  1. The Neimiodian on the Sep. Shuttle may not be Nute Gunray. Although he is 100% more important, Lok Durd: Appears more during the Clone Wars. I preferably don't care, because I'm sure that you can use both Neimiodians as one, though if they do, it may bother some hard core fans. "Lok Durd? Who the megablocks is Lok Durd? I want freaking Nute Gunray!" But please, to whoever took those pictures of the Sep. Shuttle, take a clearer one, because the others who saw the catalogue could tell it was a Rodian head, but all I see is a green blob!
  2. I'll put that in USD. Echo Base / Corporate Alliance Droid: $20-$30. (Lovely!) Separatist Shuttle (no, I don't care what the proper name for it is): £29.99 $30-$40 (Lovely!) Y-Wing ( ) : £39.99 $40-$50 (Terrible) Venator Attack Ship / The Battle of Endor ( ): £69.99-£89.99 $90-$130 (Lovely!) I also agree, these sets look great, but the Y-wing...umm....
  3. My thoughts on these pictures: Tank Droid: Oh my God, it's beautiful! I love it! It looks exactly like the actual thing too! Though I can't tell what the jetpacks are, this swet is great! Venator: Looking good enough for me, you can see there's a fair enough size from the bottom, Palpy looks great, you can see the bombs, and even though the senate commandos are just blue clones, I still think they look awesome. Though if TLG accidentally gives them Clone Faces.... Anakin's Y-wing: Oh the sheer horror! I was wrong about R2, the shape is odd, and it just doesn't look at all like it has any features. I still will be getting this though, considering this is an important CW ship. Neimiodian Shuttle: Blast these blurry pics, but from what I can see, this is an amazing masterpiece. About Onocadda Farr, I hate to say it but I was totally right! The four legged feature is there, as I expected, and there's interior!
  4. Well, in my last topic, everyone seemed to love Luminara Unduli, yet calls Ki-Adi a fat head alien with a minifig body. Well, now i have as close to a solution as one can come without dicing up their minifig heads. Supplies (Head only, body in my other topic.) 2 fleshy minifig heads (any face) 1 printer ( ) 1 set of my decals And glue and scissors, or that magical amazing printer that wuzzupbob uses to print the decals onto their faces. So, of course, the head will come out freakishly tall, but that's sort of how Ki-Adi's meant to be. Of course you'll use the two minifig heads stacked together, and use my fully wrap-around decal to cover the weird indent where the two heads meet. Sorry for the blurriness.
  5. I still can't tell, but you might be right... it's hard to tell, maybe the one with the hang glider also.
  6. Well who the heck says CW is going away? They're just making 3 OT sets. They still have CW as the main theme next year, but if you look here are the real statistics. Out of all Star Wars fans, CW fans/PT fans: 30% OT fans: 60% OT+PT fans: 80% So, stop asking for something that isn't going to happen, or at least any time soon.
  7. I don't think so. All of their feet seem straight to me. It would be amazing if they did though.
  8. Loving an OT set makes me feel included! Now I can do the 2009-is-the-best-year-ever(so far) dance!
  9. I know! I love this set, and I'm generally a CW only fan! And it isn't a square gray box for God's sake, it has a shape, it's a bunker. It has interior, features! Even if this set had Luke, and two regular Rebels from the battlepack, I'd still buy this, but the minifigs make it greater! This set is so bloody amazing that I can't describe it!
  10. Oh...my...!!!!!!! I am sorry Clone Wars, I have to turn on you for one set! That Endor battle set looks SO AMAZING! The same speeders as the Republic Gunship, the famous base, that AT-ST! R2 with new style head, and endor rebels! I love this set!!!!!!!!! Endor base, you are mine!
  11. It'd fit perfectly... but again, enough utter speculation on the Venator. I'm sire there'll be a spinning turret on Anakin's Y-wing, and Ahsoka will have her bubble dome with the gunning-attachment, and just like on the new AAT, the rods shoot out as flick missiles. And the white engines will be the pieces they used in the escape pod in the republic gunship and the Twilight, and you can probably open them up and put the lightsabers in or something. Considering R7-A7 and the Death Star Droids all had the new style head, maybe this will be the second set with new style R2? As for the two jet troopers in the tank droid, I think it's be interesting to get a new piece like a detachable Boba Fett's jetpack, but we might also get a old pieces in a new design, sort of like that. But I hope they both have markings, so we can have a sergeant Denal. Base on the following picture, those are the jetpacks I expect, and I expect the box to have crystal city in the background just like in the AAT. Two scenes in one.
  12. 2, definitely. So it could and should be those two, plus the eta-2 front TIE-like cockpit piece, and four jets.
  13. Hey... I think I found your brickshelf gallery, but I still have no idea. If you still care about this topic, please post pics?
