Witch Hunt Mafia - Confirmation Thread
ptdapen replied to MagPiesRUs's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
I did not do so on purpose! When I got off my horse, I went behind it because I needed to talk to somebody. It let out a deadly fart and I was knocked unconscious. But it was for a tad moment. I am not weak! And stinky peasant, you still refuse to answer the question! What say you?! -

You there, peasant who smells worse than my horse's butt. There is no time for jokes about this! Let me ask you this. What are the Ten Commandments?! What say you?! -

Suffer not a witch to live! That is what the Bible preaches! And I am a servant of the Lord, Inquisitor Fernando. I am here to cleanse this land, and I will have nothing lower then wiping out all of the heretics. God will deliver us from all evil, and those who are evil will be cast into the pits of Hell. You there, priest! What have you been preaching? Did you not warn those wretched heretics of the wrath of God?! What say you?! -
Vote: Majiko He's obviously a witch! I've read tales about him, about a time when a King was assassinated and it took thirteen days to find out who were the traitors. A fascinating tale, yes. Dragonator was the most annoying character I have to say... I highly await my role... and hooray for being a little more free today!

I'm trying to be more optimistic... Oh yes, and I would like to say again, if people don't remember from last time, that I am gone for most of the day on Wednesdays and Fridays. I won't have to notify you that I'm not going to be gone since I'll just be here and posting. I was lucky enough to not be condemned before I gave my speech, so lets not be too quick to assume that I'm not going to be in the game!
-
You can always keep her in your signature in the mean time. Oh, and don't you remember! The plot revolves around one of you dying! You could be that person! Ahaha... run over by a truck! Get ran over! I want to know my role badly O.O Must be impatient! Rarg?
-
I can't wait for Day 1.. hooray another thing to look forward to in the day!
-
Once again, it seems Imperials Scouts is left out. You will be in my prayers, I assure you! Now I just need priest robes... I'm not a witch! I didn't even get the PM yet and I can tell!
-
Poor Dragonator, ImperialShadows, and DJForce.. wait, I don't like you guys! You got me ran over by a cement truck! (can I really blame you for that?) Man, the sign ups are going even quicker then the Baritones, if I can remember. Its just like the last day of the Baritones! Wait.. what? When did they sign up? Maybe I should read first O.o
-
Me need play! Sign me up! Edit: Whew.. didn't want to be kept out.. had to post. I was playing COD 4 to kill time! Killing communists and terrorists distracted me from watching...
-
Hey.. I'm not that new.. alright, I am. You and I actually PMed each other a lot about things. We came up with good agreements! I forgot to add that I did not suspect a non-Baritone member to be the one doing the Day Killing. I thought it was a Baritone who's ability was unknown to me. At first I thought that there was also a secret Baritone, but I remembered that Carter was a traitor and could be recruited. Oh, and I'll kill you Sky! I wanted to be with Darlene! Hahah... I await Witch Hunt!

