Just got back from my local Kmart and they had all their starwars sets on special, the Jabbas Palace was too good to pass up at $129, the army builder packs were $15, the skiff was $35, endor ambush I think was also $35 might have been $39

I've seen it still at some Target stores

Did the run arounds to a few target stores and just couldnt get myself to drop the money on the more expensive heroes sets I did pick up the new garbage truck and a starwars set Just to check my curiosity I also went back to logan kmart and they had dropped the price on the POTC sets some more The Mill was now $35 and Cannibal set was $30 much better so I nabbed them both

Kmart are at it again Went to Logan in QLd, got the Starwars Mandalorian battle packs at $9 Pirates of the carribean sets $9 for the captains cabin, fountain of youth and isle de muerta were both $19 and the mill was $45 Alien conquest are also marked down Harry potter bus was $39 and the older ninjago sets are discounted too, waiting a bit for them to drop a bit more on them

No Mil falcons at my local, got there in the afternoon and it was like a bomb had hit it, seriously the place was a mess, there were staff everywhere trying to clean up. They did have some diagon alleys left about 4 but the hogwarts were all gone and I told myself no hogwarts no diagon alley, I did pick up some of the alien conquest sets and they are pretty neat, my sister is going to wait for the city target to open in the morning and try and grab me a few of the ones they didnt have down here. I would have liked that Falcon, oh well next time...

I hope my local has that many, I dont have high hopes of scoring one though

They were a bit late to the party but I saw Kmart with S3 minifigs at the checkout at my local store Didnt bother asking the price

cheap toy story If you can find it I got lotso dump truck and pizza planet truck from my local, they had the trains as well but nothing else from that line. Might try a couple other stores after I pick up the kids from school this afternoon

It was suggested that I add maybe the MMV to this So I got a grey baseplate and put on the MMV and some other bits, built another building based on the blacksmith shop in the MMV. Also have another MMV here to build just waiting on some bricks to show up so can change the colours on the buildings, the blue one will be green and the tan will be red, then the spare tan bricks I will use to change out the light bluish grey upper floor on the building I made. Have some more grey bits on the way so hopefully can start on the front wall soon Anyways here are some pics I also have a couple hundred 1x1 round plates coming in black,light and dark grey so can pave the road areas as well

Latest Toyworld cat has the series 3 minifigs due 24th Jan Bad news - $4.99 each I'm thinking I will source these from overseas, I'm not paying $300 for a box of these

Sounds like you need a US trade buddy I got a mate of mine in the US to pick me up MMV and Firestation and repack it and send it over All up it cost me just one $330 AUS I dont know how you will go about the no paypal thing, it seems to be the payment option of choice these days I dont think the lego shops charge for shipping to US address either so you dont get stung twice The postage on mine was $80Us and with the dollar where it is now we might do it again soon Diagon Alley I'm looking at you

Second set of stairs built and the other towers finished, prison cell redone. Now all I need to do is do the front wall and gate. Sigh off to bricklink we go, my wife is so sick of seeing bricklink on the bank statement

spoke to the ladies at the local toyworld today about series 3, she said end of this year, I says what next week and she just grinned, get ready for them to start showing up

Funny how things change as you build stuff New back wall Dungeon Where we are at at the moment Those "huts" on the left will be mounted like they are on the other side and the centre section will also be built when the parts show up

I sent some cash over to a mate in the US to help me out, MMV and Green grocer for $250 plus whatever shipping is Wont be anywhere near what it would cost me here

Update time Took the tower off the back wall and replaced it with 2 smaller ones in each corner, there will be some tweeking still to go in there. Blacksmiths area, still need to make the anvil for it and maybe redo those weapon racks not real happy with them Dining Hall, all it needs now are people We wanted a wizards hut in the castle, this was originally on that back wall but it didnt look right so it was taken down and will go on the ground inside the castle walls Where we are at the end of building at the moment.

DJ's at Garden City in Bris had 5 Grand Emporium sets left after I picked mine up TRU also had some sets at 50% off and purchase $40 of lego and get a free toy story jeep set.
