Hoke sighs in disgust. He's not sure whether he should skin the wolf while he was there or just walk off. The others didn't sound much better.

"Let us leave this place," Hoke says to Torc as he turns to leave, letting the others to their squabbles and mourning.

Hoke and Torc pull up short as they both watch the demonic plant crumble into a charred heap then disappear into the rift. Torc lands soft by Hoke, who unconsciously raises his hand to her neck as they take in the spectacle before them. He dismisses Zoot's Order, the elongated wickedly tipped spear slowly shrinks to it's small orb size. Hoke rolls it around about in his fingers and hand, wondering if this was the last time he would wield this fearsome weapon as a Heroican.

OoC - sorry guys, saw Hoke was Hastened last round. He will just consume the Titan Heart this round. For some reason I am having a hard time following the battle. My apologies.

Hoke watches as the dragon is brutally swatted to the ground by the giant plant tentacle arm. He can see the poison ooze from the wound. Her rushes over to her and administers aid. Hoke - Remedy, Torc, Back Row Torc - Breath, Right Arm, Front Row

Is it possible for Torc to equip the Sterile Gloves?

Would this be better? Hoke also has a free use bc of Crescent Badge. He could use the Hero's Cocktail on himself and then a Smelling Salts on someone else.

Hoke looked about for Torc, hoping she was not caught up by the demon's magic.

Hoke wakes up in a shock, not sure when and why he ever fell asleep. He is in the comfortable high-backed chair next to the hearth. He sits up slowly, looking around, trying to figure out why this felt all wrong. "Torc!" he calls out.

"Or like this?" Hoke signals to Torc, but she was already ahead of him. "Hold on!" With a mighty flap of her wings, Torc shoots up, almost vertically, folds her wings, and falls, face first. She roars, emits a gout of flame, and barrel rolls through it.

"A Whole New World," Hoke says in a sarcastic sing-song voice as he scoops the two diminutives up. "Don't blow it up. T'would be a waste in more ways than one." Hoke once again looks over the entire group, shaking his head. "We should be off if we are going to finish this."

Horc reins Torc around, surveying the group of Heroicans. "If any of you would rather be aflight than on a ship, now's your chance."

"Even though it's only filled with faerie dust." Hoke mutters under his breath.

"They have much to make up for." <We already know, from your group's admittance, that your judgement leaves much to be desired.> "The feeling is mutual."

Torc rumbles, a roar growing in the pit of her gut. <Murders deserve no respect or have you forgotten about the Dragonlord and my brood mother?> Hoke sits straightly on Torc, eyes set at the Golden Dragon, not having much of a mind to calm her down. "I can't say I like anything that you've done. My tone should be the least of your worries." "Pathetic and cowardly, the lot of you. You've undermined yourselves! You should be ashamed, skulking about the shadows, employing gossip and subterfuge. ALL of this could have been avoided with simple conversation. Tell me, how long did it take after you woke up to decide that you wouldn't live up to your own ideals that you hold others up against? How long did it take for you to decide to become tyrants?" Hoke edges towards boiling over, getting sick to his stomach looking at each Founder in their eyes. He lets out a long, steadying breath to assume a more diplomatic air. "I have an idea what may be going on," he says, looking towards a couple of his companions,"There is another place we were going to investigate before we came here. It may need to be looked at now, and we may need the help."

Hoke looks at Lady Luck in disbelief. "Wait a minute. You're NOT SURE how you got here, yet you decided to march in like a conquering tyrant, stomping on the city with an iron-shod boot, imprisoning, torturing, killing, murdering, and executing anyone in your way? Are you insane? WHO SENT YOU?"

Torc slowly turns towards the Founders and and takes flight, gliding silently through the air like an owl towards a mouse, and lands in the Harbor. She took a few steps forward, eyes fixed on the Founders, ready to spring forward. Hoke felt the same. He lowered Zoot's Order only a bit, the weapon still pulsing from the revelry of battle. He watch the Founders carefully.

Targeting with an attack (melee, ranged, or spell) should negate Free Hits. Bombs and AoE do not. Why is Torc targeting the Bosun? They are immune to fire, which is all Torc has. Just negating Free Hits?

Torc whips her head around, nearly jerking Hoke off his mount. She frantically claws at the ground, trying to gain traction to move forward and take flight towards the Golden Dragon. Hoke desperately tries to wrangle her and calm her down. "Torc! Torc!" She shakes her head and extends herself to full height, releasing a ferocious roar, lashing her tail about.
