  1. My thoughts exactly. I'm not very impressed with the new dinosaur thing either, but I need to see more pictures before I make a final decision about it. I do like the house though, looks like it has some great pieces for castle buildings. :'-)
  2. Hello everyone, I was wondering if anyone could please possibly take some good pictures of 6075 Wolfpack Tower? Or if they know of some already out there... I looked on Brickshelf already, and there were some good pictures, but not quite what I'm looking for. (they were mostly just overall shots, and I would like more pictures of the details) Or, if someone would like to give one to me, that would work too. :-P Thanks in advance! :-)
  3. This is looking very good so far. I like the tiled floor very much, and the alters and pulpit look good. Are you planning on doing the roof the same way?
  4. Hey Yoda. I have a question, and it seemed to fit decently in this thread, so here it is: If we have a Star Wars creation, should we post it in the Lego Theater section, or the creation section? Thanks.
  5. I've found that http://www.bricklink.com/store.asp?p=NinjaPrincess has a pretty good selection, it might not be what you're looking for.
  6. Yup. I'm pretty sure that was posted a few pages ago, though.
  7. Do you mean the figs? Or something else? And I'm aware these are just the prototypes, I just hope they aren't changed too much for the worse...
  8. Thanks for the replies, guys! :-) @ Brickster: Thanks for the nice comment, and for making the backstory, it made me smile. I think it fits the creation fine... I'm glad you like the tavern, and noticed the owl. The pictures were kind of dark, so I wasn't sure if people were going to make out the owl... I guess it was kind of obvious though. :-P @ Berry Syedow: Thanks! And thanks for taking the time to make such a nice reply. I'm glad I was able to inspire you. I decided to do the slanted roof because without it, the tavern looked a lot like every other tudor building, and I wanted it to have something different. I'm pretty pleased with how it turned out. @ exo attack: Thank you. @ Athos: Thanks! :-) Thanks again to everyone for the comments. They're much appreciated. *sweet*
  9. I know I'm rather late on this, but I wanted to add my comment... This creation is so awesome it's mind boggling! *wacko* It's amazing in every aspect, the landscaping, the building, the trees, the interior... The landscaping is my favorite part, the path going up is very cool, and the way you've done the rock structure is sweet. The only thing i think I don't love is the roof. I think it would look better if you had it overhand the building by one stud. That may just be a personal preference though. Amazing work over all. I am awed. 8-
  10. These are some beautiful entries you've made, mrts. :-) I think my favorite is the midieval life entry; I love all the detail you've put into it. BTW, did you see that it was put on the front page of CC? Good luck!
  11. The forestmen and Dark forest were some of my favorites... but I was too young to buy more then a couple sets when they were out... I'm glad I got what I did, though.
  12. Thanks a lot for the pictures, Christian! This line is looking really cool! To be honest, I don't really like the skelly army, but it's still a nice change, and the 'good guys' are looking great. *sweet*
  13. Woah... that's a huge picture. *wacko* I like those treads, is that a new part?
  14. I don't follow Avatar, but I really like your creation! It shows how much better TLC could've done... *sad* Great work! *y*
  15. Mine would have to be the Boba Fett Sam posted, (which I don't have unfortunately :'-( ) Or one of these two:
  16. Cool. I was hoping there'd be more Batman sets this year. Thanks for the info! What is the tank like? Is it something like the one in Batman Begins, or is it more like a traditional tank? Or something completly different?
  17. Neat. :-) The landscaping is very simple, but looks good. I may have said this before, but I like the combination of the gold dragon helmet and samurai armor.
  18. Wow, that's a great gift... all those figs... :'-) It looks like they're in pretty decent shape, too. Congratulations.
  19. That's pretty cool. I think I would like it more if it didn't have that curved piece with the hole in it (I don't know what it's called) in the front.
  20. I'm rather excited about this new theme. I'm trying not to get my hopes up though, because it seems that the prototypes are always better then the actual products.
  21. Hello! I haven't been able to be on here that much of late. Hopefully everyone is doing ok. :-) The Black Owl is a small tavern I've been working on for a while now. The pictures are a link to the gallery. The well in the corner is based off a design by CCers the Lorax and Neonbug, and the sloped roof was inspired by a floating rock I saw at Brickfest, but I can't remember who the creation was by. :-/ Please let me know what you think. :-)
  22. This is a neat idea for a poll. :-) For me, it's a tie between the flared helm and the kettle helm, so I didn't vote. While not my favorite, I like the dragon helms, I was a little surprised that so many here seem to dislike them very much...
  23. Nice. I'm not sure how much I like that the whole jaw is curved, but it looks much better then before.
  24. That's really cool! I like the architecture of the tower and the wall, all those arches and slopes make it look nice. I also like the landscaping, and the way the wall curves with it. The flags and some nice color to the overall creation. The placement of the figs is well done too, you've managed to make everything seem very alive. Well done! :-)