I'll be literally staring at the screen the entire day... waiting.. hopefully I won't be Mayor of the Witch Hunt town. I don't want to be important!!! -
Exactly why I was going to kill one of you after killing VBBN during the day. I thought I had the perfect plan to frame him, and I would have had the perfect plan to frame you, if Dragonator was able to be killed! And I would've gotten away with it too if it weren't for those meddling ghosts!
-
Ah, and now I get to reveal all of my plans... I knew who I wanted to kill, but didn't know how to defend myself.. unfortunate. Notes: I had no idea who were the traitors. I also had no idea that randomparrot could kill two people. Day 1: Oh, I was already very scared about the fact that I was the only one to "know" that they were FBI agents. It was a question I tried to avoid a lot, and instead tried to become a day investigator. I tried to ask people for suggestions, and tried to justify my stolen information, complete bs, because this town was so unprotected. Norington seemed to be suspicious of me, and I really did not like him asking me so many questions. I watched the bickering over Veronica, and felt that it would be great to kill off one of them. And I chose Lego12, so that' why I killed you off. I did not want to kill off Florence. I had no say in that. Day 2: As mentioned earlier, Norington was sort of getting on my nerves. I didn't like being investigated by him during the day, and I'm surprised he didn't at least investigate me out of randomness for Night 1. So I decided with I Scream Clone that we would vote him out, and that's how that happened. It was disappointing to me how the others didn't really give great evidence on why they were accusing him, so I joined the band wagon late in order to avoid suspicion. The reason why I didn't kill him at night is that I wondered if people would have noticed that he was backing me up a little into a corner. You may have also seen my hospitality to Dragonator. Because I did so, I did not want to kill him off right away. It just seemed a bit suspicious in my eyes. Besides, I already decided to kill VBBN, who was closest to Norington. I wanted to blame him for killing the FBI agents, and say he knew everything and he was the one who stole the briefcases Carter was looking for. Oh I wanted to kill her by voting! Not at night, unlike what Hinckley said. I was the one who wanted to kill Carter, unknowing that he was a traitor as mentioned earlier. That's another thing I wanted to frame VBBN for, killing off Carter since he was the one doing the investigations of the briefcases. One more thing to mention is that I thought Florence was killed protecting someone, not killed directly. I had my suspicions that there was another Mafia gang out there, and was on high alert, and feared for my life. Day 3: Well, the arsonist kind of confirmed the extra threat. I was suspicious that DJForece was not killed in fire, and now my theory has been disproved that the arsonist killed him. I was going to go with my plan to kill off Veronica, and kill off ImperialShadows since I heard he's quite the brilliant fellow. But then DJForce investigated me and turned me in. My story was still going to blame Veronica, but I already got backed into a corner. Hooray for bad negotiation skills! Randomparrot got himself killed killing off Carter, which wouldn't have really affected me. I was still going to go along with my plan. Adam dying wasn't too good for me either, but that wouldn't have affected my plans either. I gave one subtle hint when I did my confession post. "I hope I get my revenge in a long run.. if my fellow family members... though I don't consider them family any more... would kill anyone close to Florence." That was supposed to mean "The other Baritones voted for me, so narrow the list down." I thought it was a good hint. Maybe DJForce noticed. Just wish the citizens could have discussed it. Oh well! One smaller hint was my warning about there's something else out there, but it was already kind of obvious. Well that's my game play summary. Why didn't we kill two people on Day Three? That's something I'm curious about. And why didn't they kill people on Day Five? Those are my questions. Scratch that about killing ImperialShadows in the night. I would have killed Dragonator, and then blamed ImperialShadows. Who's closest to them? Him! That would be how I would do it. Of course it wouldn't have worked because Dragonator is immune to night kills, but yeah. I would probably proceed to kill off the rest, not sure in what order. No offense to you guys, but you didn't do too much "intense" posting, nor were you too related to the events that were going on. So far you seemed to just analyze the clues, but I'm sure you would've found me out eventually. And that is the story of Petey the Mayor, who influenced every night kill in order to blame someone in the morning. Unfortunately, he was unable to protect himself from accusations very well. He came up with impulsive lies when Florence used the evidence against him. I suppose he was a lot wiser at night, seeing as he got ran over because he didn't look both ways! Go ahead and tear this all apart. I've been dying to post it, and maybe I left some stuff out. Oh, and sign me up for Baritones 2! Petey II on!

Aw man, all of those stickers that you'll be making make me want to get more gunships. But I won't, I can resist. I'll just buy the white slopes from Bricklink some time and then use those to pretend ( ) that they're different gunships. It'd be cool if you were able to pinpoint every official gunship paintings in the series, though it may well be impossible. Good work on finding the green twi'lek. I would have never been able to see it.

