  1. And good Villains have cloaks! ~Insectoid Aristocrat
  2. Well put! I cracked up. Frankly, it's just a plain black head, meant to be ambiguous and mysterious, but I like yours. It gives a little more substance to what's beneath the mask. It's still ambiguous, but there's something there, which I like! ~Insectoid Aristocrat
  3. Sylph does. He never takes off the helmet... (Well, he did once, but it was to switch into another helmet, which he has since modified to fit over-top his actual helmet in the form of bits of scraps. He doesn't use it anymore.) ... which begs the question how he eats/uses consumables. I'd say he pours beverages and the like through the front slits on the helmet. Naturally, he also wears his draped cloth robe attire and hand gauntlets all the time too. Doom!!! ~Insectoid Aristocrat
  4. "Sir Wizard, (Jules?) do you know anything worth mentioning about the Blue Assassins?" Stated Sylph calmly but curiously. "Ah, thank you for calming down." Stated Sylph soothingly.
  5. Sandy, those are exquisite photos! Thank you so much! What head are you using for Sylph? Is that the Rememberall? ~Insectoid Aristocrat
  6. Can count to two.

Actually, I prefer velcro sandals. ;) I possitively hate tying shoe laces.

  7. Sylph surprisingly chuckled as Nessa turned from the party.... It seemed the mortal girl had a stowaway... he wondered who it was. He followed the party into the room with the necromancer and the wine-sipping woman. Almost immediately though, he narrowed in on Nessa, who was aggressively interrogating Jules. "Calm down, child..." He stated in a strange, soothing-but-powerful tone... almost motherly--very different from his previous approach. "Calm down." He then returned his focus to the two people. "Nessa, I do not believe Jules is the captain." he stated Soothingly. "If you recall, the crew always said 'Captain' when they were refering to their captain, but they said Jules to refer to who I assume is the grey-clad mage. That would make her Captain if I'm not mistaken." Sylph stated calmly, gesturing to the well-dressed woman. He then adressed her. "It is as my companions say, Mam. Our goal is to find a murderer, and the investigation led us here. Would either of you happen to know anything about Blue Assassins, a Merchant named Rorik, or a murder in the Winking Gargoyle Inn?"
  8. "I concur... He doesn't seem to have a motive... But we ought not forget him either."
  9. "Excellent, let's speak to Jules then." Stated Sylph.
  10. "Nessa, stop this behavior at once!" Sylph Commanded in a powerful voice. "We do not have time for childish antics." Sylph turned back at the crew of the ship. "I apologize for this one's impropriety. We merely wish to ascertain the identity of a murderer, so your cooperation would be appreciated, but do not heed the rantings of this young one... her violent words do not speak for us all."
  11. Does not speak Latin.

    1. Endgame

Yay! That's what I did too!

  12. He's behind Guts! Sandy, you should through a Waldo figure in there for good measure! ~Insectoid Aristocrat
  13. I believe he's in the saloon, top right. ~Insectoid Aristocrat
  14. Then I suppose we have our goal. ~Insectoid Aristocrat
  15. Has similarly not set their status.

  16. I included you in one of my requests too. Also, I decided after looking at the photo (and playing around with my own figure) that the Sand Green arms are better than dark green or brown (although if you've already taken the pics, don't worry about it. ) but Gray hands would be nice. ~Insectoid Aristocrat
  17. Indeed! ~Insectoid Aristocrat
  18. Wow! This is awesome! I've always wondered how you (or anyone else)'d make my figure, considering that Camo!Luke is an uncommon Torso. I like the use of Lady Liberty's in its place! (I still have to get that fig somehow. ) If you could give him dark gray (or Bley) hands, that'd rock, but he's fine as he is if you can't. As for a request, I think it'd be cool to see the gang of 48 together! Sylph, Galen, Alex, Johon, Elgar, and Lycan/Rome Also, if we could see Arthur and Sorrow fighting Sylph and Alex, I think a few people would be quite pleased. And if I could have just one of him somewhere in the hall, his cape billowing in the nonexistent wind, set in a battle pose, that would be gorgeous. ~Insectoid Aristocrat
  19. I didn't mean to suggest that everyone is annoyed with everyone, but rather that everyone is annoyed/irritated/frustrated by someone. Pretzel with you, you with Pretzel, Sylph with Nessa, and Nessa with Sylph. ~Insectoid Aristocrat
  20. There do seem to be a large amount of heroes with split-personalities. I think my third character will be an exiled male human amnesiac knight with a split personality and a talking pet. (obviously that's a joke) (Drake's already a character) ~Insectoid Aristocrat
  21. Very nice review! OK set. I think this is one of my favorite Carriages I've seen by Lego (second only to the Red Lion King's Carriage from the last theme.) I really like how they've designed the harness to fit with the new horse and its new ability to rear up. As far as pieces go, I'm pleased with the selection in this set, especially the new horse armour piece. I also love the Tunic-wearing knight. (I wish it didn't have the crown belt, but that's not too offensive, and if I want it gone, I can just flip the figure's torso... but then I guess I'd lose the buckle...) All that said, I don't think I will buy this, because everything I want from this set, I can get (with more) from the Gatehouse raid, which also has the black bucket helm, the beautiful red Horse barding, the tunic knight, the dragon chest plate, etc... Thanks for the review! ~Insectoid Aristocrat
  22. Wow, I just realized how dysfunctional our group is related to each-other. Pretzel is heavily bigoted towards vampires and possibly black knights in general, and has no problem speaking his mind on the subject, Dreyrugr resents that and is none-too-pleased with his treatment by the Monk, Sylph is trying to be the leader/still thinks he's the leader, like he was in 48, and his callous pragmatism is exacerbated by Nessa, whose 3-way split-personality causes her to behave somewhat erratically (which seemingly irritates Pretzel and maybe even Dreyrugr as well), and she resents the lack of compassion by which she's surrounded. The only one who doesn't seem completely irritated with another party member is Erik, who's quiet. ~Insectoid Aristocrat
  23. Has not set their status.

  24. I tried to follow that mantra with Fleur, but it didn't quite work out the way I intended... (Luck for the necklace, counter-striking for the daggers, encouraged to be a threat+her minions=stupid-hard fight.) I agree! Charge-up would be deliciously useful for Scroll-Clerics. Even more-so than for scroll-mages.. ~Insectoid Aristocrat
