TLC has aquired a license for Super Mario Brothers! PROOF! I never expected this, woah. >>>>>>April Fools! Oh, and, like my artwork?

Now, I know lego is a great company, and they have a huge amount of great sets. But, like every company, they've made mistakes. A lot of their mistakes revolve around themes that basicly bombed, and I'm really curious as to what you think is the worst of them. For me, it's got to be Galidor. Galidor is not lego, does not resemble lego, and is not nearly as fun as lego. It's an action figure line based on a cruddy TV show that didn't last long at all. Lego should have never even thought of making Galidor a theme, as they are a building block company, not an action figure company. So, how 'bout you?

Review: 7781 Batman - The Batmobile: Two Face's Escape
Zarkan replied to The Middleman's topic in LEGO Licensed
Your're making a great descion, Sir Dillon. I just bought this set today, and wow! I was really impressed! I'll be making a written review (meaning no pictures) today. Oh, and, thanks for the review, Bloody Jay! Your review was the key reason why I bought this, and not the Batboat. -
Favorite Adventure Subtheme
Zarkan replied to WesternOutlaw's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
I went with Ancient Egypt. I've always loved the set designs and figures. They're also great parts packs, as even some of the most tiny sets have something of value! I only wish I had the money to get some of the biggest sets..... Double *y* for Egypt! Oh, and my personall opinion is that all the Anventures themes have something of value, and most are pretty good! -
Like I said, there probably nothing to worry about. ;-) And, wow! I can't wait for your new MOC's! Normandy sounds like it will look great! Oh, and I was kind of semi-joking about the apache. ;-)
-
Oh, yeah! I can think of a few ideas for that. Maybe gotham PD, or Wayne Manor? Personally, I really think you should try making a robbery scene. You could have 2 Face rob Gotham bank with his henchman. I bet it'd look great! I'd would have made it already, except I don't have any batman lego..... :'-( Keep on buliding! ;-)

LOL, I really need to start thinking over my posts. X-D

Nice ideas. I haven't read Phoenix for a while, so I don't really remember anything but the basic plot line and some of the scenes (particually the ones with Umbridge ;-) ) Speaking of which, how is Lego going to make Umbridge, anyway? I mean, she's huge (And when I say huge, I mean obese X-D )! They may have to make a whole new Minifig mold! X-D

:-D Yeah, that would be fun to see on real film. "Star Wars Episode III And 1/2: Father Meets Young Father" Wow! 60 characters? That dwarfs most or even all other Star Wars games! And the ability to bring over characters from LSW 1 makes it even better! Oh, I've got to get my hands on that game when it comes out.....

Nice review, Vader. *y* Now, I know what set I'll be getting if I do get any Batman sets (I have a tight budget... :'-( ) Batman is sure getting good reviews over here, I think TLC has a hit!
-
Amen to that, Ghost Rider! ;-) Anyway, nice MOC! The overall design is great, but I would like to see some more detail. A Bat Computer, crime lab, and a Bat drinking despenser would help a lot (Okay, the last one was a joke. X-D ). Anyone for a Batcave 3.0? ;-)
-
Cool, wouldn't mind having one of those. ;-) Or, how 'bout a Pirate PC? Or a Castle PC? Or even.... an Exo-Force PC? X-D
-
Great MOC! The shape and design almost is exactly like the real thing, very hard to achieve in lego! I give it a double thumbs up. *y* *y* Nice work! Now, how about an Apache? ;-) On a minor note, I noticed you also had some non lego photos in there (The photos of the real thing). If I can remember, the rules on brickshef said only lego photos are allowed. Still, since they're there for the sole purpose of comparing the model to the real thing, it's probably alright. Just though I'd point that out.
-
I kind of like it actually. The front could use some work, but the overall shape is interesting. I hope to see more from you. ;-)
-
Yeah, sure. I guess that also means lego's aquired licences for LOST, Star Trek, and Looney Tunes, too. :-D
-
Pure genius. Great design, great colors, great everything! I'd love to have that hanging from my celing.......
-
Nice, review, Deinonychus. Now I know what I'm buying next! ;-) I think the design really caught me, it's the first large mech to have hands! Looks like a good parts pack, too (Yellow.....). On a side note, I'm really glad I'm back to Eurobricks. {Read my sig ;) }

The face is actulally fine with me, it's just those spikes on the back that really tick me off.... :| Junorized.

Have a few of them myself. Really good for parts, since they have some good colors. Just used one of them in my new Makuta MOC.

Unfourtunaly, it is. The name's different, so I don't think k'nex can sue lego anymore than lego can sue megabloks. Still a cheap rip-off, though. |-/ At least one good thing came out of it, though....*CoughnewCoughtrainCoughbridgesCough*

Well, actually, I am 13 now....

What can I say, but: :oD Vezon looks very powerful, Fenrakk looks creepy, and the two of them look awesome. Yep, bionicle at its best. ;)

Well, exo-force is not a space theme, it's an aimie theme (did i spell that right?). Yes, it has mechs and other futaristic vehicles, but it is not set in space or on any far out planet, it's set on earth. Besides, I could only make ten choices, so i had to go with what i could fit. ;)
