  1. Another fantastic creation Hoexbroe! I simply love the classic 60s architecture of this hotel especially that inner corner tower detail, and the vintage car complements the build rather nicely. Brilliant job as always!
  2. Just goes to show there also exists some sort of 'hierarchy' in the Cars characters. It makes perfect sense to give a relatively unknown character as a freebie, considering almost all of the main Cars characters (especially the original cast) are the primary drawing factors in the sets that they appear in.
  3. A very well done review once again CloneyO, thanks for sharing! I look at this not as a regular set but more as an HP minifig pack - and a good one at that. Harry, Hagrid, Voldemort, and the new Narcissa fig - that's a pretty solid line-up for US$12, plus a bunch of other useful parts, so overall it's a pretty good buy IMO.
  4. It's to see again your unique and funny-looking Mr. Tape fig and this is a nicely-done scene with the clever use of those holed technic bricks on the walls to simulate bullet holes.
  5. A very well done castle, I like the simple, classic, and beautiful look of this build. Very nice Black Falcon army too. Good job!
  6. Quite an interesting 'old' set that I haven't seen yet, so thanks for sharing this review dr_spock! It's a pretty good set for me considering the time it was made, there may be some questionable techniques but it still looks decent as a MiniLand-style airplane display model.
  7. I'm not familiar with the book/TV series but this looks to be a great batch of custom figs. And since this focuses solely on custom minfigs, I'll move this to the MCW forum where it more appropriately belongs. Though a really god job on these Dufresne!
  8. A very highly-interesting story depicted in brickbuild, the rendition of the scenes are really well done and the whole comic is truly an entertaining read. Great job as always and looking forward for more of these from you!
  9. A surprisingly lovely build The0! The unique and interesting build of the characters really look funny and effectively cartoonish. Even the base vignette and small details (cake, gift) are all well done. Great job!
  10. Lovely shot once again designholic! This just goes to show that sometimes there's no need for some high-tech photography effects to capture a great shot, one only needs a clever idea and simple but effective execution (proper posing of the figs on this one).
  11. Wow, truly a very impressive creation Dufresne! I really love how you achieved the tricky angles and curves of this ship, particularly the circular engines. The attention to detail is simply fantastic, my favorite is obviously the lighting rear thruster engines. And you even have custom figs to complement this build! You should definitely be proud of this beauty!
  12. Thanks for sharing this review ZO6! The various elements of this very nice little set - the cleverly-designed water wheel-hammer functionality, the new weapons, even the new chicken piece - really make this one standout despite its relative small size. Looks to be a good buy even for non-Castle fans like me.
  13. Amazing shots Remus! All of them are extremely well-captured, though my personal favorite is the Robot one.
  14. Now that's what you call effectively using that huge temple-top piece! The burnt engine is a clever idea and the spare magic carpet is simply hilarious! Very well done The0!
  15. Since this is about the video game I'll move this to the C&M forum and probably merge it with an existing(?) topic.
  16. Granted!

After several tries, you've finally earned your first-ever duel victory ceroknight, congratulations! Tough luck blackknight, you've put up a valiant effort up to the end and the match was decided at the very last sequence. You may now update your character profiles accordingly.

Clen is still leading by a hairline, but it's still anybody's game on the decisive round. Send your Round 3 DS now. ...And now, make way for Hogwarts' first Dark Lady Diana Fabray! Muwahahaha! As my added ability, the Seductive Slytherin chooses Jabberwocky the Snake Dragon as his pet.
  19. These classic convertibles are simply gorgeous. The curvaceous shape, overall regal design, and pretty neat detailing are all excellently done.
  20. Very well done Fire/Hazmat van Kalahare! Really nice work on the sliding side doors and the opening rear door. I also like the conservative design, not overly done and with just the right amount of details. Good job!
  21. Even if the subject of the MOC is somber, I'm really impressed on how you captured the overall sad and lonely mood with the effective lighting in this shot. Excellent emotional build TSN!

Mightily impressive collaborative effort by you Nannan and your building buddies! The level of detailing is simply outstanding and I really like the way you brilliantly used the curved train tracks for the wheel. I wish I could see this IRL but oh well, lucky to those who will be able to.
  23. Not familiar with the game also, but it doesn't really take one to appreciate the level of awesomeness of this Battletech MOC. Every element of this build is simply beautiful (smooth surfaces, overall bulky intimidating look, effective color scheme).
  24. Excellent review MB! The overall quality is truly what we've come to expect from the RA, so congratulations for now being a Teacher! As far as the set goes, I've never been a fan of this right from the start, primarily because of its various inaccuracies that will just entail a major overhaul of the design of the vehicle itself on my part if I ever decided to get this. Unlike the RGS and AT-TE which can be improved with minor modifications.
  25. Simply a wonderful collection of steampunk creations Guss! Each and everyone of them is wonderfully-done by my personal favorite is the Skyhorse for its excellent use of the inverted boat hull piece to create the blimp-like shape. Great job!
