It also could be that it looks the way it is because it's a prototype helmet. In the prototype Bionicle pics from the toyfair 2009 I had been looking at, a lot of their heads were this weir-lighter, non-TLG plastic. I looked back to other toyfairs and it happens every year, which they then change for the final product.

It's probably going to be new Yoda head plastic. It's definitely not Kit Fisto head plastic, because it has something more than the texture, that you can see. Yoda head plastic is bendable and flexible, but still looks and feels like normal, so Lego will replicate the partially-rubber helmets with bendable plastic.

6239, Cannon Battle. It was wonderful!

What would you do with black epaulettes?
Darth Legolas replied to martinsuper's topic in Pirate MOCs
Not a space Pirate Tank, a Weequay Pirate Tank! Know your Star Wars. Anyways, if I ever do get the set, which I probably won't considering it's about as canon as Tag and Bink, then I'd probably leave them on Hondo. That's the captain who wears them. Though they might look good on Brickbeard. -
How Many Minifigs do you own?
Darth Legolas replied to Millacol88's topic in General LEGO Discussion
I don't know... why the heck did I write that? Maybe I should drink less coffee. Makes my brain go nutty. EDIT: Ahh... I believe I meant to say for years, I wrote for year. -
Found the same thing when I made my custom Cad Bane. He looks cool, good job!

Good non-studless set?
Darth Legolas replied to em121231's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
Oh yeah, should of realized this was in the mindstorms and technic section. Sorry though. I have a lot that come to mind but I don't know any of their prices. P.S. Wouldn't non-studless mean not studless therefore having studs? -
Good non-studless set?
Darth Legolas replied to em121231's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
Meaning... technic? -
Holy crudmuffins! That's impressive! I love the exterior, and the idea for the fountain was wonderful! And the Ivy on the side of the house! I also like the bed and the drawers, they show great technique!

No I do believe that's real. I was hoping it would be one solid color, such as gray. (Death Star baby!)

I don't even think my Target has a $1 section, and besides, all of my minifigs that aren't bagged up to be used or changed are on display on my wall of star wars. I got the cabinet at Ikea, and each box is big enough for a whole AT-TE to fit in. So, I have set-ups in each box. Though I like Target, they had a vast selection of Lego, had all of the Mini Star Wars exclusives (V-19 and Grievous's Starfighter,) and when i was looking for a large number of Soldiers Arsenals to build up my Imperials and backpacks, they went into the backroom, and pulled me out a whole box full of them. But anyways, thanks for the info!

Indy Venice Boat (as seen in the videogame)
Darth Legolas replied to LuxorV's topic in LEGO Licensed
May I say I really do like this boat more than the one coming out in the Venice chase set? It looks more accurate, and more realistic. The boats in the Venice chase set are wide and a little ugly, though this one is perfectly shaped, and I'd ride in it ay day... ...except for the fact that my foot might be bigger than it. Off Topic: The video game Flying Wing from that gallery looks amazing! -
Actually, I hit that delete button by accident trillions of times, but there's no problem for me because I always get my PM's in doubles. Weird huh?

But have their been Admins or Mods or anyone working for Eurobricks who's later been banned? Like maybe someone caught red-handed walking out of ToysRus with a big box of Megabloks? "But the cheap plastic is irresistible!"

This may belong in the Minifig Customization workshop, but anyway, these are looking nice! I love the long overcoats, which I have seen before, though the hats seems very original! Also, the new details on the TLG hats came out well!

10 years old, $20, and I had picked it up at staples. Perhaps I should've responded to Captain Green Hair's comment with a picture of the Hagrid minifig on the boat.

No...not a year! Since I was a kid. And was I spoiled... -
How Many Minifigs do you own?
Darth Legolas replied to Millacol88's topic in General LEGO Discussion
God I really don't know. I'm not sure if it's normal for any human being to have a minimum of 300 in counting. I'm not too sure, but I've been collecting for year, and I need at least a tub for my minifigs. In fact, I do have a tub for my minifigs. It's labeled: The great tub o' minifigs. Bricklink says I have 350. I need to go back and add about 70 sets that means. -
Despite the fact I already have this set, I think this great review makes me feel likes it more worth having it! Congratulations on your gold tag!

Maybe...maybe not... Heck no! Thanks, I'm still working on my photography though. I've got a couple pictures in here that have white glares on them, and I'm waiting till I get better to post some of my killer MOCs.

ROBLOX Free Online Building Game!
Darth Legolas replied to Awesomeman's topic in Culture & Multimedia
The ads say "just like Bloko." Bloko is a Lego ripoff, so I have my doubts about all this... -
He couldn't fit on the ship... Maybe it's not that big, but it's still at least 500... the bottom is completely covered too, so it's stable.
-
Gosh, that tank looks lovely. I still won't be getting it though. Hondo looks like an idiot too. I really love the tank though! Those lift up flaps may also mean cramped interior. Where else would the "pop-up" seat lead to?
-
It's from... the adventures of "this MOC has nothing to do with Indy Jones, but if I put it in History/Adventure it'd just get moved because it has Indy Soldiers in it" the movie. Thanks!
