien Vs. Predator? Sheesh. Let's just hope we don't run into any statues with weapons on their shoulders, and we'll have to hope we don't have any idiots stupid enough to remove them... I know, father. But I prefer making vague movie references and teasing old people. But isn't this statue amazing? I wonder, since this look like petrified bone, maybe a small metoer fell and hit him, just like the dinosaurs! What should we call this species... Mr. Willoughby, is it? Yes. Did anyone from MOTEE Tours ever name this, or it's species? Yes, that's right, I know there's more... there's always more! *I would like to join Ingrid on her wall-tapping experience, please.*

Thanks to everyone for the kind feedback, and a VERY special thank you to Svelte, whom made my day by frontpaging this. Thank you, Svelte!

No problem; but I probably should have copied my text in the box when it told me the topic was locked. I'm just happy it wasn't a novel-sized post.
