No, the only way to do it is to put a stud or two on top of the minifigure's head to raise up the wolf pelt and allow room for the beard.

Thanks guys! That's a great idea to cut off the bottom of the naginata...I'll have to try that. They're pretty much the same size. Ours is maybe 1 mm longer than the Lego one. Muahaha! All part of our evil plan. :)

It depends on the shoulder pads. Simple shoulder pads that attach under the neck and go straight out over the shoulders should work, but any substantial armor pieces won't. I considered making it just a helmet so that it could fit with armor, but ultimately I thought it looked better as a complete piece that covers some of the minifigure's back.

I believe it can't be done with digital printing because the UV rays will reflect off the metallic ink and jam up the ink jets. It can definitely be done with pad printing though...that's how Lego does it!

Keep the great ideas coming! Who knows...maybe some of them are already in the design or production phase... Lord of the Rings does have a ton of cool designs that could inspire some future BrickWarriors pieces. We have new releases just about every month, so there's always something new coming. :) An irremovable sheathed sword would be really cool...hadn't thought of that before. I have a sheath designed that can fit a sword in it but it's just way too big.

I wasn't planning on it, but it's possible that it could happen! At least one of our upcoming products is going to make you quite happy. ;) The average design takes anywhere from 2 to 4 hours, and sometimes really complex designs can take longer than that. One design that I did recently that isn't released yet took a miserable 12 hours to complete. I use a CAD program.

I hadn't seen the skeleton-like armor from The Witcher 3, but that does look pretty cool! Maybe something similar will get made at some point...
