  1. Now I want to make a metru-sexual joke. ;p
  2. In an all out final battle against the darkness, Tahu is the last Toa standing. Absorbing the Toa Energy of all the fallen Toa he transforms into a powerful Titan, meant to bring only ultimate death to the enemy! The title should read Tahu Titan Kaita!
  3. I say bring 'em all on. They are all parts to me. ;)
  4. Lots of fantastic answers here.I dunno. I followed it hardcore for the first 2 years. And actually was not the "target" market, as I was in College at the time. But, the concept was so cool and engrossing. I loved the designs and the story was s well told. I played the flash game and even subscribed to the club so I could read the comics. Afterward, I followed it off and on, but I never had a problem getting the when and where of things. The packaging and commercials more or less explained things...well maybe except the Piraka years, but still...
  5. I hear it all the time. Bionicle's Mythology and backstory got too complex and weighed the line down and caused people to loose interest. Sales fell and a new simpler concept was launched with Hero Factory. Um, wasn't Bionicle still basically one series after another of 6 Primary Colored good guys fighting a bunch of monsters and demons? Isn't Hero Factory a Bunch of Primary Colored Good Guys fighting a bunch of monsters and demons? Ok, granted, the setting and trimmings changed with Bionicle. You had Mata Nui and the battle against Makuta, and the Bohrok...etc Then Metro Nui and the Vahkti and those Spider-Things later. And that Island where the Piraka hung out to Rap Music. And then under water and in the sky. And then Mata Nui and his other planet. Lots of changing settings and fresh characters in 10 years...I get that. But, Hardly Rocket Science. Is it so different than Hero Factory characters changing armor twice a year and fighting enemies in all sorts of different environments? Is Brain Attack all that different than Krana? Was it really so hard to follow, just because the Toa changed to different characters with each wave. If they had changed the armor but kept the same TOA characters, would it have made any difference? What do you guys think? Because, I'm not buying that Bionicle became all that hard to follow or jump intop atr any given time in the run.
  6. Thanks, I think he's been my best success so far. Although, I am having some fun doing new Toa Factory renditions of the original 6. Finished Kopaka, working on Tahu and Gahli now.
  7. Good use of Bohrok eyes for claws. I dig that helmet.
  8. Draik, you've been a huge help. Especially here. I need to develop eloquence of design. This kind of advice will help me develop less clunk models.
  9. Thanks guys, this is the sort of thing I need. Any and all Feedback is Appreciate.
  10. Here is a running change I was able to make to the model, by adding a printed clock face brick... I do need to improve my lighting. Thanks for the feedback.
  11. Thanks, I always forget Gahli.
  12. Like was said previously, simple...and yet... utterly brilliant!
  13. The first of what I intend to be an HC update to all 5 original TOA!
  14. The timeless ability to mix and match Lego elements allowed me to merge modern HF with 2nd Gen Bionicle to create a Steam Punk style Clock Work Android that I call Clock Stryke!
  15. My first HF MOC. Feedback is always welcome...
  16. I love your Krana solution. Great use of the Krana Demon-style face with all that fantastic blood read armor.
  17. Great Nontraditional head. Like the ball and chain gun too.
  18. Digging the colors on the bike. I like how you carry the angelic idea through both figure and vehicle. They looks like they belong together.
  19. I have always dug the Bionicle style stuff for the cool sort of Geiger-esq bio-mechanicle Gothic Look. Kranix Hound is the small one and he is meant to be a sleek hunter. Her was a hero who was possessed and twisted by a Krana (almost Silent Hill Style) into a weapon festooned, agile, savage hunter. All hooks and blades, but with clearly defined bits of the hero still identifiable. The large one, I call THE GREAT WALL. I really liked this Exo-Armor they made when the line first started, but it was just such a fragile mess. But, the bulk of it and big arm cannon always made me think of Shogun Warriors. So, I bolted part of a hero body into the thing and bolted it all down and to a base made up of a classic Rahi Crab style body. Effectively, the whole thing is supposed to hover short distances and make itself a living barricade. A semi-mobile battle Fortress/Tank Emplacement. What do ya think sirs?
