So, I´m currently trying to figure out how to build bricks with lego bricks. Yes, that sounds pretty confusing... ...So here´s an example: I want to build a house with walls that looks something like this: I´ve been thinking of this alternative... (to the right) ...But I don´t know how to make the vertical "lines" between the (1x2) tiles. I hope that someone here on EB can help me with this problem, as I can´t find a solution. (Houses in the 2nd pic are not mine, I found the pic on Brickshelf.) If you know a solution of my problem, please post a comment here. Thanks! (Whooa, that´s the most complicated explanation I´ve ever seen.. even though I was the one who wrote it! Sorry... )

Hello everyone, I recently saw some 7751 Ahsokas Starfighter sets on clearance for 349 SEK each. There were 2 of them left on the shelves, so now I´m wondering if anyone (preferably from Sweden) want one. I did that with my "rare minifig pieces" bag. It had all my lightsabers, exclusive MF pieces, etc, etc. It has been gone for 3 months.

Thank you. Yes, the trailer is a bit wide. At first I tried to make it 7-wide instead of 8-wide, however I soon figured out none of my cars would fit in a 7-wide truck.

Thanks! Thanks. I´m currently working on to remove the gap, and give the bus more realistic doors. I have a few ideas in my head, the problem is that I lack all the yellow plates I need in order to do so. I´ll probably get them off BL.

Ok so the average comment is; Bus lowering good, doors crap. Thanks guys for your feedback. I agree the doors look a bit out of place, but I´m working on improving them (I can´t use the old ones due to the lowering, but I have a few ideas in my head).

Yes, I think you´re right. They look very wierd on the car. Well, I can squeeze a minifig inside, but..it doesn´t really look good. Oh yes, I have seen it, it actuallt was one of the first 5-wide cars I saw a pic of. It looks wonderful, and it really catches the Ferrari look, something which may look easy, but is very hard. Good work with that one!

Thanks! I know, and it has many other flaws. It´s only a prototype, and I will build other smoother Ferrari cars. However I will keep this one as it is, as the hinges give it a special look (even if it´s... not the best car I have built. )

I recently bought the set 7641, but I wasn´t too happy with the bus. It was too high. I decided to lower it 1 stud, removing the white advertising pieces. I also had to remove the doors and add smaller ones in order to this to work. Here´s the result: (I didn´t have any smoke windows, so I used transparent ones as a substitute. I will buy 2 smoke ones from BL soon to replace them. Oh, and the white piece will be replaced with a yellow one as well.) With doors opened: A close-up on the front door: I´m still not really happy with it, but IMO it´s much better than before. Please tell me what you think about it.

Well, the Ferrari car is actually based on a very similiar-looking Ferrari I saw a while ago (except the front grille, which is based on the Enzo), which I have to admit didn´t really look like that classic Ferrari. So blame Ferrari, not me! Thanks. Yeah, I am planning something....very special.. for it. I wouldn´t have built it otherwise, because many of those pieces are exclusive to BrickLink, and all the pieces did cost me $45..

I love the 8654 Scuderia Ferrari Truck set, however when it comes to scale, it´s crap. So I wanted to make one which was actually in minifig (and town) scale. I took apart the set, poured the pieces into the thrash parts bin and began to build. I faced alot of unexpected problems, as I had to build the truck off-stud to itself (I don´t really know how to explain this, let the pics talk for themselves. ) And yes, I know I have to buy a new sticker sheet. It´s been a while since I built a MOC (and posted it here). Yesterday I was playing around with some hinges, and thought "Hmm, these things can maybe be used to make a car roof?", so I tried it out, making a Ferrari car. A store near where I live has MISB vintage sets (fabuland, monorail, some town sets, etc). The prices are however... not so dream-like.
