  1. Hmmmmm I might need to scavenge some more fusion cores for the next project.... How about a water and coolant tower?
  2. Really nice use of the windows and doors man! I really liked the old towns to begin with, nice to see something new in that scale
  3. Heh I really just want at least one normal steamer with a valve gear. I was going to make a 0-8-0 using the medium but I got a little side tracked :P I need to figure out how to power these train using a normal motor and not the bogie.
  4. Hey I got the tender done too! What do yall think! Yeah triple bump is bad but hey it's done! Hmmmm what else could I make nuclear powered........ Might need to make my own waste wagons..... I'm never going to have a normal train am I?
  5. How about now! Once I got the cab built I really like how it all fleshed out! I stuck the reciever where the fire box would be, I'll just throw the motor and battery in the tender.
  6. I messed with the front a bit and just the tiny tweaks helps with it quite a lot! Yay for SNOT!
  7. A bit more work on the locomotive..... Hrmmmm The front isn't turning out how I imagined..... Welp back to the drawing board! Some of my own complaints :P
  8. (edit picture too big) How about that and the XL drivers! Hmmm would it be weird to have some sort of condenser/radiator on the front and some sort of "firebox" All the part are able to be purchased so far and I hope to keep it that way.
  9. I think I wan't to do some retro-future styled cars buildings and so on! I was hoping you could give me some tips on my current project and any pictures you might have for inspiration! I'm working on a bit of a nuclear train right now! Here is the failed prototype :P
  10. Welp time to enter the nuclear age in.... style(?) Probably not how a nuclear reactor works in reality but it looks like it would stand out..... Hmmmmm How bad would green LED's look in this train..... Anyways what do y'all think of the boiler so far!
  11. True but I wan't it to stand out instead of another steamer Like something you see on the front of popular mechanics!
  12. I thought making something a bit atomic this time around! It looks like poop! It doesn't look too well The atomic style is pretty neat, either smooth and streamlined or haphazardly flimsy looking! I dunno I was thinking something atomic powered! Instead of compressed air..... (Maybe I've been playing too much fallout) Anyways can y'all find me some things for inspiration!
  13. Its was my heavy duty train.... And It stayed together for the most part I wouldn't want to test that out again though :P
  14. I had this locomotive built last year or so...... Not sure what happened to it.... Hrmmmm
  15. Here is some rolling stock! That small box car can hold the battery box if I figure out how to motorize it.
  16. Just messing around with the idea of a narrow gauge layout of some kind.... Let me know what you guy think.... Nothing too exciting! Enjoy!
  17. I'd love a new magazine, I'd be happy to pay for it! I loved the old magazine and I hope you guys make a new one in the future!
  18. I wan't to do some more steampunk style cars and what not... doesn't seem like Sci-fi is too fond of the steampunk mostly space here
  19. It sort of just happened... I'm a really big fan of steampunk but I'm not really sure how to build in a steampunk style..... I hope y'all enjoy my first attempt at the style, if you have any tips or would like to tell me what I've done wrong it would be greatly appreciated.
  20. I used one of those bricks with the clip and attached it to the brick that holds up the bell, then I removed a 2x4 plate and replaced it with one of those hinge plate things
  21. It's nothing like... brick sytem or what ever it's called, it's just tiny LED's sodered/super glued onto some cheap wire, no way to add on but you could probably cut it to length with out any trouble
  22. It's like 2 AA's for 20-25 lights. It was fairly cheap around christmas, 2$ each.
  23. So errr I found some tiny string lights! It's a bit of a party in Lego City.... Enjoy!
  24. It was big and clunky but it was cheap! (also I only spent like 5 minutes total) They are pretty thin wires so I just sorta smushed it under the bricks
  25. I found a super cheap super tiny thing of string lights..... so I poorly stuck them in the CS Tram! It'd probably be a bit better if I had it extended by one wagon. Anyways.... Enjoy!
