  1. Most of the sets are third hand as he bought them 2nd hand. If i had the money I would not touch this at all!
  2. This was posted by Jeff in the Brickpicker.com forums, thought I would pass it on: I grabbed all the set ids from the eBay listing and ran it through the database and then did a few manually. I came up with approximately $28,000 for that entire collection. So even if I missed something, I will throw in an extra $1000 USD just to cover everything. They are still well overpriced (they have it valued at $39,262.50 with the currency conversion. I don’t think convenience of not having to go out and find them is worth $10k. By the way, the values I used were based on ‘New’ condition, I know a lot of the setup is used and I didn’t feel like doing each one individually. The used value was closer to $16-$17k, so it makes the lot very overpriced.
  3. It's only worth 13k so he wants twice as much as it's worth plus the sets are all 2nd hand at least it is all Lego and not Legos whatever that is!
  4. will do it asap yes it does but your vision is now drawn to the gaps at the side of the cockpit. the rear of the cockpit assembly just need 2 2x2 round plates to replace the last 2x2 round brick to fix that problem. the 6l bar then gets another plate depth of grip in the cone.
  5. hurry up chop chop http://www.flickr.com/photos/42956921@N08/sets/72157631116389422/
  6. Oo i could build it in ldd! hmm the parts are not available but i could photo each page? I, think the best way to do the bracket is with 1x3 curved slopes a 2x2 plate and 2 cheeses i may go and do it and take a pic, any other pics you want just ask before i break it down and box it up again.
  7. There is a bar in it but it's still an easy fix, the dbg bracket is an easy fix aswell, its just that cockpit!
  8. The review is exclusive to Brickset, I've somewhat fallen out with Eurobricks the last few months.
  9. holding it in my hand it feels solid it can take a shaking with no parts falling off it's a touch lighter than my moc but the same size and far more accurate due to the new parts. If I was going to buy it though now having had it to look at for a few days I would be waiting for a sale or discount as IMHO it is just not worth the price tag and i have no idea how they got to that price point.
  10. yeah it can be altered to make it secure. but you shouldn't have to.
  11. There's a review of 10227 if you look for it.
  12. I hope it doesn't get approved as I have nowhere to put another one as I would have to buy it!
  13. That would be great but i think my mother board would melt! no no full model as ldd would not allow the connections!
  14. Will shall build our army to take over the galaxy! Wouldn't it be good to have all the At-At's that get built on display in one place!!
  15. Ask and yee shall recieve!
  16. Seemed to strain a bit when you were sat on it.......
  17. It's a long shot and I really am guessing here but maybe you all could build your own dungeon below the tower......
  18. Rest assured whatever UCS set we have coming next year it has all ready been designed and is going through the processes.
  19. also they are biased to either left or right depending on rotor direction so you have to compensate for that while flying and as said before with the cyclic control of the swash plate you get more lift on one side and thus without compensating you would roll over. Off topic a few hours ago a Chinook flew over lovely sound!!
  20. maybe but finding the dam file is hard work!
