Well, I asked if I could take a solo trip there and I've been getting answers.

"In addition to whatever Arthur suggested about the spare room, we could visit the Exercise room to setup a triage for the patient. Although, I don't know if we should just wait for the Space Police. Why are we doing anything at all if the Space Police are coming. I guess they could be in on it? Weird that they're on their way. Aren't we moving at faster than light? Have we just been sitting there. Anyway, I suppose we could set up triage better in the spare room. I guess I didn't realize we had an empty cabin. You'd think Blue Star would be interested in and able to sell out the voyage. Or have a sick bay instead of spare rooms or "Engineering Access"..."

"You know as much about checking fingerprints as I do, so by all means. If my fingerprints are the only ones on the terminal then I'm a suspect. I'm already a suspect. I know I didn't do it. I mean, I actually do know that, but can't prove it to any of you currently. Unless you want to check the ship's scanners yourself. I do believe the person who did it, snuck in after I left Engineering, just before the door closed as I had just left Engineering when the drive shut down. And before any of you ask about bruising my ribs on the bathroom sink, I was just roleplaying. I was informed much later where I actually was when the drive shut down. Your resistance to being finger-printed yourself doesn't actually hinge on any of that, though. Especially with the Space Police on the way. Your prior service in the Navy and knowledge of computers and vessels definitely makes you a suspect and now you're resisting being fingerprinted. How interesting." Gabriella presses her fingerprints onto her fingerprint record and offers the sheet to the Captain to check the shard and the Engineering terminal. "There, then. We'll know in 24-48 hours where my fingerprints appear. I believe I've only handled the teapot shard with gloves, though it's hard to remember what I did."

Just to be clear I'm checking the teapot shard and the terminal in Engineering, correct?

And these? "Hey Arthur, shadow up, baby-cakes."

"Yeah, there's room for all five fingers from both hands in that square. Shadow up, Dr." Gabriella smudges eye shadow on the fingers cuffed behind crazy Emily's back and then presses them onto the paper. "Thanks, psycho."

"All right, bitches. Whoever doesn't want to give me their fingerprints has something to hide. Let's go. I should think Emily would like to go first so we can prove it's not her fingerprints on that teapot shard." Gabriella draws a chart on a blank piece of paper and writes everyone's names in an individual square. She readies her ample supply of eye shadow to take everyone's prints.

I'd like to take everyone's fingerprints then.

Oh great! So do they match? Was it Ezra who shut the FTL drive down?

I'd like to use a piece of paper to take Ezra's fingerprints. Then, if I can go on my own real quick, would like to dust the keyboard at the terminal in Engineering with my blush to see if his fingerprints appear. A piece of paper and my eye shadow** I'd also like to check the nearest terminal to determine if any escape pods have jettisoned, or if there is currently anything in any of the escape pods.

I'd like to check the ship's sensors to see if it can determine if another vessel has been near our ship. "That would explain why he wanted the drive shut down. Maybe he's just clumsy and pulled the suitcase onto his head. How hard do you think it would be to create a fingerprint kit? All we need is some dark dust and ink. Does anybody have that on them? And a make-up brush. We could probably do it with some blush and eye shadow! We cordoned off the terminal that was used in the drive shutdown (at least that's what I was told. I didn't see evidence of it when we were in Engineering.) While he's unconscious, I suggest we use a makeup kit to dust the fingerprints on the engineering terminal and take fingerprints from Ezra." Do I own a makeup kit?

" It takes so long to get anything done." I'd like to check the ship's system to access the passage of the ship to see what was the nearest star system to the ship around midnight three days ago.

I'd like to enter the coordinates into my personal comm terminal to see where they lead. I'd also like to examine any of the crates to see if there's anything of interest there. "It seems like Ezra was trying to escape before Alfie was murdered. Why was he attempting to leave the ship? Hopefully these coordinates will tell us where he was planning to go."

"Maybe the exercise room? We could fashion a weight bench as a hospital bed and maybe Dr. Frost can set his equipment...or whatever...up there."

"Were there multiple pairs of handcuffs? If so, we should handcuff Ezra to the bed in sick bay. Is there a sick bay on the map?" "I also feel like we're missing something in here. There's something we haven't explored thoroughly enough yet..."

Gabriella can't help but like Charlotte...a little. "Well, if I'd have known you'd look better in them than me, I never would've let you have them. Thanks for helping us out with the investigation. It's refreshing to see a politician who's willing to get their hands dirty. Or rather, their stolen engineer equipment dirty."

"It appears, our dear Ezra, was attempting to escape the ship. Is that because he was fleeing someone? Or did he murder Alfie and attempt to escape. Since he was hit on the head by luggage, I would imagine he was poking around in here before the drive shut down." "Captain, @Shadows , I believe you should hold that list of launch codes. I imagine any crew member can override the launch in case of emergency, but anyway... After we got the drive back online, I implemented another security measure on the escape pods. If you hold the launch codes, and I control the other thing, then it's much safer knowing that it would take the two of us together to launch any escape pods." "I have a spare pair of engineer gloves for you." Gabriella searches her coveralls for her spare gloves. "Oh, they're in my other coveralls, so you already have them. "

Gabriella procures a flat disc fountain.

"Did I say anything about moving him or poking him, you grumpy old coot? No! I put gloves on and checked his pulse. Now I'm trying to pour water in his mouth. Don't accuse me of trying to do something I'm not and don't mansplain a crime scene to me." Gabriella glares at Dr. Frost.

"Dear Lord! How long have we been here? I thought we saw him yesterday! Arthur, can I have another martini, please? Thank you. *hic* " I'd like to attempt to pour some water in Ezra's mouth since he must be close to death from dehydration.

I would like to inspect Ezra, visually, to see if I can learn why he's unconscious.

I would like to put on my Engineering gloves and check the pulse of the person on the floor.

"Good choice, Captain. If you're going to deputize someone, choose the sociopath! As for a brig, I'm not sure it's necessary. Let's just handcuff her and bring her along." I'd like to handcuff Emily's hands behind her back so she can't go grabbing whatever anymore.

"Do I need to remind everyone that it was this bitch who smashed evidence. Odd that she went straight for the teapot and smashed it and now went straight for the first weapon we've found. Captain, may I suggest we just handcuff her right now? If she's not guilty she's suffering some kind of episode of clinical stupidity."

"Captain @Shadows , can you please open this closet?"
