Looking at the flyer, Torald's mood visibly drops. Enemies of the city. Wow. He takes the Phoenix Essence with a thanks and puts it in his bag. Torald equips the Mythril Mail. We can check the door again, can't we? With those words, Torald walks to the door and gives a few solid knocks on it. OoC: I tried looking up what level you have to be in order to equip 2 artifacts, but I can't find it anywhere... Stats otherwise look fine.

Aye. Thanks for the lead. Torald looks around in his bag. Nope, don't have something that looks like a Compass. Do you have one Ezeran? Congratulations Petaldan! Paladin Petaldan, sounds good!

Aw man, that was a mess indeed. Shooting fireballs is great fun and all, but I do prefer to have my weapons back. These men shouldn't have fought us. That Fervent guy had the right idea. Torald thinks for a moment. Petaldan, you okay? Ezeran, some lovely spellwork from you. Time to find your Oracle, Sküld.

Torald fires a lovely fireball at Commander Fervent, back row. Or, if we make a break for it, Torald grabs as many weapons as he can carry from the Ogre and tries to escort Sküld out of the bar.

OoC: my fire bomb should have done 5 fire damage to all enemies, not that it does a lot of damage but still. Seeing the priest is stunned, Torald switches fire (literally) to the Watchman Arbelist, back row.

Torald downs a Mead (crescent seal, free item use first round of battle), then he tosses a fire bomb (Hoke's paragon stuff). He then casts a water-spell on The Paladin Priest, backrow. (if you want me to do something else, please say so. I'm just doing what I think is right. Putting some damage out while others go looking for weapons/consumables)

Torald cracks his knuckles. Even though he is nowhere near as tall as Vindsval, he still towers above the guards. Begone. We may have no weapons, but we WILL make sure you are not going to take them away. Now, what's it going to be?

Right. Sköld, I think we are ready to go look for the Oracle, want to come with? Torald looks at Petaldan. Don't worry about the curfew. We'll just make sure no-one finds us. It's pretty dark outside, plus you hear those guards coming from a mile away. A bigger problem might be to get our stuff back from mister Ogre over there.

Right. Pretty good start. But if that doesn't help us, I promised to go looking for the Oracle after this whole ordeal. Maybe we can look after where She's gone if the Golden Dragon's place turns up empty or something? The Oracle is bound to know something that could be useful for us?

I wish I could have seen you both in action. Petaldan told me you were quite on point with your magic?

Good seeing you again, if only the circumstances were a bit better. Things have really gone shite lately. Sorry for the language, Petaldan.

Don't think it has much to do with the triffid. It sure made the Guild happy, but the other families might not have liked it. But I don't know much about the other houses so I could be completely wrong. Ezeran can stand his own, no doubt. I just wish he was here. With his knowledge he might understand what's going on better. Anyway, I can't even begin to imagine how hard it must be to go on quests, being so young, forced to kill. That must be so hard. I really wish I, and pretty sure Petaldan too, could help. But as you see there are much bigger things happening. Things that are super important. Once this is over, I swear on everything I hold dear I will go looking for the Oracle, with other heroes or not, you have my word.

Individually, not organized, I don't think we stand much of a chance. So, for now we retreated, let them think they have some power over us, gather everyone here and maybe make a plan of attack. And I don't know what can be done about your oracle. It's a big shame the oracle has gone missing. Apologizing isn't going to work, I don't think. They think our ways are wrong, that we let this city go to the brink of civil war. This is far too serious for an apology. But, if we stick together, don't do anything stupid, we might pull through and get our Hall back. Noticing Petaldan's hesitance, Torald says: I don't like this bar either, but it's better then standing outside in the rain, innit? And, with all these important things going on, I might actually stay sober. Who knows what's going to happen. Torald takes a long look around this bar. Still no sign of Ezeran, is there? Did he not come back from your last quest? It's not like him to miss on something this important, is it?

I know just as much as you, which is not that much... This one seemed pretty lively if you ask me.

Torald looks at the young knight. Hello there. He embraces Petaldan I'll be blunt. Heroica has been disbanded, sadly. All of us got kicked out of the Hall. So, the remaining "heroes" are gathering at a bar. I'm sure they have something to drink for you in here. Just got to hand in your equipment for some reason. But, how have you been? You were on a quest with Ezeran, right? I haven't seen him yet.
