Yellow legs and red boots. I want them. They should make just a dual moulded legs set. Not only for Firestar, but also for comic Iron Man (that miniracer iron man). speaking of Firestar. I can see them totally making her and Iceman for a Spider-Man Duplo set next year. Just like they did with Classic Electro. Just to piss us off/giving us false hope or something

So, i had some time to let it all sink in. I love the Bugle. It has definitely its flaws (too wide daily bugle logo, red stair cases), but i do love its resemblance with the ohotmu Bugle. When i get it, i’ll probably try to make that office for Peter (a bit weird that he has his own office) into a dark room (although photos are almost always digital now instead of film). I just like that idea better. Or maybe a secret office for Jonah to control some Spider-Slayers that i then have to make. Maybe i’ll try to replace the red stairs as well, but they might look nice in real life, so that’s a maybe. If i buy this great building it will be for the building and not the figs. I understand there are people blown away by them. The quantity and all. I just think the majority is not needed or poorly executed. Robbie and Gwen are such a letdowns. They look nothing like their comic presentations. Ben Urich just the same. They could at least have tried to look for better fitting rehashed minifig parts. But i have moaned enough about the fig selection; most of them just will end up in the parts bin. How do you guys are going to present it? Just the Bugle alone, or in a city lay-out? Next to other modulars (which look pretty good i must say)? And how are you going to integrate the bridge battle in it?

Robbie is the good cop and JJJ is the bad cop of the bugle. Ben Urich is a reporter that is heavily involved in writing about Kingpin and organised crime and mixed up with Daredevil. Ron Berney, i don’t have any clue who he is. Don’t remember him at all

Man-wolf would be really easy to make. Lego has a great wolf-head. Make it white and bamm! Plus people would want it because it is a white version of a werewolf. He’ll then can come in a set with Morbius in it as well.

That could be the case. I mean they make a zillion sets a year, so why not indeed no more room for making new figs. Eddy is mentioned on a computer screen with a missed call. So that’s funny because he is mia in the set as well. but not including iceman is strange by the higher-ups. I mean i get it x-men and all. But don’t give us Firestar then. This will feel incomplete for eternity

Yeah, i just don’t get the you can only make a few new characters rule. I mean it’s their own company. They can give us new characters if they want to, but they don’t want to. The whole reason that it is too expensive i just don’t believe. And i think that if there were more new villains and heroes people would have been wowed more. i still want the set, but because of the fig selection i am not sure i will buy it in the end.

Indeed. Iceman and human torch. Wow that’s heartbreaking to know that the designer wanted them, but we didn’t got them

I must say i really like all those db tiles. Superpromising as well. Rhino, classic electro, kingpin, man on the moon (man-wolf Jonah’s son) and the likes of Warren and Connors hinting on Jackall and Lizard. Blade is imo a hint for an upcoming Morbius. But then again, i had rather get those figs in this set than the rehashes. Also spiderham and spidergwen are not needed, as well as some of the civilians (aunt may) or the not so good designed civilians. Gwen Stacy and Robertson aren’t that good either. Another thing that i dislike is the stairways outside being red. I know the build needs more colour, but i don’t know if this was the best solution

I like the Bugle. It’s a bit rough, and i don’t like the daily bugle logo on top surpassing the width of the building. I have to look at the pictures a few times to let it all sink in. I see some great stuff, some great figs, but fear the stickers and miss some figs. But i’m happy that we finally have the pics and i hope i’ll be able to afford it and make it mine :-)

I am glad that i am not the biggest mcu fan like you. Lego disappoints most of the times when it is coming to accuracy and stuff. I think this is the point where you step in as a builder. Try to make the Iron Monger work, or the Benatar or Shuri and her ship. Minifigwise it’s hard to change them, but the builds, you can change them in more fitting for your own.

I think the wave is awesome. I am tempted to buy mcu stuff :-(

But if they know how the bugle looks, than they know who come with it, right? I don’t understand why they don’t mention every minifig

That firemen set is a great way to get pluto and goofy. I don’t collect these, but if i did i would be really happy with this set, although pluto looks a bit as if he’s on drugs. And is that Mickey Mouse silhouette a new piece?

I found a new box a while back and took the ones i wanted because how they are sorted. Now after seeing wave two i want a few more, so i’d like to know how you can find out what is in the little boxes without having a full unopened box of figures

I hoped for the classic hydra soldier (the green-yellow comic one), with a different face print than that hydra tank with cap a few years back. I still need an army of those. This one ^ looks like Ghost from Antman

I want the K-Pawp stage and the Pirates Punk Ship. And i want some figs from series 1 too. Funny how that works because i wasn’t feeling this theme at all 🤣

Well well well, why not bring in these sets in the first place. Strange move. These sets look incredibly fun, i maybe even buy me some sets. The second cmf series is also better. That green swamp man. Oof, what a great character. Too bad he doesn’t look scary, but i want him. The squid dude is also really cool. I hope they reuse that mould again for a serious minifig. Metaldragon is also a must have. Too bad they chose robots for hip hop. Robots are edm, not hip hop. I need a minifig with a kangol
