I quite like the idea of a UCS Tie fighter. As it appears in all 3 OT films its iconic enough to be in there, granted there are other ships that they could've chosen, its not a poor choice for a UCS set.

I would like to get Dash Rendars outrider... won't happen though.

AA looks amazing, Ventress is a pretty cool minifig. The printed dish for the Halifire droid looks better than i thought although there is still something about it that doesn't look right overall...

They didn't say stickers, they said print and this has been done in SW lego before, off the top of my head i can rhink of the Corporate Alliance tank droid and General Grevious wheel bike. Perhaps you could go a bit easy when factually the statement was correct...

Yeah I was looking at the catalogue last night again and it said October, better be soon, they'll lose the market to sell it after xmas, should strike while the iron is hot otherwise it'll be a disaster like the second wave of the LOTR.

Reminds me of the original wheel bike from Ep 3, it never looked right at the time and having got the new Grevious's wheel bike in the last 12 months the original still looks cheap and nasty.

Anyone seen the new hobbit sets out and about? Wasn't it supposed to be out on the phone 15th or so from memory?

I picked up 6 of these at kmart yesterday, the imo girl is the best in my opinion.

The falcon is a nice set, was glad with that purchase at the time.

I agree all this angst over stormies, mod them if you're not happy with them or buy second hand ones, Lego has an obligation to make sets that are either a current or b in line with theirs and disney's plans. Don't like them don't buy them. Pretty sure the sets will sell well if people do or do not buy them. Happy to wait to see the new pics from just2good, thanks for being able to get a hand on them.

Been reading the book, almost finished in time for the Australian première on Friday, I like the characters so far, here's hoping it's half as good as the book.

Cannot see them short changing us in terms of sets, with a movie coming up i can only see it being overload a feel food factor too.

So would a sauron minifig too!

I quite like the sets as shown, interested to see final images they look quite good in the design/concept phase. Like that there's a tuskan, hopefully the set comes with more than one!

Totally agree it was so many thousands of years prior that getting rid of it made no sense. Personally i liked that era of SW and the sets Lego made were nice, a shame we didn't get more.

Discussion and personal preference is fine, perhaps people try to impress their opinions upon others, i read most of the posts here i just get a little over bashing sets we are yet to see... i have the same issue in the LOTR thread also. I like the speculation it keeps the intrigue until we actually get images. Personally for me i think Lego do a could job majority of the time catrring for kids, teens and AFOLS in the Star Wars theme.