  14. I love the new box, it seems more Star Warsy than blue, plus I can imagine the new sets with the new box well! Though, seeing the Venator in a blue box would be cool, I like the change! Random and off topic from the box discussion: I wonder how they will make the new escape pod round. Unless, it's one of those side pieces of the similar four jets on the hyperdrive booster ring from the set from 2007. They'd work well.
  15. And episode II. I think that people hate Jar Jar, but collectors want his minifig, because as pathetic and un-star warsy as he is, we need him to complete our collections, because he is such a prominent character.
  16. Great review! I like the Stormy, and Phase II comparison. Thanks!
  17. Jar Jar in Fabuland? How interesting! Anyways, there are plenty of collectors who've got tons of Jar Jars, but a lot of newer fans like me didn't start collecting until 2007, so I never had a single Jar-Jar, and think of all the kids weren't even born until after all of the Jar Jar sets were put out and sold! I think a lot of buys would be on a set with Jar Jar, especially a less-known set like the pirate tank, which might solely get more buys because of the most pathetic character in SW history. Mesa wantsa Jar Jar. (Don't kill me OT fans!)
  18. I guess there'll be a lot less in Europe right now, seeing as it just came out there, but here in the states, I walked in in December and they had at least 50 battle packs. Of course, the week after Christmas they had ripped everything off the walls, and nothing was left but MTT's and Bionicle Glatorian. Man, I shoulda gotten the MTT's while I had the chance. Oh wait... I had no money!
  19. Pics of the escape pod! Here's the interior, but it'll be scaled down, hopefully for at least two, all lined up in a row. (I'll mod the spinny chair if the escape pod is there! ) Four jets in the back, possibly these pieces? And a TIE cockpit! And it'll have small techic holes to drop from the trans-purple pin we cee on the side. It should be tall enough, I think. Maybe the escape pod's in the back. Though it could be super scaled down and the front could be this:
  20. I think they may put a trans-blue cone on Palpy's desk, and hopefully, yet doubtfully with a pattern on it showing a person, like Mace Windu, or a random Senator. And I agree withyou, the other escape pods were random, but this particular escape pod was used multiple times during the Clone Wars, and we know what it should look like too!
  21. They made Lego Star Wars in the 1980's? Where was I? Didn't LSW start in 1999? Anyways, the AAT has a new size box as far as I could tell. I'll try to give you the exact measurements later, but I'm too lazy right now to get up off the chair and walk two flights of stares.
  22. I can pretty much flat out bet that there'll be an escape pod, and I'm totally fine with that. I really hope we get the escape pods like in most episodes of the Clone wars, round with a TIE cockpit, four engines, and enough room for 2 when "mid-scaled." It'd be good for playability, and alikeness with the actual ship. So the plan would be, an escape pod in the front of the inside (possibly what that knob's for,) then Palpy's little office with the two senate commandos, and we put the two Clones in the escape pod. Then, the thing will hopefully be loaded with features, maybe a bomb-dropper, and a knob or button to release multiple flick missiles. Then in the back, there should be around 6 engines, each with blue jets coming out, possibly bley versions of all-plastic wheels and such, then of course there will be a hatch so you can lift off the top and see inside, and also in the corner rectangle between the front "wings" and the back two "wings," we'll get a little rounded off rectangular design made to look like the real thing, but actually a door large enough for minifigs of a weapon stash. There isn't much room for anything on the top as far as I can see, though it looks like there is a random hatch in the slope up to the two towers large enough for a minifig, and possible features in the back. Oh, and I just looked closely, on both sides there are four gunning turrets, 8 in all, and each fires a light-bley-tipped flick missile or two. (Probably one though.) As for why I think about the slope hatch, there are two dark-bley studless technic beams, possibly so you can pull a square out like on an RGS. EDIT: there might be room for figs in the back two wings aswell, seeing as it looks like the side coverings pull back and you can stuff people inside, which is also what you can do on the real thing.
  23. Since Plo-Koon, CW version would be exactly the same in normal version, then Kit Fisto, CW style would be the same as normal style. And even though Ahsoka's fighhter is slightly different from Obi's and Fisto's, I use it for all three. But again... Plo's fighter with Aayla in it? Anyone? Anyone???
  24. Correct, these: Note: Wow! Another gallery of KimT's! Well, he does have the best pictures!
  25. Darth Talon would be nice, but they won't make anything like her, considering that she was only in comics, and as un-famous as the Clone Wars is, sadly those comics were even less famous. You just gotta have broadcasting to get known! As for Aayla Secura, I'm dying for her, but I think I might know the trick to a perfect custom Aayla.... Ki-Adi is about as needed as Aayla Secura, and Shaak Ti is a bit less considering we didn't really see her do anything in the Clone Wars besides exist. Though she was in The Force Unleashed. Note: I was about to say that Shaak Ti did nothing but die, but then I remembered that was only in Lego Star Wars I that she was killed by Anakin!
