  1. Thanks for completing the whole new CITY Harbour product line reviews with this one RH! I'm with the majority that I don't find this set any better than the previous Harbour set. The single-piece parts like the conveyor belt and the simply-built crane cab makes for an easier but less-challenging build that doesn't score well with most AFOLs. Good thing I'm not a fan of harbour sets as this is an instant pass for me.
  2. Hufflepuff Magus Frankfurt Flashburn versus Hufflepuff Magus Okay Turkoglu Round 1 Frankfurt Flashburn l 5 _____________________Okay Turkoglu l 5 Mid - 0______________________________________ Stupefy! - 1 Stupefy! - 1 __________________________________ Low - 0 Low - 1______________________________________Mid - 0 Expelliarmus! - 0_______________________________Expelliarmus! - 0 High - 0 ______________________________________High - 0 Health: 4_____________________________________Health: 3 Hupplepuff buddies Frankfurt Flashburn and Okay Turkogly take on each other in a "Winner-regains-Aurorship" match. Okay wastes no time and immediately stuns his opponent with a Stupefy. Not to be outdone, Frankfurt retaliates with his own Stupefy, freezing Okay on his feet. With his friend temporarily immobile, Frankfurt seizes the opportunity and knocks Okay to the ground with a low spell. Frankfurt then attempts to disarm his downed fellow Hupplepuff, only to be countered with a similar Expelliarmus from Okay. Both duelists then fire high-arching spells that cancels each other out, sending sparks and smoke throughout the room as the opening round ends. After a furious exchange of spells Frankfurt manages to gain a slim lead over Okay, but everything is still up for grabs in the next rounds. Send in your Round 2 DS when ready.
  3. A lovely little scene for a modern Romeo-and-Juliet-like lovers, nicely done HeLena!
  4. Quite a good start already with this promising build, especially with the well done chassis and partial engine. I'm certainly looking forward seeing the final product.
  5. Certainly looks better and more deadly with the added gun turret. Now you have two, I wish I could have one of that.
  6. Very nice slope usage, it really captures the 'tricky' curvaceous shape of the twin pods. Good job!
  7. Simple but effective vig, I like the bottom lighting of the first shot.
  8. You sure can't get enough of your neon-lighted vehicle builds eh? These 'miscellaneous' MOCs are very well done as always, I like the Crystal Light Speeder the best among these.
  9. Very nice review RussianBear, thanks for sharing. One of the newer sets I've been planning to get but still haven't. I'll add this to the review Index shortly.
  10. Is that your own custom-made USB flash drive? It looks good, but I agree with Solscud, it'll look doubly better with legs.
  11. While we may have differing opinions on certain members, let's try to keep the discussion here healthy and focused on the subject at hand - the 2011 SW sets. Shall we? @Bane: Thanks for sharing that review link, it's the first "2nd-wave" set I've seen reviewed and I hope we'll see similar reviews here in EB soon.
  12. Nice to see a King Kong vs. Wolf King mini-fight scene featuring your custom parts brciktw. Very effective martial arts posing too especially the last shot.
  13. Excellently done LuxorV! This is probably the best brickbuilt version of the Power Loader I've seen - you really captured the overall proportions well and the details are very accurate (protective bars, printed claws). Great job! Reference image for those not familiar with Power Loader (and to see how accurate the MOC is).
  14. Nicely done Arcanine, you really did well making your own modular building using parts from other sets.
  15. I simply love the Citrus Orange color scheme of this starfighter, and the very interesting overall design especially the angled tri-wings. Great effort as always ISC! And I'd love to see the Lime version too.
  16. Very impressive build Legolas! The curved portion of the building is really well done as are the realistic snow-laden rock formations outside. The nicely-detailed interiors look very warm and cozy too. Excellent work overall!
  17. As always I love the realistic posing of the figs, great vig overall Doc!
  18. If ceroknight can't adjudicate I'll do it for you Oky and CM.
  19. Very well deserved Mafia tags of recognition to both of you Rick and def! You two both show that surviving isn't everything, but putting your heart and competitive fire each time you play are also important traits every great mafia player should have.
  20. Excellent classic retro car inquisitor! I simply love the very clean white color scheme and perfect use of those slopes for the overall curvaceous design. Very impressive work especially for your first MOC here in EB.
  21. A pair of nicely done torso decal sets FLB, I like the EMT one better. How come the Coast Guard decal doesn't follow the standard torso shape?
  22. Well you've come to the right place as this site is truly dedicated to our beloved LEGO passion. Welcome and hope you enjoy the EB experience.
  23. Hey welcome to the forums Mithryl! Glad to have you here in Eurobricks, I hope you enjoy it in here. And props to your digital Gundam designs, I've seen them before in flickr and I'm also planning to do some since I'm a fan of the G Gundam series.
  24. So now I know why you were hoarding acquiring those Zombie figs Solscud, that's certainly a great set of photos, really captures a zombie attack scene very well.
  25. Pretty good Japanese cuisine MOC RB, I've seen similar builds like this before but it's still nice to see other people's versions. What stands out for me in this one is the clever use of the white wheels, the ridges really give it the 'wrapped dumpling' look. Well done!
