Nice little creation Diidy! I like they way you've used cheese slopes to create the window and rug, and the telescope is a cool detail.

Nice build Thrash. The whole thing has a cool shape to it, and I like the addition of the pit and decorations along the sides - the extra depth adds a lot to the creation. I also like the gate, and the greenery adds a nice dose of colour to the scene.

I agree with that it feels a little too compact, but other than that is it a very cool creation, especially considered your limited part selection. Thanks for sharing!

Neat vignette! I like the effect you've created with the snow on the tree branches, and the fire is well done.

Nice creation oo7! I particularly like the roofing work, but the origin mirror and hangings are neat too, and as others mentioned the crowns are a cool detail.

As KielDaMan mentioned, creations of only minifigures belong in the MCW, whether they use custom parts or not.

Thanks guys! This obviously isn't one of my more solid builds, but I don't think it's quite as fragile as it looks. It stands on its own pretty well, but I wouldn't recommend moving it.

Thanks for the comments everyone! In the movie, 9 definitely looks tan to me. Brown wouldn't be bad though. I don't have any plans for more 9 creations, but it's a possibility. I wish I had enough pieces to build the church. Perhaps one day.

I've added a poll with most of your options, along with some more from this thread and an "other", so people can still add ideas. As far as your suggestions, I think a blazing sun on a white background could be neat a faction, and they could be used as the Whitecloaks from the Wheel of Time books.

I think new Kingdoms design is the best lion emblem we've had (especially compared to the cartoon-like lion of the Royal Knights and KKI), but echo your desire for something other than lions for the "good" factions. The crown knights of the Fantasy line was a nice change. This topic is basically a repeat of this thread, so I'll merge the two once you've seen this.

It's not always up to date, but we do have an index of reviews that might help you find what you're looking for in the future.

Nice little well! However, the two headlight bricks supporting the beams look ungainly. I don't think it would be possible to lower them a brick, but would a 1 x 1 Technic brick fit between the two Travis bricks? Turned on its side, it could be used as the beam's support without sticking up above the rest of the well. I've edited the frontpage post for you.

I haven't had anything like this happen to me, but if you email your image to the LEGO Group's customer service you might be able to get a replacement.

It seems to me you are mixing together Castle subthemes and other Historic themes. I personally do not consider Western (as well as Vikings and Ninja to an extent) a subtheme. I don't think there has been a topic exactly like this in a while, but if it turns into just another place to wish for your favourite theme to return, I'll probably lock it or merge it into another thread.
