That's really an excellent creation Porsuk&Co! The unique overall shape and design, intricate greebling details, and the interesting idea behind the build are certainly most impressive. Great job and thanks for sharing this!

Fantastic indeed. Thanks for sharing this Scouts! The interiors details, coupled with the effective lighting, is simply amazing. The overall build is very accurate compared to the reference image. Kudos to Mr. Xenomurhy for this wonderful creation.

[MOC] Exclamation of Mutation
XimenaPaulina replied to Flare's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
Very nicely done Flare! I see you're vastly improving with your builds, and I really like the underwater terrain that you've created here. The uneven surface and abundance of sea weeds makes up for an effective seabed surroundings. Of course, the downed ship with the leaking mysterious liquid is a great focal point of this MOC. Excellent work! -
That's the first thing I thought too, is this supposed to represent any SW-related droid? Non-SW mechas go in the Sci-Fi forum, but if it's something like the CIS Aqua Droid Forlando is referring to, then I guess it should be here.

Very nice MOC Davor! That massive wall is really well-done with all those greebling details. But I tend to agree with JB, the ground seems to be too spacious and could've use more details IMO, probably some more troops, downed clones or BDs, rubble, destroyed elements. But I understand the time limitation, for a 2-hour fun build it's already a great MOC.

Your story is becoming more and more interesting by the build TM, I'm certainly looking forward what you'll come up with next.

It looks pretty good blackknight! Great to see this PoP-SW crossover, and the colors are just perfect for the PoP flavor of this podracer. I don't think I can criticize much about the overall design, since they all come in different shapes and sizes that however you design it to be is perfectly acceptable on the theme that you're working on, and in this case it effectively represents PoP the way I see it. Maybe the only thing I could suggest is making the cable wires longer? It looks like the engines are too close to the pod.

I love it! Another excellent creation Mood, you really are the SW steampunk expert! The brown-orange color scheme is simply perfect for Wicket. Now nobody will mess with the ewoks if they have this hardsuit around. What's ironic and funny at the same about this is the cute and innocent look of Wicket while manning this destructive machine.

Sign-ups to Mafia School: Escape From Isla Paradisa

For a moment there I though you said "Time to watch noobs failing around" - which is always a possibility considering the abundance of inexperience this school mafia will have to deal with. -

Sign-ups to Mafia School: Escape From Isla Paradisa
XimenaPaulina replied to Sandy's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
Funny thing, as soon as I declared my intention to join, that's the first thing I googled which I'm currently reading right now. Couldn't be a more obvious newbie than that. -
I have always been a fan of your uniquely-built ships Stefan, and this one certainly doesn't disappoint and is consistent with the high-quality builds you've done before. The SNOT build is great, but it's the white and blue trims that is definitely the highlight of this starfighter. Unlike the others, I have no issues with the long nose, as I see it as part of the unique overall design. Excellent work as always!

Sign-ups to Mafia School: Escape From Isla Paradisa
XimenaPaulina replied to Sandy's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
I've been wanting to try this Mafia game stuff for a long time already, but I haven't gathered enough confidence to join ...until now. I think I know the basics watching from the sidelines since I've been following some Mafia games here in EB for quite some time now, but honestly I get confused most of the time figuring out 'what's going on' when things get complicated. So I'm here to learn the ins and outs of a mafia game, and more importantly to gain that valuable experience in actually playing one. Kiel is ready to enter Isla Paradisa. -
Now that was a fast Part 2! Another quality vignette TazManiac, and a nice follow-up to your first one. I really like the compactness of this (and the other) vignette, it really looks like every 'inch' of the 18x18 base is maximized with details. The action posing is very well done, and it looks like the hero will have his much-coveted revenge against the evil knight. Great job on both of these vigs!

Harry Potter: Wizard's Duel - Duelling Club

Gryffindor Student Clen Vierno versus Gryffindor Magus Ollivander Dippet Round 1 Clen Vierno l 5 ___________________________Ollivander Dippet l 5 Protego! - 0__________________________________Protego! - 0 Low - 0 _____________________________________Sectumsempra! - Low - 0 Mid - 0______________________________________Expelliarmus! - 0 Silencio! - 0__________________________________Silencio! - 0 High - 0 _____________________________________High - 0 Health: 5_____________________________________Health: 5 Magus Ollivander Dippet welcomes fellow Gryffindor Clen Vierno in a friendly wizarding duel. The two begin the festivities with a pair of cautious Protegos, and both follow-up with similar low attacks as if reading each other's mind. Ollivander uses his experience and disarms his opponent with an Expelliarmus and tries to hit Clen with a Silencio. The newcomer though, showing lightning-quick reflexes, immediately recovers his wand and deflects the attack with his own Silencio spell. Consistent throughout the opening round, both Gryffindors once again cancels each other's attacks with the same high-arching spell. Quite an uneventful first round as the two Gryffindor duelists remain unscathed. Who shall gain the advantage in the next round? Send in your DSs when ready. -
This will be the first time my SigFig will make it to Brickworld. I already sent you a copy of my custom fig last week, it should arrive on your mail anytime soon Stash. Borrowing Zorbas' line: "If KDM can't go to Brickworld, his SigFig will!"

Very nice vignette TazManiac! I really like the overall 'packed' look of this build, with that well done little house and the surrounding tree and greeneries. Gotta love too the emotional component you've attached into this MOC, I'm certainly looking forward for Part 2 then. Great job!

Too bad A-Ron, I really wanted to help you become a DE but not without giving you a tough fight. I'm sure you'll get there soon. And thanks CM for the ADJ! Let the Battle of the Gryffindors begin! Send your DSs my way. -
Yeah I get it now from that better reference image. How dare I question the accuracy of your customs, I knew you wouldn't overlook such small details.

Ugh, silly me, I thought I sent it already. Anyways, I just sent it. -
Thanks for sharing this excellent composite review Pandora! It's really nice to see that these somewhat overlooked sets get the spotlight in this review. These might not be the popular mainstream sets that we are used to getting, but the elements they provide are certainly very useful for displays, dioramas, town layouts, and even for everyday MOCing.

Very nice use of those flex tubes for the tentacles, but isn't he supposed to be bald based on the reference image? Still, another great custom Omi!
-
Very elegant modular building, I love the cool combination of yellow and white. What a great way to introduce yourself toorayay, welcome and thanks for sharing this to EB! Looking forward seeing more of these types of creations from you.

Wow, you got three! Very nice. Any plans of doing a review L@go? -
Impressive work! You got some exemplary digital graphics skills PixelFox. Nice to see the combination of the classic spacemen with the 2011 Alien Conquest alien on this artwork.
