Thank you for slowly bringing this thread back on track. I'll add one comment since I think it's relevant considering all the hypothesizing that's happened over the last 6 pages. Whether you like it or not, we live in a meme culture. I think an "I hate sand" set would totally sell. You are all welcome to your own opinion. I disagree that Lego would never make it and I too am entitled to that opinion . With all the talk (appropriately so) about how beautiful the Rivendell set is I could see Lego making a stunning Naboo scene for the architecture fans with a "I hate sand" quote tile for the meme fans. But, we have no proof Lego is making anything of that kind this year so please keep speculations like that to a minimum in this thread.

I get that people can rub each other the wrong way sometimes. That seems to be happening between a couple of you right now. I'll call you out if needed, but for now please take this as a friendly nudge to give each other the benefit of the doubt and know that online communication can be tricky to navigate sometimes.

My largest order from Jan 18th still hasn't shipped so I just chatted with Lego Customer Service. They said 2 parts were holding up my order: Part 6408195 is showing 28.02 (white headdress from 10305 castle) Part 6317230 is showing 20.03 (pearl dark gray Viking helmet) So those parts are on "Backorder" and are holding up the rest of the pieces. Sharing in case others are experiencing the same issue. The service rep told me I should get the order next week. But if the Viking helmet really isn't in stock till March 20th they may just remove it from the order. Which I hope doesn't happen!

Well I don't know if I was the good cop or the bad cop. But we've had a few different Mods move on due to life changes. Right now Cloney and I try to keep things running smoothly on the SW side. This is a good reminder that if you're really bugged by something you are all always welcome to send me or Clone OPatra a PM. We keep on eye on reports as well. For example, I got 5 different reports that user "Leaks and News" was trolling. We see those reports and it helps us find trouble makers quickly. So if that was the good cop routine I guess I need a little of the bad cop. How about, stay on target or I'll send Darth Vader to your mom's house!

@Renown @FoggyFate Sorry to be skeptical. But that's part of my job as moderator. Looking forward to seeing the pictures as some of these sets sound really good.

This isn't the SW forum so I feel a little freedom to stray off topic I've been a fan of Tolkien for only 25+ years. But I've read everything he wrote about Middle Earth including all 12 volumes of the Lost Tales. And I appreciated RoP. It strayed away from what I perceive as Tolkien's vision in some ways and in others seemed to hit the mark right on. It wasn't as good as Jackson's OT. But it wasn't the worst either. Durin being the best example as something perfectly Tolkien. Every sequence with the dwarves is just gold!

We have real lives too. Sometimes you just have to give us a few extra hours.

I fear EB has just been part of a cycle of self-fulfilling prophecy. I'm not the only one who's last track of the data over the past few days. But we've had some newer posters (FoggyFate & Renown) to the forum post leaks. Someone then took that info and posted it on Insta saying it came from EB. Then EB users talked about it like it was a certainty. Now, maybe all the "leaks" are accurate. Time will tell if FoggyFate and Renown gave us the right info. Sorry you two if you're on the money, but I've seen this happen too many times not to be a little skeptical. Let's all take a deep breath and see if anyone else backs up these rumors before going further bonkers.

And this is why we can't have nice things (the trend of this thread in general, not the imgur post). Consider this an official warning to get this topic back on target. There's a time and a place to rant and even speculate. But you've been given 5 pages to do that and now we need to give it a rest.

My first order dated Jan 17th hasn't shipped either. But the other 4 I've placed since then have. I've received 3 so far.

Everyone, it's called a "leak" for a reason. If the people responsible for providing the information chose to wait, that's their choice. Demanding something that's freely offered isn't going to help.

Don't. Leakers reveal when they feel they can get away with it. Pushing people to release information that could get them in trouble legally is, at best, inconsiderate.

Let's try to keep the conversation about Lego please. Everyone is welcome to share their opinions. But when we start to share opinions about topics outside of Lego the risk grows exponentially that offense will lead to ugly arguments on the forum. And that's not what EB is designed for. There are many comments in the past few days the stray over that line, I just picked yours as the most recent example.

This set is incredible. So many amazing details. I'm sure it's nostalgia talking, but I like the old figs better. Especially the elves. That new hair piece makes them look like they all have receding hairlines.

Just take these leaks with a grain of salt. They are all from 1 source and as far as I know have not been verified from anyone else. Promobricks is sharing pictures that the poster here was describing. They are the same source.
