  1. Meh. What the heck, I'll do it just for fun, even though I'm not such a big Vikings fan... :P ;)
  2. HAPPY 25th BIRTHDAY!! :)
  3. Looking at the wagon, it looks a little more bulky than what we have now. And I also wonder what size the new components will be.
  4. very good theory, I never thought about that Or as one of the members, spotfrog, said in this thread: EDIT: Using the Zoom feature on S@H, I believe that the ship's wheels are indeed used on the top and bottom.
  5. I think it might be to hold up the disc that produces the laser, since there is a lot of places where clips could go and the stud on top fits on the disc. But this is just my thought. You'd never know what TLC might use it for...
  6. Where is the ring now? I don't remember, but we could each try on the ring to see if it fits any of us to get closer to the actual murderer. If it was done before, ignore this. ;)
  7. It does say that it is currently only available in the U.S. and Canada, but it was interesting that from the date I posted this (http://eurobricks.hosting.ipsyn.com/eurofo...=ST&f=16&t=2109), on the bottom it said something about a free 5 gold brick bags for each $50 order, but it seems that it is not there anymore... :(
  8. If anybody wants/needs a link to the sign-up, it's here. ;)
  9. Now through September 30th, only in the U.S. and Canada, you can order the LEGO 50th Anniversary Buckets/Tubs at LEGO S@H. The buckets and tubs (in both DUPLO and System) includes a free child's admission ticket to LEGOLAND California and $10 off in the other six parks. Also, on purchases over $50, you get 5 gold bricks free as a bonus gift until September 30th. Enjoy, Discuss, and Happy Shopping!
  10. More than one murderer: Unlikely... More than one person who influenced the murder: Highly possible... And you a can refer to the CLUES index to backtrack on our previous clues, Athos.
  11. Well, it does help close the gap between the Duplo-sized sets and the System sets, but since I'm not really too interested in these types of sets, I voted for #2, although I think cheese tastes pretty good too. :P ;)
  12. Thanks so much, Hobbes! This is such a wonder! I've been wondering if there were archives like this on the Internet. It's nice to see how technology has evolved through the years! Thnaks again! *satis*
  13. Okay, let's see how I can explain this... In simple terms it is basically a mystery that involves the participants as detectives in the interactive story. In this case, you try to find clues to figure out the questions: Who did it? With what?/How? and In what room/section/etc.. When you know the answers to these questions, then you can report back to Lost Viking to be the winner of the CLUES mystery. You might even win a prize, if LV decides to give out prizes that is. Look at my signature to follow the CURRENT CLUES mystery written by TheBrickster. :) Hope this helped. ;)
  14. An IR sensor is an "infared" sensor. It is sort of like a wireless remote control component in electronics. EDIT: The Brickster explained it quite well. So you can ignore this double posting of the same information.
  15. Since I didn't go to Brickfest, I'd like to know if there were any pictures of the upcoming sets. In the second audio recording, Jake mentioned showing a slideshow picture to the audience but he also added that it is the prototype and is in no way finalized. Or was I just randomly hearing things? *wacko* Either way, I'd like to see these pictures...
  16. Great news! I can't wait for the new Factory and Trains line. It looks like 2006 is going to be a fantastic year also! *satis*
  17. Whoa! Nice big pictures! Sadly, on my 15" laptop screen, there's a lot of scrolling involved. (However, it is a good thing that I have DSL, or the pictures might take forever to load!) If it is not an inconvience, could you resize the pictures? I'm sure some of our dial-up users might appreciate it too. ;)
  18. Now that makes more sense...bt now this takes us back to the symbols under the chair confusion. What is the word? All attempts so far has not proven successful... And what does he mean by "adding" the letters? The present available letters are to be joined together in some way? Or is there more to be actually added to the mystery word?
  19. You might of seen these before, but here are some box pictures.
  20. :| *wacko* How about the single door leading to the bedroom? Is there any way to open it? Or are we forced to roam around the mansion looking for clues again? This one is a true mystery with a surprisingly hard plot, I must say. Still no hints whatsoever? As far as I can see, we are not getting anywhere like this...
  21. Welcome and have fun here at our little (growing) community. *satis*
  22. I think Mini (here on EB forum) has brought one of each. Maybe he can provide some insight on these sets.
  23. Hello and Welcome!! *satis*
  24. Okay now, we should indeed head into the next room, but the control panel could mean something more. Even if the switches don't do anything inside this room, it could open a door or passageway somewhere else. Perhaps the uunderground tunnel or possibly some other locked item? But we can set this idea aside for now, because we should head into the next room.
  25. Silly me! I must of been not clear enough! I mean the "Village store" in your Brickshelf Folder. It looks quite nice. Thanks for the garage door pictures!
