people have different things to do with their legos, i buy lego mainly for displaying and not playing. I want it to be as accurate as possible. I mean, you cant buy an ugly flower vase and put it in your center table and imagine it as beautiful! Lol

I also starting to like the new rebel stormtroopers, but my problem is it will not be compatible not only on my old stormtroopers, but also with the tie pilots and new shadow stormtroopers...

I also did say that by saying you can play with it, what i mean is, that thing is not a major concern, making it rotate by gravity (which actually it is) is just a bonus feature

Will the new rebel stormtrooper bb be ok with my ot collection? lets say there are no rebels show, and you are not that familiar with starwars, TLG has 2 design of of stormtroopers, asking which is better or more accurate to the movie version... This Or this?

why the wings should rotate via gravity anyway? I mean, this is an UCS set (although you can play with it) but the main purpose of this is to display this thing on a shelve

Tie pilots on that set has rebels printing, just look at his helmet. The shadowtroopers are part of EU not rebels.

hi there, inspired by other mocs out there, i want to update the vader's tie advanced. parts from 9492, 8017, 75031, and few others from bricklink. Goals: 1. to make it similar to lego's 9492 tie fighter 2. to make it look like an official set suggestions are very much welcome

The tie pilot is different, not only he loses his print leg, it has the same helmet design as the rebel stormies, call them rebel tie pilots That tie prototype sure looks the best tie lego has ever created (minifig), but the old tie fighter looks more "tie figter" maybe because of slopes they use. The old tie is more rounded. Must buy for me: Shadow Troopers - atleast 5, those stormies in grey outfit are just awesome! Even though they must be black At-Dp - those yellows are eyesore imo, ill buy it but ill do a little modification. Will sell the rebel stormies! Has anyone got the close up look of those pilots? T16 Skyhooper - im an OT fan, but i only collect rebel and imperial ships/vehicles and of course boba fett's slave 1.. so im thinking twice here.

Haha now we still have a chance, OT stormies has those markings.. are rebel stormies have the same? If it is not the same with the "ghos stormies" it might be the new ot stormies!!!! Or.. maybe they just release a new rebel stormies that are not as ugly as those in the ghost.. dang

I just hope there will be more OT sets that will include the new OT stormies, i mean, this could be the last chance of getting more OT stormies (but TLG blew it) because next 3 waves will surely focues on the rebels and episode 7... :( How many new OT stormies do we have? 2 on isd, and 1 on ucs slave 1? How many rebel stormies do we have? 1 on the ghost, 4 on bp, 1 on atdp, and surely more to come on the next wave... Just sad. :(
