Legends of Chima 2013 (Action Figures)
howie28 replied to DarkSurgeXL's topic in LEGO Action Figures
Yes, it does look like Cragger uses a larger torso bone. Probably so his neck attachment can go further forward. If he used the normal sized bone, the neck would have to stay upright and it would look silly. -

Just out of curiosity, should my Lego Club Magazine have come by now? I got a postcard from them in December saying they would come in January but it is February now. -
Thanks guys so much. I really appreciate the comments. The stickers could come off, but I don't think they'd work all that great a second time.

Legends of Chima 2013 (Action Figures)

They look good, but I don't understand why the chi isn't in the centre of thier chests. They managed with sumbols in the middle of the superhero chests, why not here? -
I made this mostly out of Fire Lord, Black Phantom and Stormer XL's parts, with stickers from the polybag I mentioned in the 2013 topic. I don't have any backstory or even a name so if someone could give me ideas that would be most welcome. Constructive criticism and comments are welcome. P.S. Sorry I only have one picture, I can only upload 100k and dont have brickshelf, flickr etc.

According to Brickipedia, the astromech in JEK-14's ship is called R4-G0, the Jedi with clone armour is JEK-14 and the olive green fig is a separatist bounty hunter.

I quite like the hero. The colours are basic but they go together well. The dragon has a jarring colour scheme but still looks nice. It would be better with more uniform colours. They all look good though.
-
Judging by previous prices (Australian), Dragon Bolt will be $30 (same as Furno XL) and Jet Rocka will be $50 (same as Witch Doctor and Speeda Demon). Remember, these are Australian prices, so they will probably sound ridiculously overpriced to Americans.
-
I can see Evo and it looks like he does have a blue visor. I can also see a long blue part that could be a sword. Dragon Bolt definitely has either trans yellow or neon green parts. I can't really make out much else there, but what I can see looks good.

$50 in Australia. I would buy it if it was $35.
-
But the spikes attatched to the Exo-force arms are gold, opposite to normal BA Rocka. I can also see half of Furno XL's shield in the middle behind his legs.
-
Yes, sorry for the misunderstanding.
-
And he has friction joints on his knees (and probably hips) to hold it up.
-
Stormer is in the background and it looks like his sword is silver. Jet Rocka definitely doesn't look as good as in the show. I'll still get it, but it's a shame that the windscreen doesn't cover the top.You could use Laval's blade for stormer (if he even gets one).

Hopefully it is at least twice the size of the skiff. If it is any smaller it would look silly. It should be fairly long as jabba is about a quarter of the length of the barge.
-
It sucks that shop at home shipping to Australia costs so much otherwise I would buy heaps of stuff from there.
-
Bought 75000, 75001, 75002, 75003 and 75012 while on holidays.
-
Hopefully they do have a new TV series and don't just stop like they did with bionicle after the web of shadows, then come back a few years later with a whole different story. Kids who watched them wouldn't understand why they were so different.
-
The front section is built in a complete different way. The old one used upside down ship hull parts (I think) and the new one is built with sloped bricks and hinged plates.
-
Yep, that's definitely it. It looks pretty good.

I think it would be toys r us. I got the barc with sidecar from tru in Singapore (I know, not Australia but still, I think it would be the same). -
Does that mean that there is 13 other cloned Jedi knights as he is the 14th?
-
I bought two, just in case. Legoland Malaysia had hundreds of them, but no brain attack, even though they had TVs showing BA ads.
