^not yet it is 11pm right now. I didn't think there site was different by time zones though.

When I checked about an hour ago it didn't show as a pre order just said available july 1st, now its just gone for me and I am signed into VIP account.

well the black gate is on U.S. S @ H now but not available until june 5th..