Ideas for 10193 Medieval Market Village add-ons
ptdapen replied to Klaus-Dieter's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
The target audience I suppose was AFOLs, but I was thinking in general about the broader audience. But you may be right, this set does contain two knights. Those always help, but there faces are kind of generic. I want different faces.. I think a bar of some sort, though not really a bar because of kids, would be cool too. Some guys get drunk and you could have a village brawl. All the glory of those, with lots of people thrown into carts. And someone could get pushed into the old man. Hahahaa... yeah. Why would monks be better than a priest? I'm kind of curious about that, since they generally appear to be the same. Religious devotes. I would probably use my bishop from the old Castle Chess Set as the priest. He unfortunately got replaced by the Good Wizard, whom I've yet to obtain since that Impulse Set is not available in the US! TLG can't possibly thing children here won't like wizards! -
I thought the old infantry torso was better because of the detail, but that doesn't mean that the new one is bad! Usually it depends in what mood I am what role the new torso guys take. Unfortunately for them, they're almost always equal or less than the regular soldiers in terms of strength. 1. Archers, crossbowmen, artillery managers 2. Regular Infantry (Men-at-Arms) 3. Traveling Infantry (for example to the Dwarven Mines), Squires I actually arrange those guys sometimes to be like a knight's entourage. Extra guys usually go to the lead general, just cause. On the uniformity issue, I would actually like to have all my soldiers have armor. Big dream, yes, but I would like that. And the helmet would probably be the crossbowman helmet as well, since I like those. The only non-uniformity thing, which is where impulse sets kind of fail, is I like different faces. Oh, and now I'm officially a citizen :D

Ideas for 10193 Medieval Market Village add-ons
ptdapen replied to Klaus-Dieter's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
I would enjoy having a town hall with a prison and a church. The criminal that I want would go in the prison, and the priest could lead the church, and perhaps lead the soldiers into battle. What, haven't you ever heard of warrior-priests?! Oh and I would also like more cargo and market stands, all the more to be plundered by the forces of darkness. One more thing that would be cool is more peasants. One like the city one would be very nice. I unfortunately think that they will not put any add-on for next year, simply because people will either not be able to afford it and children might not be interested. If the latter is true, and they don't even like the original, then they'll lose even more money. Hey, we have different mentalities then the focus group. They might not like this as much as we do! Oh, and I would definitely want to buy any add-on if there was one on sale. No doubt. -
I wouldn't mind another house with the rise of $50. Not sure if they're planning on adding anything to the Medieval Village soon, so the more houses we get now the better. A couple more peasants added with the house and that'll be good. But what exactly would that house play as. A barracks? A regular house? a bar? Whatever... where am I?

Which Castle Sets Do you want for 2009?
ptdapen replied to The Rancor's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
An Orc "Castle", or more like a fort or a camp of some sort, would be cool, but I would much rather have a farm. With that farm the market village would be able to get its food. Also it'll give my trolls even more to plunder, or maybe the skeletons too. Better battlepacks would be nice. Almost everything there would be nice, but my final decision still stands. -
One more thing is that this would be perfect for Pillage the Village... at least some aspects. I would love to put some of those booths around for the pirates to plunder... aw...

The Baritones Discussion Thread
ptdapen replied to Hinckley's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
Its already up there Hinckley! No need to worry! Oh, and one more thing that I would like to point out. I understand that you've been busy lately, or I think you have been, but I think all of the cutscenes have lost a little bit of detail. The executions have been a lot less dramatic then when I killed Neal. That's just my little input, though I will say that maybe its because there's not much to say right now. -
*wakes up after fainting* Wow, that's really awesome. I've always really wanted a village, something worth fighting for other than the castle. And now... pillagers are lurking! Them trolls and skeletons be coming!!!

Its highly unlikely that they'll break the Star Wars Battle Pack tradition of being $10.00 US. However, I will say I'm not too impressed by the walker. I don't like its design, even if it is preliminary. Another downfall to having a walker is that it'll be hard to make any MOCs out of the parts, which is what I did for that dreadful Imperial Dropship. Just my little input.
