It certainly lives up to its name.

I picked up Skrall and Zesk on Sunday. I've also managed to loose my thornax twice. I'm also going to pick up the rest for the holidays.

Bonzai! Really good work there. I like how all of the American troops have their own pose. The only problem is that there are so few asian faces in the Japanese army. Shame on Lego for ignoring the asians.

I would get this set just for the two Asian Mobsters. A few of those and I would have my very own Lego Triad.

I like signs I don't have to read.

I don't mind blasters that much, but would perfer that they stop beating around the bush and just call them guns. Like that will never happen.

I wish I got this calender so I could recreate Dave's quest. "The skeleton was alive, and hands were shaken as one, for peace between two different castle races was become." Most epic line ever. I can't wait to see the rest (especially Dave's reaction to the busty maiden).

Awsome game. But I have never finished playing the expansion. I often play another campaign before I come close to finishing one. Long live the Holy Roman Empire!

Im glad Skrall is a species, cause now I can see an army of my favorite Glatorians. The whole naming process sounds like how the Aztecs would award costumes and titles to the bravest warriors. I also correctly guessed that the Glatorians would be elite mercenaries.

How about a Bionicle RTS (real-time strategy) wargame. Think about it, you could have all of the tribes act like factions. You can recruit Agori and Glatorians to fight against another tribe. You could even purchase upgrades for them. Then you can command them to fight each other. I thought about modding my copy of Supreme Commander or Battle for Middle Earth 2 for bionicle, but I dont have the technical know-how to do it.

Umm they are toys. Anyway I think the pics have convinced me to buy them all.

I was referring to the last time there was a similar discussion in this topic. For those who repressed the discussion in their subconscious and cannot remember, chaos resulted. So who wants to split up into tribes and wage war like the Glatorians? Rock tribe will reign supreme!

I fear we are opening a Pandora's Box with this discussion. So Skrall is on Tuma's team. Nice revalation.

Takanuva army? I figure after scattering the Visorak horde and having too few Makuta on hand to build new Rahkshi, the BOM would need some sort of cannon fodder.

Its beautiful!!! 2009 will be one of the best years for Bionicle. Epic sets, a very simplistic story for a change (but I'm sure Greg will find a way to turn gladiators wailing on each other into something uncecessarily complex). Here's to 09!

Perhaps the Glatorians are elite mercenaries who aid the tribes in their conflicts. And all the while keeping the tribes locked in a standstill to assure that there is never peace (so they can be sure that they will have employment and will not have to work at the Bara Magna McDonalds).
