I love your closed mindedness. All of those accusers base their accusations around things I don't have control on. Go on, execute the person who declares me a heretic without any backup! Oh wait, you won't, since you're so certain that I'm evil. I'd advise you all to start looking at the people who rarely bring attention. My role in this game.. of life.. makes me the center unfortunately in every message from Tiny Pious. Remember.. what are you hunting for? Witches or heretics... or both.
-
What the bloody Hell are you talking about in that list? Its absurd. Miguel is not my servant, and I'm assuming you're mentioning me as the "bad man". And why should you assume Sergio to be good if I'm so bad? Is it not a possibility that I'm turning over my own kin, as Mustafa mentioned, under the assumption that I am evil? Sorry to you good merchant, but your role in the town is useless now. There hasn't been any lunch post recently. I suppose you want to keep him for his brilliance... You also believe that people who don't join the bandwagon as heretics! I suppose I should have joined in on killing everyone. The only person's execution I supported was Hernan's. Bernard's heresy was denied by me... I wanted to take this with great care. Take my life, but not the people who are not blind and do not flock to ideas like cattle! Most of you have seemed to not even care about Joan's blood stain. Perhaps it was a trick of the light, but surely you believe that I investigated Miguel. My parting words are: Remember the differences between the witches and heretics. I think that may be a trick to it, that we only need to get rid of the witches. I pray for those who have been blinded and those who have not, and I will smile in Heaven when this town is cleansed!
-
Eh, the only thing I can see right now is: Notice the "seemed to infest the town" part of that sentence. Are we all just paranoid after all? I'm curious about that, but other then that, I can't think of anything. One more strange thing: Charles is the first man to be called a witch. Why did I in my randomness finally call him a witch? Bernard and Hernan where called heretics, and Cassandra and Sabrina where called witches. So perhaps it isn't a matter of gender. Is there something bigger out there? I know as an Inquisitor my job is to hunt both, well usually heretics, but this is technically called a "Witch Hunt". Perhaps I'm looking too deeply into this.

Oh how easily the people of this village are swayed?! You doubt my crazy words that even I cannot explain. I am getting suspicious that we're all being played by Tiny Pious, but alas, if that is true, than after you kill me you'll just think I'm tricking you! Again, I have more useless information. Miguel confessed his crimes as a heretic, but alas, what does that do? I love how you people say that I am denying this, but no! You've convinced me that I'm insane! How can I explain the words that I say when I'm controlled by the divine Lord Tiny Pious? Everything is pointed against me. I will be gone, and then the new announcer of the faith of the executed will be gone, and then the pattern will continue. You also believe that just because someone sides with me, when I haven't even really battled the part that I may be completely paranoid, that they are heretics. Charles was no killed out of cold blood. As mentioned earlier, I investigated Miguel and it specifically noted that he was investigated much later in the night then usual. That means that Martinus probably had a hard time finding him. He probably trusted me, but I'm sure he's being swayed by these arguments. Oh, and stinky peasant.. pay attention! In my uncontrollable speech, I did not say witches bleed.. I said that they bleed in a certain way. Sure it sounds idiotic, but I have no control! Oh I wish you people would give me one more day. Let me look into the faith of somebody... who shall remain unnamed for now. It may be obvious who it is in my opinion, but you may not care for it. Besides, who else do you guys want to kill? Just jump onto the bandwagon and stay safe, and then you'll be double crossed and killed. I only have slight suspicions anyways, with not any arguments as great as the ones against me. A little note that I find completely hilarious. Some of you where talking about your distrust in outsiders when adding to the accusations given by Charles. But look! A new outsider coming in to move in! You give him warm welcomes and open arms! Leave while you can. Better to leave then be burned for suspicions. The Kingdom of Heaven awaits me! I will be relieved of my long duties of being an Inquisitor! I have no way to counter those questions and accusations... not dying today is just delaying the inevitable. Hrm, wait! Someone said there's a clue! Look for it! I will look too, but right now I just want to get my word out.
