  1. I didn´t say they were missing in every calendar ;) Furthermore the list isn´t meant to be too seriously at all, it´s just that I have heard about an extraordinary amount of calendars with missing pieces (compared to the normal sets)
  2. It´s very hard for me to wait a whole day for opening the next door, I think it would be great fun to open them all at once, but I´m trying to stay strong Perhaps we should make a list containing parts that were missing Door 4: I missed the torso of the white skeleton Door 8: The Bow was missing
  3. Hello, After having made my first posts here, I think it´s time to say hello. As you may have noticed because of the topic title, I am from Germany. I´m 23 years old and I have been a fan of Lego (especially Lego Castle) for a long time. My dark ages started in 1998 when TLC released "knights kingdom". As the sets went even more worse, I totally forgot about Lego. At the end of 2007 I walked through a supermarket and saw a Lego-Set with evil-looking Skeletons in it. Bringing back my memories of the good old times, I finally bougth a set (The Final Joust) because I thought it would fit well as decoration in my apartement (I prefer a darker style of life, whatever that shall mean :pir-skull: ). Just a few days later I found myself in the store again with two other sets in my hands and since then, I´m back again, mainly focussing on Castle, but also looking for smaller Star Wars-Sets (I just own a few SW-Sets from 1998), I also like Pirates very much. But my new interest in Lego has brought two big problems: 1) My wallet has become very empty 2) My rooms have become overfilled (where do you guys put all your lego in?) Aloha :pir-skull:
  4. At least in Germany the box says "limited edition", and althouh the set was imho overprized it was sold out at shop@home some months later and I haven´t ever seen one in stores.
  5. Dissapointment today, I opened Door Number Four and found: A skeleton head, three skeleton arms, two skeleton legs and... no torso!
  6. I bought three calendars in October and although I am not interested in christmas and all this religious stuff, I´ve waited till December first to open the first box. I just wanted to know if I am able to wait such a long time :D Now I am opening the boxes day by day
  7. Deep-linking doesn´t seem to work.If I try it, there are red crosses instead of pictures...
  8. I just edited my first post, but I did have some problems with uploading the pictures, could somebody please tell me if everything is ok now?
  9. I´m in :pir-skull:
  10. Vig. 21d Hello everyone out there! It was just some months ago when I left the time you use to call "dark ages". Since then I was studying eurobricks and when I saw this contest I thougt I have to build something, too. For I am surely not the best builder in town and my amount of bricks is very limited I am aware of the fact that I won´t have any real chance, but that´s not so important for me. So, enough said, here is my first MOC: The Story: After years of fighting piracy and great victories, the Governor decided to retire and live a joyful live at his caribbean mansion. But some pirates survived his anti-piracy campaigns and this is the moment they´ve been waiting for. This time they have not only come for gold and diamants, they also want to make sure the governor will never come back from his retirement... EDIT: Here is the final version: Thanks for helping with the picture-linking :) Improvements: Blood, Blood, Blood. One Pirate less, but more cruelty Arrrrrrrr! Scop If deep-linking still doesn´t work: Picture 1, Front P2 P3 P4 P5 P6
