  1. I just saw it yesterday. I too, think it's great for Lego to be back making stop-motion videos. It's not a shabby teaser trailer either, it does it's job well: making me want the sets! P.S. Just a thought: They may be making stop-motion movies again to help advertise their new stop-motion camera when it comes out.
  2. I just received my Lego club magazine, and in it is a surprising find. Next to the Krusty Krab, on the spongebob building contest page, is a blacked-out building with a question mark on it. Anybody have any ideas of what it is? I'll try to get a picture soon. I keep on forgetting.
  3. I have never subscribed and don't plan to. The sets are of average quality, but not very big, and most are mini-scaled. Like daxflame680 said, it doesn't all even out. The five dollar coupon for S&H might cover the shipping and handling at most. I will probably never go to Legoland, and Lego.com says the est. price for the six sets is $36. Yeah right. I already get the Lego Club magazine, and the Brickmaster magazine just has a couple more "sneak peaks", alternate builds, and all that crap that would appeal to little kids. I'm sorry that I was so harsh, but I'd rather save my $40 and spend it on a Lego set and get my money's worth.
  4. That movie was amazing! Great job! My favorite scene was also the battle. My favorite part was when that stormie got shot while running. Edit: What program do you use for the special effects?
  5. I used Lego for English class. I made a pirate vocab game. Sure, my class was making fun of me for collecting Lego, but they all wanted to play it, and they haven't bothered me since.
  6. My last post, yeah, I was trying to give the game the benefit of the doubt, don't pay any attention to that, this game looks horrible. "Never judge a book by it's cover." But I just looked inside the "cover" and saw those screen shots. It's disgraceful. The game had potential, but they ruined it.
  7. where did you find it? I don't think it will be a great game, but it won't be awful either. I hope.
  8. The colors flow very well together and the cockpit was well designed. Great work! The engines also deserve a compliment.
  9. I have 119, plus some stormies a friend gave me, and some other minifigures I got other places. So about 123-124.
  10. Thanks! He is a self-made theme character. The Agents parts are very useful to get chrome and robotic parts, and I'm sure this guy would fit in, except for the fact he's not wearing orange! I'm hoping to use him in a couple of MOCs, I just need to make someone for him to fight. BTW: His time period is 2121 AD. I'll try to get a picture of him without the glare on his face.
  11. That AT-AP is the best alternitive I've ever seen! It's gorgeous, and even better, you used only two battlepack sets! Two thumbs up!
  12. Same here. And my region is on United States. Edit: Thanks for the image GIR 3691!
  13. I might get the USB drive. The stop-motion animation camera looks cool, but it will probably be way overpriced.
  14. It's how I store my Lego heads. I haven't noticed any damage, but I am trying to keep my other bricks unstacked just in case.
  15. My Sig Fig: His name is Doctor Gear. He is an evil scientist specializing in advanced robotic engineering.
  16. Yeah, I know. Sad, isn't it? Stupid Duplo! How many posts do we need to change our member number?
  17. I just looked them up and they are pretty awesome. On a side note, I like the phase 1 clone troopers better than the phase 2 clones. And then between the Clone Wars TV show clones, and the episode II clones, I would choose the TV show clones. They give them an actual personality. Plus, the way the armor, weapons, etc. just look really nice. Since the movies concentrate on the Jedi, I'm glad that the TV show has now at least a little more attention to the clones. They play a big part in the movies. Heck, they make up the entire Galactic Empire! I also want to know how the clones felt about Order 66, and I know the Commando books go into that at least a little.
  18. It looks very wizardish. (That's a word now ) How did you pull off the beakers with the tubes connecting them in the room with the fireplace?
  19. The game is a very enjoyable first-person shooter, especially with the easy squad commands. The book series is also amazing. your love for the commandos grows as you read, and you don't want anything to happen to them. They come up against impossible odds, but not like in other games, movies, or books. They have to use real tactics and teamwork to survive. it's not just like they can charge in there with shields at maximum and blow everything to bits. Also, in the game, droids are alot harder to defeat. It's not like Battlefront II. The super battle droids are really super. A couple hits from them and your down for good. It factors in real life elements and is realistic. (Or as realistic as Star Wars can be ) Give the game a try, you won't regret it.
  20. Aaaaahhhhhhhhh! It's PERFECT! Amazing technique. The colors flow so well together. Now you have to make an enemy for him... Please!!!
  21. Welcome to Eurobricks! You have some really awesome creations in your Brickshelf folder, one of which was featured on Brothers Brick. I hope you enjoy your stay, we welcome you here. Peace.
  22. Thanks! Wow! It does look very good! (empty on the sides, yes) but it is the place in eppisode 1 where Qui Gon Gin takes Anikins blood sample. Am I right?
  23. My set actually came with a round silver ball to launch in the catapult, not a bley cylinder. Edit: Oops, I didn't see the post above me. I agree with him, maybe its the countries?
  24. The transport truck is my favorite. I especially like the mini roll cage you made. I want to make my own now. Great work! (Small details are the best. Don't forget that, and you won't, because you did a great job with little details!)
