Heroica RPG - First Anniversary Lottery
Raven Brickroft replied to Sandy's topic in The Heroica Archive
Well, well. Lucky me's just got a whole lot luckier. Sign me up for this lottery! *the young "Treasure Hunter" pulls out a peculiarly pricey quill just to sign* -
Thank you for the welcome Sandy! :) Yeah, it's been a while since I changed anything from my profile here.

I prefer the term treasure hunting! Ha! Semantic nonsense! There's a huge difference! A squabble is heard across the hall as two men almost break out in a fight. The men have been separated even before a single blow was thrown. One of them leaves the circle that has formed around them and brushes himself. THE name's Raven Ashcroft fine adventurers! Don't leave your treasures unattended and keep your hands at your sides at ALL times. Raven Ashcroft, LEVEL 1 Rogue 18yo Male Human Power: 4 Health: 7/7 Gold: 10 Inventory: Main Gauche (WP: 3), Potion, Vial of Venom

1 Point each for 40) Sailor Entry (Build by MstrOfPppts) 38) Kimono Girl Entry (Build by pelle) 33) Mad Scientist Entry (Build by Skafte) I especially love no 40's forced perspective entry. Nice one. -
Which 2011 second wave sets are you getting?
Raven Brickroft replied to exxtrooper's topic in LEGO Action Figures
Really digging the Witch Doctor and Rocka XL. -
I try to stick to CASTLE. But whenever I like something from other themes, I don't hesitate to buy them.

I'm not really a big CARS fan, but that little set with Luigi and Guido is sure cute. Would make a great display in a table.

D2C Contest: Rise of the Dread Colossus
Raven Brickroft replied to Aanchir's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
I love this one. Great creation! I love the play features and especially the large creature. I can't help but notice the mustache tentacles. Inspired by Cthulhu? -
REALLY digging the parts in these sets.

What's your favourite feature of 2011 from TLG?
Raven Brickroft replied to Legoist's topic in General LEGO Discussion
I couldn't possibly pick just one. TLG's move to include civilian sets in the Kingdoms line! It took them long enough. Then there's the pitchfork. And Heroica! Now, I wish they release Heroica playsets. Edit: THE ANIMAL MOLDS!! Dear lord, there're just too many things to be excited about 2011 LEGO. -
Awesome creation! I never thought of the Dragon Knights as "civilized". I love that tower you built.

[Review] 30081 Skeleton Chopper
Raven Brickroft replied to TJJohn12's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
*sigh* If only I was in the US, I'd get about 10 of these. I love the new bone piece. Pretty simple set and build. Thanks for the review! -
Poor Ted. If only he saw what was under his bed. That monster's kinda cute.

Even if I can't enter, I still want to post this little thing. 5min MOC! Hope no one scolds me.

Mafia School: Escape From Isla Paradisa
Raven Brickroft replied to Sandy's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
I just noticed: How come Raquel doesn't get a "kill shot". I'm kinda jealous. -
@keithk IMO, get the MMV as soon as possible. The Fire Brigade came later than MMV and will most likely run out of production sooner.

Mafia School: Escape From Isla Paradisa

I actually wasn't pleading for my life anymore when I sent them out. It's more of a "something to think about" message for everyone I was able to send those to. -

I get wrenched? Mistakes are made and lessons have been learned. Next time (If I do get to join again), I'll try to last longer. -
Mafia School: Escape From Isla Paradisa - Day Two
Raven Brickroft replied to Sandy's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
---- I would like to repeat what the kind french woman, Ms Collette said earlier: There is an old saying from where I grew up: A wolf can easily pretend to be a sheep once he/she has blended in with the herd. I would like each and everyone of you to think: Who is so concerned about saying "I am innocent, just like you"? I know I wouldn't want to announce it to everyone, even in private, so easily. It just makes you to vulnerable. I now fear for my life and shall retreat to my quarters... And may God have mercy on your souls for putting another innocent to death *clasps her rosary and starts praying* Forgive them God for they do not know what they are doing... -
Mafia School: Escape From Isla Paradisa - Day Two
Raven Brickroft replied to Sandy's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
Senors y senoras I have been thinking and thinking for almost a day of a good defense for what I have said earlier. And believe me, I do not have a good explanation rather the ones I have already said. Everyone is so focused (and excited) about lynching someone that they grasp at straws and use the tiniest bit of "evidence" to try and convict someone (namely, me). I have already said sorry for what I have done, if you don't want to accept it, it is truly alright. But believe me: I want to catch the person who has done unspeakable things to our dear Ms Sunday. And I don't want to clean up anymore blood! I shall hold my vote for now. But I am eyeing someone really close to all of us as the one who's the killer. -
Mafia School: Escape From Isla Paradisa - Day Two
Raven Brickroft replied to Sandy's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
Oh, dear guests. I wasn't accusing someone. I merely said "I saw someone slip away". It was a simple observation. I must've been staring at a mirror then. Ai, dios mio. -

Forgive me Ms. Bridget, but I do not possess any evidence of what I saw. Ms. Panda, I left some shampoo in your room yesterday, right beside the soap and towels. As I have said, I was very busy cleaning, cleaning your rooms yesterday and was not able to attend the speculations. Forgive me Miss.
