    Seeing Brickset's review of 42639 Andrea's Modern Mansion has reminded me that I would love to see a modular mansion. Perhaps a three storey Manhattan-style brownstone or something along those lines. It seems a bit unlikely since we haven't seen a single-use set since Palace Cinema.

    Well, there's never been a Creator Expert Porsche. The 911 is also much more iconic than any Rolls-Royce.

    White isn't bad but I think red (as in classic Porsche Guards Red) would have been a better choice.

    I doubt they would make it a color that isn't one of the four official GT3 RS colors: white, GT silver, ultraviolet, and lava orange.

    This seems to be the first corner building that is designed to showcase a specific side of the corner. Depending on how you display your modulars that means less flexibility in placing this building so that the bank side is prominent. But that's ok.

    Great idea! I just rearranged my street to do this though I'll have to come up with a better solution when the next modular is released.

    I was thinking it would be cool to have a newspaper building. One floor could be a printing press, one would be the newsroom, and something else. Could do sort of an art deco style for the exterior. At some point it would be nice to another more substantial modular along the lines of Town Hall.

    Love the cape cod, but then I am biased as I own one.

    I'd like to see more residential buildings. I think it would be neat to have a mansion, for example, or an apartment building.

    Was lucky enough to pick this up today MISB for under RRP. Probably won't have a chance to build it for a bit but I'm definitely looking forward to it!

    I specifically asked for the Farnsworth House and VW bus. Bought MMV for myself as well.
