People.... Look at the rules of the competition.... ---Rules--- Either 6-8 large BBB/Lego drivers Only 2 PF S/M motor or 2 PF Train motor No moding motors or bricks except tubes or pole? I am not aloud to use lubacant or modify the bricks in anyways and it has to be a steam loco either ?-6-? or ?-8-? I'll post what I've been working on later ....

1.We are only building the Steam loco. and the Tender of the steam loco. 2. We are not trying to break any record. 3. We dont want to fry the motor.

Im talking about a major diffrence in speed sixoh and we are using a super wide radius turns.

I thuoght this would be an intreting topic! The main goal of this topic is to decide if areo-dynamics effect the speed of lego locomotives because me and my friend are having a competition to make the fastest PF steam locomotive. I would like to hear what you think . Those are the rules me and my friend decided on. They way we will decide is the fastest is by getting the locomotive from Point A to Point B in the fastest time. I will post the Locomotive I choose as a Moc once I decide!

I have been working on something I will post at a later date ... Ok I am trying to power this set with PF and update it . The whole point is so the Train Tech comunity and try to get this on cuusoo, At this moment I am still not sure but I will post what I have tomorow.

I like the use of the mini flanged wheels they are very useful in small steam engines and I believe they are under used in locomotives. Also is the center part of the train is there where the PF motor and battery box?

I found a few more unusual locomotives I will post them later. And remember I also want to see pictures of you trying to build these locomotives :)

I think having a garden railway where you put the tracks out prior to use like a temporary thing, say for making a video for YouTube .

I wish they would reintroduce this set now for less experienced builders so they could have a nice train too. Also I found one of the two sets of these I own in a thrift store it didn't have much of the set but it had lots of random parts from the sixties like an original mini fig and a broken block I need help identifying and the second one I got on eBay for 20$ Update : I will update this post once I find my camera again and when imgur stops acting up.

Here is a MOD of my favorite set 111. P.S. I know its not much , but I thought it was nice for a first MOD Front. Back. This is the box of set 111 The starter train set and this set holds a special place in my heart Here is a side view of what I have done. An angled view. What I have added to the set was 1. added a Plow 2. Added a few side bricks to make the boiler not as thin. 3. added the platform at the bottem and moved the wheels one stud closer on each side. I saw a Knock off set being sold at a musuem in Baltimore. I thuoght it was legos at first becuase of the logo.

A weight brick? what is that... Also lego needs to sell those doors in Pick-A-Brick

Three new steam Locos added and I will add better descriptions later , I am still trying to sleep of Thanksgiving and Blackfriday EDIT: 1 NEW category Video Games and Misc. The first 2 trains I will post will be from Pokemon XD and Mario sticker star and maybe the one from skylanders , They'll be up later. EDIT: Ok I updated it Again. ... Time to get some sleep and make a LDD moc of a train ive been dying to make

When did you make the LDD moc? I remade the Truck on Red-Black moved the windsheil back a stud and change the pallet to Brown

Well this is sad I think if you imformed more people about this they would post here in stead. I would check this regularly on the few days I have been on the fourms.

Finding more crazy , cool , and unusual locomotives I'll try to update by tomorrow or later today.
