Hello! Here I will show you what we find each day in the 2006 advent calandar. The calandar front The calandar inside And here the fisrt suprise in the first case, a worker with a black shovel No surpise, because it is the example shown in the back of the calandar (contrary to the last year). But another surprise, a really small piece of paper, a sort of instruction book, showing the different mini sets we will have. Just hope that we will not have it with the first mini set of each theme, because we will know what we will have. So the surprise is broken. We will know in 3 days

I voted for the Roaring Roadsters. This car has a very good look (I've got it, and it has nice details). It remind me of some model team, but cheaper. I think it has a better look than the ferrari, no crappy sticker to have a real look. And my second choice would have been the vikings catapult, because it's a minifig sets, and I really like them :-D

I'm like Athos, I don't like so much those themes/sets. but I voted, just for the general look of the sets and not for what they are in term of playability and constrution, because I don't have any of them (exept the KK boat). And I don't remember for which sets I voted! I just know that I don't voted for the "classic castle"!

I can't wait! After a long time just seeing it, I will discover the real bricks! 2 days more and I will be *wacko* ! Does anybody will put some dailly pics from the calandar? If not, I can, but the pics will be on my BS gallery the afternoon, so they will be public the day after...

I really like your BSC garage! It's well done, with nice details (from the original set and addition like pieces from the 2005 advent calandar). I realy like, and the pics with cars and streetlight have a really touch of life!

When I was younger, I liked the 1695 base, but now, it's not my cup of tea! But the base plate are great, giving a real impression of deep sea floor, with relief. And the 1699 don't look good, too blocky for me. Conclusion, the new AR base has the best look for me. But like Hobbes, I prefer the classic divers line (with a nice underwater base, more realistic, but I don't have it :'-( )

You're friend has very old sets, and some "new" ones! Is it not to hard to help a friend without wanting to take him one or two sets? :-D And another question (just to know, I'm curious), is it you in dark purple?

Thanks sam89 for the link. and yes, the hatch door is nice... The interior looks nice too, even if it is not very big. But we find all we need like tools, computer, accessories and a cup. What do we want more? :-P

Nice review! I like the fabuland figs intervention, really fun and... horrible (poor gaving!) The lobster looks really nice, I want it! And for the rover, well, the opened cokpit is bad... If I buy this set, it will be only for the lobster and the blue crital *wub* ! Maybe the rover will be turned in a buiding vehicles.

Nice to see those Tiny turbo mods! I really like the racers, they looks like carts!

I voted for the buiding crane in the city theme, because it is big and so beautiful! With this toilets *wub* really well detailed, and not too expansive for the result. A must have! In Batman I voted for the Arkam Asilum because it's very nice, with the cool system to open/close the prison doors. ANd maybe because it is the only batman set I have! And for the SW sets, even I don't hae any of them and I will probably not buy one; I choose the UCS AT-ST in remebering this day in toys-r-us in Paris... And because if I buy a SW set, it will be a UCS one.

I asked in an older topic where to find this minifig... And no answer. But I know now that you have to buy the shoes if you want the minifig (with the nice ball!)

Trains are really attractif because they run! So when you have one, you want to have a nice layout and background to show it in a wonderfull place. So you made a nice town (modern or western style, or other). And you want a new train because just one is few, and a new kind of train will be cool (after the cargo train, apassenger train for the minifigs would be nice!). And a new serie is sold and you can't resiste and another cargo train bring some merchandises for your bigger city... And This is what happened to me! And I know that if TLC will bring us some good trains, I will buy them... Make a City they said!

I'm late! Nice review, really details! This truck remind me of some "Pimp my ride" cars shown on Mtv. I'm not a fan! But nice review!
