  1. Great review! ... I think you nailed it with this: "I know the reason behind this is physically valid, but it would have made this model a lot cooler than it currently is." ...It really feels like there could be better 'over-the-top' features incorporated into the Technic sets. ...This car should have done wheelies, even if it was a mechanical function that just lifts and lowers the car as it's rolling. Not a difficult function to add and not a function that would take away from the regular build of the car. - Here's hoping that Technic sets start becoming a bit more 'over-designed'... because right now, this feel a little phoned-in.
  2. The ability to printout LEGO quality bricks has been around for quite some time now but no company has ever fretted about it for one BIG reason: the 3D Printing 'material' is still typically very expensive. Especially the material used to create the most polished looking printouts. ...Imagine paying up to $25 per brick instead of our beloved $.10-.15 cents. If you want to see a sample of a really high quality print versus a somewhat consumer-grade FDM printer (The most common type), please check out my Kickstarter: HERE ...The project is for a tolerance kit I'm creating and features blocks that are similar in size to lego. ...So you can get an idea of the resolution you can achieve with 3D printing. Pretty amazing stuff, even if it is expensive.
