Personally not a fan but my son loves Chima, these sets look rather good I'm sure they'll be additions to his collection.

From preliminary pictures it looks as if they have their little 'skirts' on, sorry cannot remember the proper name for them, so there is a minor difference potentially.

I wonder if "many bothans died to bring us this information" :D can't think of any of the sets I own (which is most), having a bothan?

Looking forward to the Rebels sets, feel like its Macquarrie designed lego if he could've have made it, seeing as most of the show is inspired from his sketches of that era...

I quitw like the looks of these sets, missed the ISD first time around and would happily pick it up this time round.

Some people I know in a Star Wars forum have posted that the new SW lego sets have been seen in Target and Big W, NSW. Will look for them in Melb.

I agree CW was to PT what Rebels will be to OT, I look forward to the new content and haven't minded the old stuff, I was born midway through OT, however grew up on it but love PT. I like the sets that are coming out midyear, I think a few more set based products as opposed to ships are better also, environments improve SW lego as a whole; between some battle packs and a few larger scale sets we are starting to get some environments which is great for some and not for others. I think the balance is right in this wave on the whole. and with Rebels younger generation is covered for together with the older generation, a win win I feel.

I think this is good news and hopefully we may end up with a battle of Gondor set!

Sorry if this is the wrong post, I'm not normally a person who posts in this section, however I do have a son who purchases Chima and has an interest in it. I was at an Australian Lego convention (Brickvention) and apparently some of the retailers there told me that this will be the last year of Chima? Does anyone here know if it is true. It seems an awful lot of time and effort to waste, especially if they are trying to promote a beat game for a product that will be redundant in less than 12 months. Has anyone heard anything similar?

Seems like a potentially sad demise to what may have been a really good product from Lego, I do hope we get some more LOTR sets... Gondor is required.

Is london Toyfir a preview night tomorrow or open to all? I know that people can't take photo's, will be curious to see how the fescriptions compare with the released product in a few months time...

My lego order that was placed on the 27th arrived today, hopefully its still intact when I get home :D

Am up here on holidays, Australia fair had the friends farm set with tractor ($25) and also had the lego movie minifigs there as well, was there in the arvo.

Picked up the Abraham Lincoln minifig from the lego movie series together with series 4 of the friends animals and Mia's lemonade stand. There was more of the lego police sets as well at myer cbd Melbourne. Didn't look at prices as I was with my daughter.

In the Southern hemisphere what months would fall be in the Northern Hemisphere?

in the vain of some of the funny proposals so far I'm going to say Episode 2 Watto "Anni, little Anni?... It is you!" Darth Revan or Malak would cool from an Eu persepctive never happen though.

Not too sure that Lego would do an invisible hand model. They had most of those characters in the Malevolence so cannot see any real reason to redo a fairly identical ship two or so years later. Perhaps we would get a Laati as a UCS set before that, apart from killing Dooku it is a fairly insignificant ship for EP3.

Having a look at the new Chima sets at S@H those new teeth and claw pieces look amazing! Wonder how long till we see chima and friends in stores, cannot believe the catalogue when I've already ordered Star Wars sets of the S@H to be delivered next week.

I think there will be the bith and Ponda Baba, not too sure if they'd do Dr Evazan but I think if they are doing the bar then Wuhur should get a go as he's the one who makes the comment about droids.

shame if its true, no nazgul, withc king, Sauron nor any Gondorian soldiers, bit of a fail with the second wave really... should've been a different assortment of sets.
