  1. Nice camouflages, the wolf doesn't even seem to see it coming The drag marks in the snow behind Rasmus is an awesome detail!
  2. Nice ovens We could definitely take cues from in-game building designs for LEGO builds...
  3. Thanks for all the comments everybody! Grundle kids need teddy bears too, to keep nightmares about Drows away! Thanks! Hahaha, the feeling of being 'grundled' should relatively feel the same as having a hangover after five barrels of wine...
  4. @Penkid11: Someone should make an enchanted pie temple
  5. The colors here are wonderful! The sparse foliage actually makes it look good, as if it's a more rocky and mountainous area.
  6. Nice hideout, the ruins look very comfortable to live in
  7. Aaargh, Challenge 1 is up! Count me in for Team Nocturnus! Thank enchanted pumpkin pies for the long entry time.
  8. Lovely colors, it makes everything look very vibrant, and poisonous, of course! The mutated Mitgardian myth is also a neat touch :)
  9. Thanks a lot for the comments! @ Vladivus: Keep an eye out for the hills with shiny telescopes hidden among them!
  10. ...so the deadline's at the end of the 15th? Not on the end of the 14th? Hahahaha, I have no idea whether to laugh of faint now, cause it's like past 12:00 a.m. here *faints* Anywaaays, thanks a lot for the quick reply, guys. This oughta teach me for the next challenges, haha.
  11. ...shy? SHY? Well, I don't think we'll ever know, cause I sure will run the other way as soon as I spot these little critters Now we got Noctornian Faeries! I can't express how big a smile this build has brought to my face The colors are bright, the swamp really looks alive, but when you look closer at the cute little winged creatures... Hahaha, awesome, awesome tribe!
  12. Aaaand here's round 2's tribe http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=87660 I dunno what clock I was reading or what time zone converter I was using, but I think my submission might've been late by an hour Is that alright?
  13. Imagine walking down a nice quiet Noctornian path when you notice a beautiful hill dotted with flowers and plants. You stop to remind yourself how wonderful life really is, and then before you even realize it, you're knocked out cold. Then you wake up naked (save for your underpants of course, we aren't that cruel ), and notice that all your armor, weapons, loot and food are gone. You hear the ground shaking, and look back to see a horde of Noctornians ready to attack you, just because you're helpless now. That's when you know you've met the Grundlegrondse. A Grundlegrondse team attacking a traveler from their trapdoor. The Grundlegrondse, or simply "Grundles", is an underground tribe hellbent on thieving, looting, tricking and surprising any lone travelers that happen to pass by their territory. They will steal from anybody, even Noctornians themselves! The Grundles have nifty scouting posts hidden all over Rod's Peak and they set up trapdoors to surprise and kidnap unwary travelers for their loot. Not only will they steal from travelers, these creatures would set up a trade fair every now and then to sell off their loot, and then repeat the process of stealing again. Nobody knows why they do this, but it's a pretty good way of making a living instead of scrounging for food underground like some animal. It also isn't uncommon for someone to see victims of thievery going back to the trade fair to get their equipment back A Grundlegrondse scouting post Being master thieves, Grundles are a very organized tribe, and are very well-communicated between attack posts even if they are spread all over the area. It is said that the underground world of Grundles are just as refined, clean and royal as the castles on the surface of the ground. Nobody has been there though so it is still doubtful though. After all, "Grundlegrondse" literally translates to "Those who eat dirt" in ancient Noctornian language! Each team has their own assigned jobs and are crucial to a successful attack. Young or rookie Grundles are often assigned scouting tasks, while elder ones either become team leaders (like the one with the cape below) or "collectors". Collector Grundles are those who collect the spoils of the looting and keep them in a corner to be organized later. Each team has a brute and an "advancer", both of who are in charge of stealing from travelers itself. They surprise victims from the trapdoor after being alerted by the scout, beat the victim unconscious with a bludgeon, and drag them underground before getting seen. The Grundles shown above are probably too excited to be stealthy The Grundle Tribe (left to right): Collector, Advancer, Leader, Brute and Scout ------------------ Phew! I barely made it for the second tribes round Well here it is. Still unhappy with picture quality, but eh, it's what I can do in a few hours. Glad to actually put it up at this point
  14. ...okay, I'm speechless. This is just so perfect and amazing
  15. Awesome! This calls for another tribe or two Glad to have the challenge extended for another round.
  16. @ Vladivus: The Kmnel generously accept your greetings We're fond to have more acquaintances, though we'll stay out of General Fenrir's way in that case unless he challenges us first! @ Emma: Thanks for the comments! Glad that the outpost successfully gave out that look
  17. Wow, the idea of SnK LEGO builds never struck me until now. The action in the first image looks great, it conveys the manga/anime scene closely I hope more SnK builds will come up, it's an awesome series, and you've surely stirred my interest in building one
  18. This is a wonderful build! Your little brother has a lot of talent The ruins look great with the rockwork, and the small patches of grass brings color to the entire thing. The story's hillarious too, I'd love to have Basil as a sidekick Only one thing that struck me as a little off - the cactus is a nice little build, but it kind of looks too fat/big for the scene. It somehow pulls away the viewer's focus from the bigger scene. Just an opinion though
  19. Everything looks so clean and beautiful! The colors are amazing, they go really well together, and that water ripple brings motion and a very nice detail to the build I'm a fan of everything going on here!
  20. Okay, who threw a hundred cats into the Fountain of Blood and brought Cat-zilla to life? Hahaha, just kidding (Reggie's adorable!). The hooded axe figure is my favorite, especially his head-in-a-basket
  21. Great figs! I never thought those bat hands/wings could be used like that The Drow Slaver looks particularly sinister...
  22. Love the story, especially when he called on the wolf pack Nice use of that wheel for a vegetation base! But like what soccerkid had said, the tree could use a little more leaves
  23. Here, why don't you faint and have a Phoenix Down. Ahem, aside from that, awesome characters! They look like they have a lot of personality, as if each Elf has a story to them. The white glow around them gives a very supernatural feel too
  24. Love all the atmosphere of each build! The library with the scroll rack is my most favorite Also, those LEGO Games tiles look great as decorations
  25. @ Lord Vladivus: Keep away from our territory and we might just spare your furry lives! @ gedren: A Kmnel as a slave Well, at least he rebounded well, haha. @ Uberlego: Thank you @ Gideon: Thanks! It could be, cause the tribe-rivalries can easily put them on opposite sides of the war. I can imagine a Black Spire Lord approaching the Werewolves and offering them assistance in exchange for their loyalty in the war. @ ZCerberus: Thank you! Yeah, I'm with you there on the photography I'm planning to get one more desk lamp for better lighting and also a better camera. The iPad's images have too much noise when zoomed in
