Thanks for the support! Alas, we're at the end of the line. Here's the last review: Overall, this set is pretty mediocre. I don't like the look of the T-Rawket. The three exclusive minifigures are great, though. -

No problem Tobs. My cold truly does suck. Mutation time! Overall, the Mutation Chamber sets is pretty good. The three figures are great, but the build is disappointing. I wish they would have made it more detailed for its $25 price point. But, there's some cool pieces and the play feature is really fun. -
We had the preliminary picture of the first one leaked in February...

Speaking of the sets showing up and Karai... Overall, this set is really fun! I love the two exclusive minifigures especially. But, the news stand is just2awesome. I love the barricade post, too. -

LEGO® CUUSOO 空想 - Turn your model wishes into reality
just2good replied to CopMike's topic in General LEGO Discussion
I suppose they would allow it. Then again, they didn't allow the Street Fighter project, and SF is T-rated by the ESRB. -
It wasn't in the Press Release, but in Mad Nippers' "interview" when the theme was confirmed in August 2013. Take that as you may.
-
We got a Hamm "figure"! There's no licensing conflicts with him. Heck, people usually say the TS theme didn't sell well, but it seemed to be half and half. I know the first wave of sets sold really well, but the "Toy Story 3" wave sold poorly. Odd. We all can wish.

Lego Loosing the Ball with Superheroes Sets

I don't agree with a lot of this, but I'll say one thing for now- there's no other AoS kids toys on the market. I'm sure Marvel/Disney feel like there isn't really a place in the toy market for the show, at least for LEGO's primary consumers- kids. Nevertheless, nice post. -

I got the TMNT Shredder's Lair set from TRU.com! Video review here: And some quick pics: Overall, this is a great set! Not only does the design look great and unique, it looks like a really fun set to play with because of all the little play features. And, the three figures with exclusive printing are a nice addition. Shredder in particular is even better than the version from last year. -
An early release in April is normal. Series 10 was that way. October is an odd release date, but that's when Series 12 is coming. The normal versions will be very popular, as many already complain about the House set versions. Also, WhiteFang said he is reviewing this one.

That retailer is selling it a bit early. Like I said, some retailers sell it before the street date. I'm sure S@H will have it on May 1st.

Here's my opinion on a few things discussed here in the past month. I've been "reserving" my excitement for the CMF series lately, as I don't want to over hype it! I still search about every hour for pictures, though. Keep in mind, the CMF series is essentially guaranteed to include the regular versions of the characters. I've been saying that forever! We're not getting Moe. At this point, while nothing is confirmed about this series by LEGO (besides the Homer and Ned pictures and the price/release date), I strongly believe Moe isn't going to be here. Not only is he a bartender, but I take Amazon's word from March 2014 over Nerdly's word from September 2013. Nerdly had the rumors of the House set and episode right, and they provided a list of Homer, Lisa, Marge, Bart, Apu, Itchy, Scratchy, Chief Wiggum, and Moe. This is why we see some retail sites list them as "confirmed" characters, along with Maggie and Ned (who both appeared in the House set), and Milhouse (who was revealed by his appearance in The LEGO Movie). However, the Amazon listing is from the (reliable) retail store ToyWarehouseUK. Itchy and Scratchy will be separate figures. ToyWarehouseUK listed 16 including Itchy and Scratchy... Why would there be a 15 figure series? And they did not list Moe. It makes sense for LEGO to release them as separate figures. Itchy will just be a little out of scale with short legs, like Maggie is out of scale. Itchy and Scratchy are not only recognizable, but "animal" minifigures from the CMF series always seem to be popular with younger kids. They're not very Simpsons specific, so they can find use as anthropomorphic figures. April 1st will be the reveal date. The first of the month is when LEGO official reveals CMFs, and usually when we can expect WhiteFang's review to be up. May 1st is the street date. This has been confirmed by many places. But, LEGO sets always go on sale before the street date. Just my two cents.

No. There's been no rumor of a D2C coming this year specifically. We do have a rumor for a UCS Tumbler D2C, but for all we know that can come next year.