-
Ahahahhaa... I love how people are so willing to try out Charle's theory and yet didn't want to try any others! If he was a witch, then all of you are going to be manipulated and end up killing each other! *cough* Sorry, I just found that incredibly funny. I also don't understand why people want me to get executed if Charles is killed and turns out innocent. Only the priest is accusing him. I for one think that Charles has come up with excellent points, and because I cannot say how I know that they are heretics because I simply don't know, I do not know how to defend myself. As for Martinus, I'm not exactly sure what he has said recently.. sorry good man. Oh, but there is something you have to consider. The statement that there are a lot less witches has been wiped out. Let all ye consider this: There once was a fair city, named after the moon's light because it is very shiny. Heretics where there as well, and they had blackmailed two men because of their debts. One of them kept a gun and shot the leader when they tried to kill him. The people trusted him for a long time, but finally killed him and found out he had been converted. Perhaps that is what was meant by how they can convert people. Perhaps I am wrong, but I personally think that is something to consider. Anyways, even if I do turn out innocent, how do you know that I am not paranoid? Sure, when you know my faith for real, you'll trust in me, but perhaps my words should not be trusted. In the morning, give me time and I'll be able to see whether or not an innocent comes out. I've considered ito the best of my judgment. Oh I wonder who will announce the witches if I am gone. I suppose you will all burn him or her, and you might also kill the executioner. And then a new executioner will come up, until the executions start happening randomly. People do get ran over by horses when they run away from those type of things! Well, I'm sorry if I went off babbling about nonsense, but I am sure there's at least something worth talking about. Hopefully we'll be able to find out the truth in the morning, or I'm afraid I'm a dead man.

Eh.. once again, I'm quite busy this week. Every day I have something to do, including the weekends. Nighttime is sort of free, though I do need to still do stuff about it. I won't be busy enough to not check on it daily, at least. Perhaps only one post, so yeah...

Although I have given all I know about the conclusions, I can tell you where I came from. I was born in... no, I won't go that far back. As you know, I am part of the Inquisition. The Spanish Inquisition (OOC: We are Spanish... right?). Hopefully you know the background about it, because I am not hear to teach you about it. However, I am willing to answer if you really want me to. I am a veteran at my job, clearing through the land for some time. Perhaps you could call me more of a wanderer. Tales of heresy are spread to me as I go along through towns, and sometimes I report back and receive more information. I will admit though that this hunt is working much differently then the normal ones. Usually there's a trial and accusations, but there seems to be only accusations and people speaking their opinions. The torturing seems to work the same. They don't really repent their deeds, though... or perhaps they do. Hmph... Anyways, long story short, I'm here to do my job. I have come here because of the rumors of heresy, and it appears at least that those rumors are true.
-
Wait, hold on. I can't explain how I know that they are heretics or not because God does not throw a Potato Message at me from Heaven! Those words seem to just come out of my mouth. But please consider the heretics.. that they where all connected to the stall. Well, not Bernard, and I'm rather confused on that part. But the rest of them had small evidence, which I even wanted to pass away. However, I agree that the priest can at least be considered suspicious. That hidden reason comes from the fact that Mustafa has stated that he is a viable person to be innocent. Yes, I'm still considering the slim chance that my investigations can be true. I don't like this... I'm going to sleep with one eye open. Although I would love revenge, I really don't think I can blame Charles for his accusations. Unless more evidence shows up, I see no need to execute him if you execute me and find the truth about my innocence. Though perhaps you should execute Sergio.. for he annoys me greatly... no, not really. Well, goodnight then... hopefully this night will bring the truth.
-
I forgot to mention earlier that Hernan was indeed in the church. It just so happens that he took off his hat in the church, for obvious reasons. Well, at least I'm pretty sure some guy in the portrait was him. I'm talking about the guy sitting next to Gustavus with the black hair. Sergio also took off his soldier helmet, so that shows that everyone takes off their hats in church. But other than that, I will not protect Hernan from other accusations. I still have my suspicions that he's the one who blocked my investigation on that one night. Also, already stated, he sent me and some other people Potato Messages that tried to lead us to do things and mistrust certain people. So I suppose I will have to Vote: Hernan/stash2sixx. For once I think I'm pretty sure about this suspect.
-
Let me remind you all that there are supposed to be less witches then loyal citizens, and we've already killed three of them already.. at least that's what God has told us. But anyways, if this is so pointless, then do you guys have any other suggestions? It could work if people really gave extensive reasons on why they trust someone or they don't, but ah well. Probably won't.... meh... I think we only have the following options: -Kill Mustafa and/or Sergio to truly see if I am a paranoid investigator of some sort -Finish the job with Hernan.. in other words kill him -Wait until people shop to get clues -Kill somebody off randomly/with little evidence.. and if you judge the first option as part of this, then so be it. I suppose the third is the best to do right now, but if we really want to move quickly.. which is a bit foolish, then we can decide now. I'm curious why people are/where so eager to spare Mustafa even though Bernard played the same game on us. But I think it may be safe to assume I'm false.. since I didn't get any information that Sergio could guard people at night. Eh, there's the possibility he was converting one of them. Other than that, I can't think of much.
