This is one thing I love about LEGO, everything is interchangeable. You can pretty much just throw different heads on familiar bodies and have a new character. Good fun.

Holy Shit is right, that picture is awesome. The lighting is just spot on. It looks so menacing.

Or they had something somewhere on the site that was against their contract. Account Suspended could mean something bad, or like you said, just a past due bill.

I quite like the new style, as it allows the horse to rear up. But the classic/collector in me kind of wants to buy a big lot of horses from bricklink.

Please save your generalizations for your own thread on non-American LEGO prices. A question was asked and we are discussing it, that doesn't make every American in this thread complaining. This is the scenario Americans are used to. It's not our fault that LEGO hikes prices elsewhere. We are used to paying a certain price, when a different retailer charges more, we are naturally going to think it's unfair. If you find 2 shops in your area and one charges the prices you are used to (inflated or not) and then you find the other shop charges more, you'd think it's a rip off. If you think that Americans don't have a right to complain then neither do you, the only one who does is the place where LEGO is marked up the most an I mean literally the most. Since in your opinion that person is getting charged more than you, you've got no right to complain. So until you prove that your LEGO is priced higher than any other place in the world, please keep your American bad mouthing to a minimum.

In my opinion you need the sail barge, it's one of my favorite sets. I have a review of it here if your interested.

That is awesome. I love the scale of the scene, he could have just gone with a portion of a ship, but that's damn near the whole thing. Very cool.

I don't know how I missed this but I was browsing the front page and saw this. This is by far my favorite creation of yours to date. It's amazing, I mean honestly amazing. You must build 24/7. The detail is mind boggling. I love the spiral staircase that leads to the ladder and the exterior of every building must have taken forever to build. In awe, really!

I raise my glass to Clonie as he was on our the first members I started interacting with when I joined the forums and then the RA. He helped me along to getting my gold badge.

1. Exclusivity- Toys R Us has had a deal with LEGO for some time now to occasionally get an exclusive set. They are also one of the, if not the only preferred stores to buy LEGO, according to TLG. 2. Advertising - Toys R Us regularly advertises LEGO, probably part of their deal with TLG. All that advertising money has to be made up somewhere. 3. Moar Money - Toys R Us is a greedy corporation, who sucks. (personal opinion) 4.??? 5. PROFIT.
