The Pirate staff actually just discussed this not too long ago. It's not something we would never do, but now is not the time. Also the Guilds forum came about as a need, there were so many guild threads that the regular history forum was crowded. We already have the MOC forum for Pirates which I see as the equivalent to the Guilds. We are in need of a contest around these parts and we are working on it, but obviously Zorro's death threw a kink in our well oiled machine. I like the idea of the Guilds and maybe one day we will do something like that but for sure not along side the current history ones.

Remember it would be the users choice to block the banned users/taking a break users. LEGOman273, users could block you today if they wanted, so this new option would be no different, it's the choice of the individual user, not a default. Who knows, some people may click ignore everytime they see someone taking a break or banned, it's their choice. This is just offering a way to make that choice in bulk. Again, this is not for me but I can see why someone would want it.

I think you nailed the recreation of the car very well. I am curious what the point of the front flat piece is on those cars, just for a crazy design?

I assume you got some sets at below the normal price. I'm on my phone right now so I can't do the math, but for all those sets it seems like it'd be more than what you paid.

I think self control has a lot to do with it. Going overboard was your choice. I use Eurobricks as a substitute for buying every brick I see, which sometimes I want to do. I still buy around $500 a year worth of LEGO but I only spend so much time on it. I have plenty of time for friends and my normal life, and if I ever do feel crunched for time, LEGO and EB usually suffer, not my personal life. It's all about balance. On the flip side, I'm happy you did what was right for you.

Please use proper English when typing up replies, it makes your responses difficult to read when you leave out key words. Also I must agree LEGO California isn't a company that makes decisions, it's a theme park. When you say you've been hearing, I'd like to know who you heard it from since it was canceled almost 15 years ago.