-
Ergh, you people aren't getting the point of voting for who is innocent. If I win that vote, that doesn't help at all with this situation. I cannot torture myself... so yeah. Perhaps it would be good for you guys to give reasons. As for me, I'll come up with a list soon... do not fret.
-
I really don't know how I know that they are witches, to be honest. God doesn't send me a message from heaven to tell me. Instead I just yell it out and we see them in a pretty portrait near the "Burning in Hell" section of the church. Eh, I'm curious about the matter that "everyone" appears to be a heretic to me... ack... And it was Hernan who sent us all Potato Messages, and I don't think I've thrown it out yet. Its starting to smell funky, but whatever. Oh, and the Paranoid Knife Owner was my idea... I'll take credit for that. All of this is making me doubt myself, and I really just wish I could do this the old fashioned way. Put people on trials by ordeal and allow thy neighbors to decide the fate. Though I remember one village tried to abuse that... it was very interesting. Some girls started to accuse other people for their own purposes, ending up killing half the people! Some guy cried about his name too.. now that was funny... but sad. *cough* We should decide on one thing: who is almost certainly innocent? I thought Sergio was a good bet since he was protecting people, and do not mention the Father as a target. There is a reason for me to not trust him, but I'll keep that secret for now. Nothing personal, good man! Anyways, I'm leaning towards investigating Miguel... but perhaps he's a witch that's following us to keep himself from getting killed.
-
Hm, I'm a bit curious about that. I have my reasons to investigate Sergio, and I'll keep those secret. At least, until I find a suitable occasion. Unless I'm just really lucky, it appears that Sergio is a witch. I suppose I have to be wrong, unless he was actually converting Joan of Charles when he was beside their bed. Ah well, I suppose I'll continue investigating, in order to see if I'm lucky or paranoid. I do have another target anyways... and man, I couldn't get myself to torture myself... nor could I get Martinus to torture himself. God rung in my head telling me not to torture myself... I know a lot of people have been talking about that disappearing key... or cross.. but did anyone notice that it was on top of the church? Has it always been there.. I'll have to got back and look at pictures.
-
Oh but Gustavus, you are ever so wrong! We know who the assailant is, and the priest told him to do the action! But it is without good cause, since your son has been very suspicious in his actions. Potato messaging a lot of people, all mentioning different people as untrustworthy. But ah well, I suppose his alignment cannot be revealed by death. He's a paranoid knife owner.. quite sure. Well then, time to stay up all night until God makes the sun rise. Hopefully my torturer will find useful information...
-
I am sorry, dear, but I have already made my decision. I'm looking to see if I am a paranoid lunatic, so I can see if my investigation on Mustafa is legit. So I will not investigate your husband until I find out. And by the way, good citizens, even if it appears that I am paranoid, I will keep investigating until every person comes up as a heretic, just to make sure.
-
So far it seems that either the shoppers or the people I investigate are heretics, but I find it unlikely that all of them will fill in those requirements. I've made my investigation on my best guess, and perhaps you will see who it is in the morning if my investigation is not stopped. But oh, I find that my guess was correct that someone, who happens to be Charles, would accuse John of being a heretic because he's the only person alive who shopped at the stall on Day 1. I must say though that his behavior doesn't really swing towards heresy from what I've seen. Anyways, although we are killing many witches and heretics and there hasn't been a single innocent slain, I believe that we're making only alright progress. Unless the dark forces cannot recruit every night, it seems that we'll just be killing one member while they gain another member. We need to move further and decide on the second person to kill. I'm also curious about the last note that the witches will get their revenge or something along those lines. Has the Devil boosted their powers because we have made this progress and have not lost a faithful servant of God? I suppose it is time to fear the night even more!
-
Ah well, I suppose I will pick out someone who I deem reasonable to be a citizen and not a heretic. I won't tell you who, and I won't listen to any suggestions. If Mustafa is correct about my interrogations always coming up with a confession, that doesn't give him the clean cut. If the "confirmed" innocent comes up as a heretic, that doesn't mean that Mustafa is automatically not a heretic. It just means that my investigations are useless, and cannot prove if someone is innocent or not. And also, dear merchant, I do not believe you are not suspicious. You have received witch items to your stall, and other potentially dangerous items. Coincidence or not, it still brings bad vibes to you. I find it kind of funny. John is supporting the execution of Sabrina, the only other who has shopped somewhere on every occasion. If she comes up as a heretic, I am sure people will burn him. Perhaps I will vote to condemn, but I would like to hear a defense. I think there is as much evidence against her as there was against Cassandra, and yet she was a witch. I suppose "citizens" who don't contribute much are most likely witches! More importantly, we need to hear more about what we will do at night. I will not be investigating Philip most likely, but you may not have to leave that out. Sleep with one eye open.. hah! Ahem... I agree about Alexander's suggestion on targeting Hernan. You've seen my arguments against him, and I think that's the only other person I think should be considered other than Sabrina and Mustafa.
