Despite your rank on here, I refuse to believe this. I'll wait for a public announcement from TLG.

Correction, Hollisbrick, that would be pwnage. Haha, but seriously, I am not a leet speaker

Well, not that I don't trust this information, but I'd rather wait until we get some confirmations from very reliable sources. P.S. 30 more posts til I'm a citizen!

Who was it that said that we will be given a picture of another 2009 Star Wars set some time in October?
-
To answer your question about sets coming out before Christmas, they do. It has happened in the past. I remember the big hype about the 1st wave of Battle Packs, and I managed to special order about 5 each from the Lego Store located in Downtown Disney, Disney World. This was a few weeks before Christmas.

I believe the Venator will be the same as the ISD playset we got in '07. It's right around the same price range. And with our luck, we might just get Anakin and Ahsoka, since we mainly saw them in the episode.

I think that just one of those old Sebulba figs... I personally think the Hyena Bomber looks great, better than the preliminary picture. And we can see that it is quite larger than originally thought, now that we are seeing it being compared to the BDs that are included.

The picture of the new Magna Guard with markings gives some proof to the rumored Solar Sailor, which was said to include Magnas.

I think we may have a new mold for Yoda. The head seems to be a different type of green, more brighter, but that may be due to the lighting in the picture. I can hint some various "ridges" around is head. Maybe an attempt to symbolize his hair? That just does not seem like the same Yoda to me. Has anyone stumbled across more pictures? I for one am glad to see the new Clone design in the BP has been confirmed. Just another commander to be added to my army, or gunners for my AT-TE and custom Artillery Gun.

Well, there may be some truth to Brick's description of the Solar Sailor. Some anxious fool decided to edit Wikipedia. I know, I know, there is no trusting that site. But there description of the Solar Sailor is exactly as how Brick's said it would be. I have complete doubts on the other two sets being shown. Ahsoka's fighter was ?confirmed?, but what is included has not. And the Pirates Tank makes no sense with having BOTH Fisto and Loathsom. Let alone a Clone Wars version of Fisto.

Actually, the pink astromech's name is R2-KT, created in memory of the daughter of 501st Legion's founder, Albin Johnson. I believe she had always wanted to see a pink astromech, so her father tried to build her one.

How many more days until we supposedly get those pics from Legomilk?
-
I pray to god that there is no new Falcon. Couldn't afford one then, certainly can't afford one now.
-
Is this open to everyone? Even US? If so, you can count me in.

Well, I'm glad Anakin's Star Fighter is being re-released. I'd like to get one before they go out. As for the Hailfire, the same can be said for both the DGS and the Homing Spider Droid. We never saw either of these in the film, so there is a good chance they will be featured in the series.

I am very curious as to what we may get with the Seperatist Shuttle and the Venator. Both are seen for short distances, and we've never actually had any scenes of inside the ships.
-
Nothing is entirely out of the question. We did get those interesting skirts for Asajj Ventress...
-
What cloaks are you speaking of?

I personally can not wait for the AAT. I never got one of the original Ep I AATs, so this re-release is quite pleasing to me. I do like the blue and gray coloring, fits in nicely with the other CIS units (Tank Droid, Spider Droid, Gunship). The bomber is ok with me. Actually, it reminds me of the TIE Bomber with how wide it is, and how it has the two heads, similar to how the bomber had two bodies. Just needs some stickers, and it'll look great. I think thats the reason why is doesn't appeal to most people, no real detail. If we don't get any stickers, just pick up some to the Vulture droid from the Ep 3 set.

What would those prices be in USD? Since that is where I live. I'm actually a regular on FBTB, but I like this site more because we can discuss preliminary pictures and aren't restricted by a RtB rule. So, can anyone help me out so I know just how much I need for 2009?

You know, if TLG was to make a Naboo Yacht, and didn't wan't to spend a lot on making the chrome, there is always this color they could use.

Ugh, Thank you KimT.

Hey, what are the chances of the two of you both being members on an extremely popular LEGO fan-site! Just what are the odds?! ________________________________________________________________________________ In all seriousness though, I agree with the constant lists. I think that no one should post any list at all unless they hold viable photo evidence of a retail catalogue, the sets themselves (and NOT MOCS), or statements given by TLG Employees. Sorry, but on here, seeing is believing... Also, if you are given or find information, don't get over excited. You have most likely been duped like all the others. Don't ever see yourself as the one person who has gotten actual information regarding 2009, because that is most likely not the case. Its best that if you hear anything, to just keep it to yourself for the time being, until further light can be shed on this new information you've uncovered. Its better to keep any information hidden, rather than making a bold statement that could just blow up in your face in the end, and be mocked at for being over-confident. But I digress.. So, who here saw the CW TV series sneak peak on Cartoon Network last night? There are a lot of LEGO opporunities in the show. Apparently Kit Fisto has a Mon Calamari padawan, so perhaps if we don't see a Home One set release, there still lies that chance of a fig release of a close-to Ackbar. Also, if there is any intention on a new Grievous fig, he might be a bit larger than the original. In the TV series, he appears to be much larger and hulking.

I think it is because we have had a good amount of Hoth based sets, but none included Taun Tauns. There were 2 Snow Speeders, Hoth Rebel Base, and 2 AT-ATs. 5 opportunities, and all were missed. I wouldn't worry about it. Re-makes are less bricky in appearance and much smoother. I would like to see a re-make of this Droid, but without the trans-neon orange plates, and with some solid dark bley ones.

Well, I read the Star Wars Wikia page for the RSD, and its supposedly an early design for the Victory-Class SD. My guess it was never produced, nor will make any appearance in The Clone Wars TV series. It has only appeared in one book, and nothing else. Republic Star Destroyer has always been just an easier name to remember than Venator-Class. Like how most people prefer the term Republic Attack Cruiser. And KimT, this is the Corporate Alliance Droid. Also known as the Tank Droid or Snail Tank. The Tri-Droid was developed by the Techno Union.
