  1. I mean if we did that all it would take is for a certain ice cube tray thread to be deleted and *some* members would seem very new... X-D X-D God Bless, Nathan
  2. It looks as though these are in order of population... something Canada certainly lacked when I lived there ;-) X-D God Bless, Nathan
  3. I'd prefer none... maybe an extra fig X-D . But if they must the creator one takes the biscuit! God Bless, Nathan
  4. I'm sorry Brainbox but I'm going to have to ask you to return to the topic... You didn't reference ipods, brand names, or Macs/pcs in this post... ;-) X-D X-D God Bless, Nathan
  5. Just to cover myself as sometimes typed words don't: I consider Mac/pc a banter topic (I'm Irish... almost everything is a banter topic, I'm still looking for the exceptions X-D ) so am not really seriously debating. With your knowledge of computers and my lack of, we really couldn't.... ;-) So no need at all to apologize/think you've caused heated debate! This is the main reason I love EB, off topic is fair gain. If you lived nearby I'd seriously invite you out for a drink on the subject ;-) and hopefully learn from your knowledge... Again there is nothing wrong with you upholding the virtues of Microsoft (besides the implied oxymoron... there I go again X-D X-D ) God Bless!! Nathan
  6. I'm a computer novice so I won't argue the point... too much... X-D. But it is a little rich for a windows supporter to accuse anyone of copying (or creating a 'timely' successor). Leaving aside the origins of windows ;-) they spent the last 5 (5!) years renaming OSX 'vista' and still managed to degrade it. For me it is more about reliability. In nine years of Mac they've crashed on me three times. Nothing was lost. I've encountered hundreds of viruses and they've never been able to do a thing. And I'm sure ;-) I'm misunderstanding the world, but I've never been able to run multiple applications on a PC as fast as I can on a Mac... God Bless, Nathan
  7. Well this happens with many dominant brands, when was the last time you asked for a "kleenex" or "coke" when you meant a more generic product... The worst example is people saying "lego" when they mean a plastic brick based construction toy X-D ! Personally I'm not into the ipod craze, but I smile at it. Mac has made superior computers, and especially operating systems, for years and still been bullied into a tiny market share by an inferior product... It's about time they have a product which Microsoft loathes and is the staple of its genre... God Bless, Nathan (biased ;-) )
  8. Happy 4th all! (late) Did I miss the 1st thread?! ;-) God Bless, Nathan
  9. As this is EB I think the thread title should refer to 'mobile'... X-D How many euros use 'cell phone'? Or is Ireland just some exception? God Bless, Nathan
  10. A very nice looking MOC... the horses seem out of place, but I understand the look you were going for... Thanks for sharing and God Bless, Nathan
  11. :-) !!!! Thanks for the great review! God Bless, Nathan
  12. Great use of that baseplate, though I would probably have to side with lego about the hats. Thanks for sharing and God Bless, Nathan
  13. I've wanted this for a long time to go with the MCM... space never seems to get my funds though... ;-) God Bless, Nathan BTW The suspension pieces were also used in the aquazone rover...
  14. I am also a non-fantasy castle builder... even the original dragon was too much for me. Just a personal preference... God Bless, Nathan
  15. Welcome, Good to see space at the back of a list... X-D God Bless, Nathan
  16. There is only one masterpiece: God Bless, Nathan
  17. Hey and welcome! God Bless, Nathan
  18. Hey and welcome! I'm sure you'll enjoy NZ (you're very well planned!) God Bless, Nathan
  19. No wonder the empire is falling apart... what a terrible defeatist attitude... ;-) God Bless, Nathan (who must have set some kind of record for delay between joining EB and posting in a tie thread...)
  20. Hey and Welcome! God Bless, Nathan
  21. Thanks much! Actually a lot of my bricks come from all sorts of themes, and this beauty really made the larger models possible. But I'd be lying if I said I haven't collected a fair few castle sets over the years ;-). God Bless, Nathan
  22. In that case could you take the belittling and subjective 'compelling' out of the title X-D X-D ;-) ? God Bless, Nathan Who does enjoy a good debate but isn't going to enter this one... ;-)
  23. Very nice looking... both of you! X-D God Bless, Nathan