-
Well I'm basically really busy for this weekend... so yeah, there you go. Forgot to mention that before today.. but eh, what can you do.
-
Ah, good people of Azufre. I think we may have enough to start making decisions, but which ones? On the side note, my potato mentioned Philip for some strange reason, and said I was the best to be trusted. But anyways here is my input. Sabrina: Let us put that execution on a hold. Let her speak out first. Mustafa: My instincts tell me that he is could be playing the same game as Bernard was. We should look into his innocence, and if it must be, use him as a test of my sanity or my torturer's sanity. Hernan: I've been very curious about his motives if you have noticed. I still think he might be a role blocker who stopped my investigation on Night 2, but that is backed up only by one thing he said. Maybe someone should look into that more. Philip: Oh by the Heavens, do not kill him. I think he is another valuable asset to us, since his perversion lets us see if someone used their actions in this game... of life. Thank you Noble Charles for that list, and I'm not exactly sure who else is out there. I wonder if people with good role's could somehow use them for evil if they are turned to evil. We should do a vote also for the following.. an unofficial vote. -Miguel's Kill Target -My Torture Target (see if my investigations are legit without killing Mustafa) -Philip's Stalking Target (can he use it again?) -Who to Guard? It is interesting that so many roles have been revealed in such a short amount of time.
-
I'm going to think more about the case about Mustafa, don't worry. However I'm so sure he's taking the same route as Bernard did. "I want to protect the investigator" and that sort of jazz. Wait, what in the World of Pie is jazz? Someone send a letter to my agent... he makes good pie. Anyways, I will "vote" against killing Philip at night. It seems he may have some strange role of peeping on people, so lets just kill someone else. So far heretics have proven to either preach they are innocent and say my investigations are wrong or have been trying to confuse us by trying to repeat things and not really saying anything new. Mustafa fits the first obviously, but what about the latter?
-
Oh it pains me to think that I will be condemned if I am actually paranoid. That passed me as well with Bernard, but it turns out he was just a sly tongue. Now I'll have to watch you closely, but in order to test my abilities, I do have a couple of ideas on who to investigate. -Alexander -Sergio I am certain both of them are not heretics because it is their duty to protect the people of this town. Unfortunately with Miguel, I am quite cautious about his alignment since his sort seem likely to turn to evil. What, killing people in secrecy is still pretty bad, for good causes or not. It would be good to know if Sergio was guarding them or not. Oh well, let us wait... oh and to ask the soldier's good question, I think he was unsatisfied with the view of Joan's megablocks over the day. I'm sure he was peeping in to see if.. she would take off her clothes.
-
Oh silly me, I meant Phillip is a peeper... sorry good sir. Anyways for now I shall stay silent and let others give there word..
-
Heh, I loved that movie. The man with six fingers! Oooooooo... You made those soldiers look very unorganized, with all the mixed viking torsos. I'm not sure if they where that militia looking, but I like whether or not it is movie accurate or not!
-
Oh I think they are protecting you, since one of the guards protected Alexander and Alexander did claim some time ago that he was a guard. However, I'm not sure why they decided to guard you. It seems that Charles is a little peeper as well, looking at what people are doing at night and seeing if they are in. But after all these days, I think its safe to assume that Miguel is the only one who can kill, and we've been keeping him on a leash to make sure he does not do his nightly deeds, lest he want to be executed. And yes, Mustafa has been reported a heretic.
-
Huh, what? I stayed up all night until people finally went to bed. That night was horrendously long, and well I had to wake up to do my job. I must be blind, since those portraits suddenly showed up in my eyes. Ah well, I suppose God has other things to tend to.. and more on those pictures later. I'm surprised that everyone was on time. My torturer confirmed that he was able to do his duty to the Church, but it also seems like my target is unharmed and such. But I did get my information on you, dearest town merchant. Don't get much control over your goods you claim? Just by chance you get all these witch items from the heretical Easterners who have denied our people the Holy Land before. Oh Mustafa, I have been told that you have confessed your sins! You sir are a Heretic, and this time I have no doubts about myself! I am definitely not insane... but perhaps I am paranoid, but that seems unlikely! What say you?!
