I'd say that the first three sets are possibilities (8020-8022). This is only because he have seen them mentioned dozens of time before. Ahsoka and RSD should be on Whung's list. The Tri-Droid was rumored before anything was revealed.

If any of that list is true, I am only interested in three of them. Geonosis, Tri-Droid, and Ahsoka's SF.

You are right. It almost looks exactly identical to Palpatine's hair in the video game, only with slightly better features. Also, when will that set be released? Is it at the beginning for '09? Or more towards the end?

Does he have any other information, particularly regarding the TRU exclusive that we voted on (Is it Palpy or Home One?)

They must be planning something, it is a good theme. In my opinion, they are waiting until after the Lego Batman game is released. The game features new villians and characters we haven't seen in the sets, so there will be new possibilities, like Clayface and Man-bat.

Wow, Star Wars and Pokemon combined! Could we be seeing a new theme Just kidding.. I don't think I can afford a lot of the AATs. Lately, TLG has focused more on the CIS than the Republic in my eye. I am over run with CIS units and vehicles that I wouldn't mind a Republic only wave. One, maybe two AATs is enough for me. But don't worry about the Tan BDs, they will make a come back. For now, enjoy the idea of dark red BDs. Mmmmmm...

This will be the last mention of Wikipedia, hopefully. The list of rumored sets has been removed, by who I am not sure of. Now I think we can all move on and discuss what should be discussed in this thread. Hopefully this comes as good news to most. It certainly does for me.

Everything is getting rather confusing right now because we can no longer tell what sets are possibilities and what sets are fakes put on there for kicks. Also, when I mentioned the Order 66 Set, I am assuming none of you picked up my SARCASM seeing as how I was mocked at for mentioning it. An entire Order 66 set is complete and utter nonsense from the start. TLG would NEVER make new molds for Jedi for just one set. The same can be said for the stupid Jedi BP someone added recently. So enough with the "I'm just making a point because..." You have made your points. Wikipedia can be edited by anyone to add fake information regarding anything and can not be fully trusted. If you would like to know what my opinion regarding the Wiki List, here it is: Anything on that list that is NOT mentioned in the Official '09 Line up List, is most likely a fake. To me, the current fakes are the Invisible Hand, Tantive IV, Jedi BP, Gungan BP, Millenium Falcon. We keep complaining about it being edited, when it is some of us who are the ones doing the editing. Hey hey, look! We got another new set for '09! ORDER 66 (Many different kinds such as yoda and gree, Obi-wan and Cody, etc.) Link You may have to scroll down some. Well, won't this be super? A set with Jedi and Clone Commanders such as Cody, Gree, Bacara, and maybe Bly. Not to mention the Jedi Generals like Ki-Adi, Aayla, Obi-wan, and Yoda!

I, too, believe that the Tri-Droid set is a possibility. We first heard rumors about one before the Jan '09 pictures were discovered. Basically, I believe that anything on the list on Wikipedia that was also on the list that displayed sets of all themes that are planned for '09, are possibilities. Unlike the other such as the Tantive IV, Falcon, and Invisible Hand.

I don't think he is referring to people on here, Trooper. I think he just upset that TLG may not be including Saesee in the set.

If that Palpatine Arrest set you stated is true, then I too am disappointed. A great opportunity for TLG to produce two great Jedi Masters who have very few appearances throughout the prequel trilogy, and TLG passes it and replaces them with a guard WHO WASN'T IN THE SCENE... And if it does come with a guard, TLG will probably just give us a Royal Guard. However, maybe they have something special planned for that Republic Star Destroyer with it's rumored 20 figs. I totally agree with you. Saesee it a more important fig to me than Agen Kolar right now. After all, next Anakin, Saesee is the Order's most skilled pilot. If TLG is willing to create a new sculpt for Admiral Ackbar, then they can also make one for Saesee. IF this set is being released.

I might be interested in an Endor Playset. But we can't really expect to get a ton of Rebels in the set; seeing as how Ewoks did ALL of the fighting for them. I have a feeling a vast majority of the figs will be Ewoks and Imperials.

We already got a Space Battle Playset. It was called Ultimate Space Battle.

A hangar bay and control bridge just does not seem to be worth $100. For that same price, we got a complete ISD. Now, Palpatines Arrest could possibly work to being $100, if not less. There wasn't much to the scene in the movie. just the two rooms in which Windu and the other Jedi fought against Palpatine. I guess you could also include the landing pad Anakin arrived at with that "speeder" thing. Right now, it is starting to look like a new version of the Cloud City playset.

We all should try to believe that most people who are getting inside info regarding future sets are probably being told lies themselves. That way, TLG can prevent any real information from being released too soon.

We all realize a $100 set the is exclusive to TRU will actually cost $110 if you buy it from TRU.

Ugh, this is terrible. I really wanted a Palpatine Arrest set. Our chance to get 2 new Jedi and a Sith Palpatine fig (IN FLESH TONE, BTW!!) and we get the Home One. The figs will most likely be Luke, Leia, Han, Ackbar, and Chewie.

Oo, are there anymore pictures of these prototypes around? Wouldn't mind seeing what else TLG didn't release..
