No question about it, 6384 is my favorite. It was the police station around when I was a kid, so after my dark ages, this was the police station I bought for my LEGO collection. It wasn

Morten posted a topic in Buy, Sell, Trade and Finds
I just bought the 2 packs of batman magnets in LEGOland. 10 euros each pack. They also had the new Batman keychains: Batman, Catwoman, Robin and Joker. I also bought them. 7 Euros for one kaychain. Thay look really nice. Had a lot of keychains. Very few Star Wars set. They still had old light grey in the PAB. Morten Sonne -
Thats one beutifull collection. Wish a had 47500$ to spent. I also think he could get a lot more for the sets if he sold them one by one. Morten

I hope they only release new sets. I am sick and tired of all these redesigns, there is a lot of things they could make, without copying old sets. Morten

I would estimate that I spend around 150 - 200 Euros a month, so thats like 2000 euros a year. I have never really calculated it. I am not sure I would like to know the result. Maybe I should calculate the next years amount, just to see how much I use. Morten

Is it me who is not remerbering correct or is this emperial landing craft ever shown in the movies? Off course LEGO could do it even thow it

Yes it could very well just be a "good" dream with an AT-AT release, just think of how often we all have dreamed about old LEGO sets, suddenly appearing in the local toyshop. Anyway I think this could be true. I was thinking of buying an extra AT-AT on Bricklink, but I think I will wait, an see if this is true or not. Just love that set, but in general I hate re-releases. Give us some original new sets, not that old stuff. Morten

What would you want a new special month to be?
Morten replied to vahkimetru's topic in Forum Information and Help
Lets go old school with a Classic Space month, that would be cool. Back to the roots! Morten -
Great review Yoda, very nice pictures and descriptions. I will get this set as soon as I can. I think in Denmark it will be around 140 euros, that is what it says in the danish catalog (999 kroners). We have a danish guy giving 20% dicount an all new sets, that means I will pay 107 euros, wich i okay. Generally LEGO is a lot cheaper in USA than in europe. I allways buy a lot of sets when I am on vacation in USA. It is around 35%-40% cheaper than in europe! Morten

Yes i know, I have it. I was thinking more of a scene with more troopers, not as many as in this setup: http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?i=1400074 Which is very impressive, but something smaller, which i can afford! Thanks for the tip though. Morten

Allmost got me there TT, but a good idea for MOCs, I mean when they could make Rick and Steve etc, Baywatch should be no problem. Morten

I am thinking of building an Emperors arrival on death star scene, and therefore I need more stormtroopers and scout-troopers. They can be used but in good condition. The price depends on the number I can buy, the shipping expenses and if they are used or not. I am not on the straight-shooters list, but my good friend KimT is, and he can back me up. Yes i thought about the non-LEGO pictures, and then chekced out some of the train pictures on bricklink, where they some times use nonLEGO pictures as reference http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=13218. I Thought it was ok. I think my next MOC will not be an apache (maybe later), but I would like to do an Omaha Beach Scene, after beeing in Normandy last summer on vacation. And Emperors arrival on the Death Star is also o good MOC that i Would like to do, so if I can just "Borrow" all your stormtroopers, scout-troopers ect. I will make that. Morten Sonne

It is bouild in accurate minifig scale, assuming one minifig is a 180 cm tall man! That means the scale is 1/45. I would have liked to build it in dark gray, but then I had the problem with the round windows, which I could only get in light gray or red from the Santa Fe. Is 1/45 the same scale as you guys use when building stuff for minifigs? Thanks for the comments
