  1. Only a WIP but already looks great, I'm certainly looking forward for this another epic build-in-the-making. And yeah, I'd like to see the cloning tanks in trans-blue.
  2. Wow, I'm thoroughly impressed with this lovely review - the photos are simply beautiful and the commentary is rich even for a set with a few parts. Excellently done Pandora! Reading through this review has really made me appreciate more these Fabuland sets, I wish I was able to get this when I was young but alas, I completely missed these and I got started with LEGO with the system sets already. The monkey clearly looks like a chimp rather than a gorilla, so the BL set name is "more" correct than the story book one.
  3. There I've deeplinked the photos for you. This is a great air speeder, I simply love the overall SNOT build and the racing stripes color scheme. Very well done!
  4. Impressive build GarbryS! You really captured the post-war ran-down look of this cottage perfectly, and the various detailing (roof patchwork, chimney smoke, stork nest) are very realistic. Great job!
  5. Wow, what can I say, that's truly an epic massive build. This is your best creation yet and now I'm wondering how you could top this one. I sincerely congratulate you for this MOC of sheer beauty, this will definitely go down as one of the best in the history of SW MOCs.
  6. Supersonic has found the pics on starwarslego.com's German site. Click here to read more and comment
  7. Indeed a very nice little polybagged set, a good way to get the Jake Raines minifig and the mini-car ain't bad at all. Thanks for sharing this r1chard!
  8. Ok guys, I'll talk to Sacredvolt privately to sort this out. Meanwhile, move along and continue the discussion.
  9. Very interesting news indeed, count me in to those who are seriously praying to the "Marvel gods" to grant TLG the license of their products. LEGO Avengers sets would sell like hotcakes if ever the time comes.
  10. I'll temporarily remove the FP topic since the images disappeared. I agree with the others you could always use Brickshelf for hosting your images.
  11. Ahh a very nostalgic little space set... I love those simple days when we don't really care how "silly"-designed these mini-vehicles were (like this flying space chair) even if these defy scientific laws of the universe, as long as it looks cool and we get that classic space man minifig. Yes, good ol' days... <end of nostalgia> Thanks for sharing this excellent review CloneyO!
  12. Ha, I could never get tired of these Ackbar jokes, however overused they maybe, it's just a matter of effectively presenting them, like this one. And those bulging eyes of the minifig really help in conveying his classic expression (and its derivatives) in an even funnier way.
  13. Another very well designed vehicle Toa, I really like the unique concept of this futuristic racer, and the overall smoothness coupled with the clean white color scheme really makes this one sleek and cool-looking vehicle. Great job once again!
  14. Probably one of your simplest minis but still accurate in terms of basic shape and relative size. Well done!
  15. Very nicely done speeder Praiter, I really like it for what it is, like a modified version of the 74-Z. The detailing underneath is excellent and the "slightly-squeezed" front bars to create a V-shape is ingenious. Great job, and nice signature watermark BTW!
  16. Very nice little review Fangy! It's a good thing the Hikaru minifig is worthy enough for this polybagged set, because honestly I think the "training glider" is so uninspired and looks like a lazily-designed piece of mechanical walking stilts. Oh well, good thing TLG has improved with their polybagged sets in the past couple of years.
  17. Merged with the existing thread.
  18. Ottima review Izzy! This sure looks like a very attractive set to the little girls, who wouldn't love all those pink and those cute Sanrio characters? It's also interesting to see the high quality of the pieces, I assume they're compatible with Duplo right? I believe it's $30 based on the price tag on the box.
  19. Welcome to the forums White Cat! It's always a pleasure to see a fellow South East Asian joining our online community. I could relate with your sentiments regarding the expensiveness of our beloved LEGO here in our part of the world, but we just have to live with it or be extra-resourceful in acquiring better deals to satisfy our LEGO needs. Well I hope you enjoy your stay here, see you around!
  20. Fantastic build Igorlando! This stacked modular building concept is quite ingenious and very realistic too as it's reminiscent of real-world clustered multi-functional buildings. I like it a lot as it looks very lively and busy, great job!
  21. Kung Fu Panda 2 - very entertaining to watch, though somehow I still prefer the first one. For one, the peacock villain is lame IMO, I'd rather have the badass Tai Lung which was more intimidating and a worthy antagonist. But overall it's a good kiddie animated movie with lots of humor and even touching moments.
  22. That "minigun" looks pretty sweet - very useful for SW clone heavy weaponry (Z-6 chaingun).
  23. Very nice, I like how you cut the jedi hood and how it blends well with the cape cloth. The yellow markings look good too.
  24. Wonderful detailing, particularly the minifig arms in the second floor railings, and the whole build effectively exudes a realistic botanical garden. Beautiful work quy!
  25. Very interesting creation Fianat! I'm also not quite familiar with Portal 2 but the robot is very well done as well as the rest of the vig. I really like the uniquely-built "Aperture signage" with the use of decal stickers at the surface. Good work!
