Thank you for doing this, I do have one question though, when you show the close up of the Jack Sparrow minifig from this set, underneath you have 4 shots of a different Jack yet you don't explain where they are from our why they are in this review? Do you have more of these sets?

I like the base plate you used, it really sets the tone for the MOC. I don't see any pirates, it's there a reason they were left off?

Awesome ship, I really like the rigging and the white rope in the front for the anchor. It looks like a picture perfect example of the drawing.

I love the wheels, your MOC's are always just right, if you know what I mean. They always make sense and when I see the title, then the image, I'm like, oh ya, that looks like she said. Very cool.

I see what you did for the lighting, very interesting. I bet it looks better in person(the light that is). I more so like Vader himself.

I was going to post this, good thinng I searched. I saw it on Gizmodo.com so I see it's making it's rounds. Too bad they never really show the final product, they just seem to start taking it apart.

I'm super excited, I went to Target looking for series 4 and nothing, so on my way to get lunch I called Toys R Us to see if they any, yes I'm that desperate. They told me they just sold out this weekend which irritated me, because I had planned to go looking this weekend, but got lazy. Anyway, I usually buy upwards of 50 or so, so I thought I'd stop wasting so much gas and look for sealed boxes online, sure enough for $200 I got a sealed box, I'm just excited I don't have to waste time and gas trying to find them anymore, and after shipping that comes to $3.50 a piece which I am happy with, factoring in ask the has I've water driving around looking for them. .

Although this has already been addressed by some other posters, No you don't need any special type of light, the paper as mentioned before is to diffuse the light, so it is more like ambient light instead of a flashlight, this helps to eliminate those flash spots on the reflective surfaces of the LEGO. For the color of light, anything will do as long as you have good editing software. I actually don't like the yellow color that my lights are, but they were really cheap and super bright. I just adjust the color/hue/tint/temperature in photoshop to get a nice natural balance. Also as mentioned by other posters, using a flash is perfectly fine as long as you are happy with the results.

And with April 1st here and gone, I think I'll chalk this up as successful, I mean booty change the website pink successful, but none the less, we had fun. Until next year.

I may not hit up the Train Tech forum all that ften, but I saw this in the newset LEGO catalog and if I had extra cash, I'd love this thing, it's got to be the best train set I've seen from LEGO yet.
