Ditto. Even though I built the body and the chest flaps around... it's no good. I stuck one of those little pins with a stud in the hips and it was fine then. Easy fix, I guess. I love how these guys look so elemental, reminds me of the Slizers. Skrall: Well... he's short at least. XP Gresh: All the spikes give the appearance of jungle vines and such. Tarix: He's got a tube on his mouth... which is unfortunatly silver. But his weapons which are sweet and detailed have some trans on them. =D Strakk: Well, that's obvious. <3 Vorox: Scorpian>Desert>Stone. Malum: Little fire bunny ears. XD Bfa: Yah, gamepiece on Skrall and Vorox's feet as well. I guess it's on the others' backs. GAAAAAAAMES It seems we share the love for Strakk and Vorox. ~Bunda

Greg said the price will stick. And anyway, these sets really don't have any more parts than the Mistika. More recolors though... No, the voices told me I'm right. =D Yeah, it'll probably hurt some little ones, but tons of other sets have had these spikes in dangerous places. Although none of them were fired from a launcher at high speed... >_> I've got the feeling you're right. After all, the sets have to be done for them to make a movie about them. However, these could be preliminary sets, and they're just not showing the final versions. Dunno though. Usually in prelim images some of the sets have foam parts. ~Bunda

Yeah, that would be awesome... but Lego has the nasty habit of matching their personalities to the sets. XP I especially want Strakk to be good, as he looks only a little bit evil. And awesome. ~Bunda

Something I just thought of: I think Greg said there would be more focus on Matoran early next year, and that would make more sense if all the Canister sets were villains. Just thought I'd throw that out there. ~Bunda

That would be sweet... I wouldn't mind that at all. And it could do the fighting/morals thing at the same time! =D However, due to the fact that some of these guys look distinctly like baddies, I doubt that's spot on. Perhaps some of the people do what you said, perhaps Tarix, Malum, and Gresh, while the other three cut a deal for money/power with Tuma. ~Bunda Edit: And Tarix and Strakk/Skrall would be the leaders of the groups...

That doesn't seem like it would make an interesting story... and Greg said 2009 was one of his favorite years. Dunno though. He might be able to pull it off and make it awesome. He'd still have to choose a guy with better morals to center the story around, though. I would guess the blue guy, as he looks the most noble, and I think Greg said the story wouldn't focus on a red or white guy next year. Dunno. ~Bunda

I thought the same at first, but notice: One, all of the spikes are curved exactly the same. Two, look closely at the top right spike on the spore that's being fired from Strakk's launcher. There's a slight gap between the spike and the orb, as if they're separate parts. But this probably means they'll only come with one spore apiece, as they'll take so many parts to make. =/ All in all though, I think it'll be worth it. =D ~Bunda

Eh, I like his pieces and mask. The design itself is a mess though. And I just tried to translate some of the summer names from Latin: Vastus means Ravaged. An odd name for a good guy... assuming it is a good guy. It doesn't seem like he'd be bad though, as he's a main character in one of the early readers. I dunno. Gelu means frost so that's obvious enough. : P At least that rules out the possibility of Mata Nui being white. ^_^ ~Bunda Edit@TA: Feral and Skirmish, I guess. Just so long isn't white or red... any other color I'll be fine with. I'd also love it if he had a mask that resembled the Amaja Pit stone... that would be friggin awesome. =D I think that's a prototype on the box... note the lime/black jaw and the silver skull-claw. No, that's red. I asked Greg a couple months ago about Purple and he said there were no plans for it, but he'd put in a word for us. =D Awesomesauce. If you're wondering what piece it is, it's one of the small sprockets that goes with the new tread system. Well, the new sockets are stronger than the others.
