There is room for either 14 seats for soldiers, 1 vehicle and 8 soldiers or 2 vehicles. http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=175809 I had som problems whit the nose, if anyone has any good ideas to make it bether I am open for help. 3. Perfect. You will propably check out if they have any Star Wars LEGO, if they have something special (promotional (propaly not)), can you pick up a copy for me and bring it to KimT at the event? Morten
  4. I just found out that there is a huge Star Wars Exhibition in Paris, in porte de la Vilette. http://www.cite-sciences.fr/english/ala_ci...flash_en.php?v= Before going to Paris I would like to know if any one has seen it, and what they think about it. I know it is not directly related to LEGO, but I think it might be an interest for other Eurobrick people. Morten *vader*
  5. OH Yes, a "new" Star Wars set. And since I have to have ALL LEGO Star Wars system and UCS sets, I have to buy this also. I was thinking of buying another 'Kashyyyk Trooper' on bricklink, but now i can save the 15 $, so that pays some of the 125 Euro, that it costs in Denmark. Morten
  6. I think the set is great. A cheap set, only 10$, and you get both Batman and catwoman. Had it been Star Wars, it would have beed a 50$ set, to get crucial minifigs like those! Then it is acceptable that the dragstar i not so good. Morten
  7. Thats right that LEGO is for kids. I just remember when i was a kid, how i tried to make good Hoth scenes with white foam tec. for my Hasbroes figures. I think a hoth scene would be loved by both kids an AFOLs. I just think it is so easy for them, just to keep making different versions of the same air-craft, thats a bad solution from LEGO. And yes, cloud city was a good play-set. Hope so te something like that with Death star ect. Morten
  8. How about trading instead, I have 2 battle droids, and I would like A stormtrooper or a scout trooper. morten
  9. Good job KimT. I would like my TIE fleet to be gray and blue, but I only have enough money to buy the all the Star Wars sets, not to modefy them too! Kim take good care of my sets untill I come back. Morten Sonne

  18. Best deal: 50 % off all train LEGO in Illum in Denmark, got 3 boxes of tracks, 1 electrick train speed regulator and one 4565 freight and crain railway! Second best: ISD with 40 % discount. Third: new red beard runner 6290 for 50 $ in a local supermarket. :-D Morten
  19. At last Eurobricks event (2005) we talked about times when we did not close a deal in time to get a speciel set, and ended up not buying it, and beeing real sorry about it ever since! My story goes back to summer 2000, in the beginning of my new LEGO collecting age. I was on vacation in Bolivia, thinking I might make a good deal on STAR Wars LEGO, I looked for toy stores, and finally found one in the capital LA Paz. They did not have any Star Wars LEGO, but what they did have was a MISB 6970 Beta 1 command base. As I remember the price was around 30 $, it was on sale, because it had been on the shelffes for so long. I thought really hard about buying it, but at that time, I was not familiar with Bricklink and did not know the value of stuff like this. So I thought it was to difficult to bring on the rest of my 5 weeks vacation, and ended up not buying it! Boy have I been sorry about that for 10000000 times. At the event we heard a story from one of the guys who missed a 928 galaxy explorer in a simmilar way. Has some of you done stupid things like that megablocks well? Tell the forum about it, its good to get it out of the system! Morten Sonne *sick* *sick* *sick* *sick* *sick*
